Abstract
Description
The present invention uses a core material and a perforated board material mainly intended to adjust acoustic conditions using gaps between plates formed by a core material including a paper core material such as a honeycomb core and a bias core. It relates to a sound absorbing panel. This sound absorbing panel is attached to the surface of a wall or furniture, or used for partitioning a room or a blindfold partition of a desk or table.
Conventionally, many panels using a honeycomb core material as a reinforcing material have been proposed. For example, there has been a proposal for configuring a panel by housing a honeycomb core material in a frame chamber partitioned by horizontal pieces (Patent Document 1). In this case, the honeycomb core material was used as a reinforcing material, and was spread without gaps in the frame chamber.
Moreover, paying attention to the sound absorbing effect of the special felt material, there has also been a proposal for realizing a remarkable sound absorbing effect by interposing an air layer between the special felt plate and the sound insulating plate (Patent Document 2).
The honeycomb core material is made of kraft paper, and has the effect of combining light weight and strength. It is simply a structure that pursues lightness and durability, and no consideration is given acoustically.
A panel made of a combination of a special felt board and a sound insulation board, which has a sound absorption effect mainly on the high frequency range on one side and a sound insulation effect on the other side, is ideal for partitioning offices. The effect was not considered. In this case, an air layer between the special felt board and the sound insulation board is indispensable in order to exert an effective sound absorbing effect, but the air layer may be a gap, and the air layer itself has a sound absorbing effect. There was no.
Therefore, in the present invention, a sound absorbing layer is provided on one surface of a core layer made of a core material such as a paper core material, a sound insulating layer is provided on the other surface, and the core material is disposed in the air layer, whereby the air layer in the gap between the open cores. In addition to the above effect, focusing on the vibration performance of the partition wall surrounding each open core of the core layer and limiting the opening of the open core to the through holes of the perforated board material, the overall sound absorption performance was improved. Moreover, since the opening was formed in the core layer to accommodate the low-frequency absorber and the sound absorption performance was improved by dividing the sound region, the above problems were solved.

That is, this invention is a sound-absorbing panel using a core material having a unit opening core and a perforated board material, which is characterized as follows.

(5) The area of the through hole of the perforated board material opened in the unit opening core was formed sufficiently smaller than the area of each unit opening core of the first core material and the second core material.
Another invention is a sound absorbing panel using a core material having a unit opening core and a perforated board material, characterized in that it is configured as follows.
(1) A core material is formed by continuously or non-continuously forming a large number of unit-opening cores that are partitioned by short cylindrical partition walls and opened in the thickness direction.
(2) A core layer is formed by laminating a porous board material having a large number of through holes opened in the thickness direction on one surface of the core material.
(3) The fiber material is compressed into a plate shape to form a sound-absorbing layer, and the sound-absorbing layer is closely adhered to the surface of the core layer on the perforated board material side or with a gap interposed therebetween. And fix.
(4) A sound-insulating layer is fixed on the other surface of the core layer in close contact with each other or with a gap interposed therebetween.
(5) The area of the through hole of the perforated board material opened in the unit opening core was formed to be sufficiently smaller than the area of each unit opening core of the core material.
Further, in the above, a sound absorbing panel using a core material having a unit opening core and a perforated board material, characterized by being configured as follows.
(1) One of the through holes of the perforated bow member was opened in the unit opening core of the core material.
(2) The through-hole is disposed in the approximate center of the unit opening core.
The core material in the above is a paper honeycomb of a so-called hexagonal core, a bias core of a parallelogram or rectangular core, a core based on a circle, a straight line, assuming a material made mainly of paper or resin processed paper The concept includes a wave-based core, and the shape of the unit opening core is not limited as long as a large number of partitioned unit opening cores are continuously formed. In addition, paper is preferable because of its ease of processing and sound absorption effect due to the fiber gaps in the partition walls, but the material is arbitrary, and it is made of metal such as aluminum or steel, ceramics such as magnetic or earthenware, or other resin. In this case, it is desirable to coat the surface of the partition wall with fine irregularities or a porous paint.
In addition, the above-described lamination in which the layers are fixed is a case where the layers are mainly adhered and laminated, but the layers do not move relative to each other at least on the outer peripheral side of the core material by some means other than adhesion without adhesion. To include.
In addition, when the through hole is sufficiently small with respect to the unit opening core in the above, when two or more through holes are arranged in one opening core, “the opening in one opening core is open. The total area of all through holes (perforated board material) ”is summed and compared with the“ area of the open core ”. In addition, when one through hole (perforated board material) is open to both open cores across the partition wall of the open core, "the area of the through hole opened to one open core side" Add up to the area of all the through-holes in that one open core.
In addition, “sufficiently small” in the above description depends on the area and height of the open core, but the area of the through hole is approximately “half” (50%) of the area of the unit open core. It means the following.
In addition, since the above-described open core is generally formed continuously, it is easy to handle as a core material at the time of manufacture, but a core material in which the open core is not continuous in part or in whole can be employed. Further, when a large number of open cores are provided continuously or discontinuously, open cores having different shapes and structures can be employed even if open cores having the same shape and structure are used.
Since this invention is configured by laminating a core layer composed of a core material and a perforated board material, an absorption layer, and a sound insulation layer, if the panel is arranged with the outer surface of the absorption layer facing the sound source to be absorbed, it can be used. Depending on the material to be used, when a felt-type special sound absorbing material is used, the sound in the high frequency range is first absorbed by the absorption layer, passes through the air layer in the core of the core material, and is reflected by the inner surface of the sound insulation layer. The sound that has been passed again passes through the air layer in the core of the core material and is absorbed again from the inner surface side of the absorption layer. At this time, the sound component that has passed through the absorption layer is diffusely reflected by the partition wall of the unit opening core of the core material, and part of the sound component is absorbed by the partition wall, and further passes through the through hole of the perforated board material to reach the opening core. Until the convergence and diffusion are repeated, the sound absorption performance can be improved.
Therefore, this panel absorbs high-frequency components or low-frequency and high-frequency components according to the nature of the sound source, or according to the sound of the sound range that you want to hear or do not want to hear on the sound insulation layer side. An acoustic space can be constructed. In this case, the position of the functional opening can be moved, or the acoustic properties in the paper core of the paper core material can be easily changed.

厚さt11=0.30mm(図4(a))
LB=6.2mm(図4(a))
厚さt2=5.0mm(図1(d))
厚さt3=0.27mm(図1(d))
