刈払い機による草刈り作業時、コンクリート・アスファルトのはつり作業時あるいは粉塵環境下での作業時における飛石、粉塵又ははつり片の周囲への飛散を防止し、騒音環境下で防音するようにした自立柵において、
2本の縦パイプを蝶番によって相互に回動可能に連結してなるパイプ組立体、該パイプ組立体の両外側に設けられる2本の外側縦パイプ、該2本の外側縦パイプとパイプ組立体の縦パイプの上端間及び下端間を連結する4本の横パイプ、及び上記2本の外側縦パイプとパイプ組立体の縦パイプの上端と下端及び上記横パイプの両端のいずれか一方に取付けられ他方が引抜き可能に差し込まれるL形ジョイントによって組立て分解可能な構造に構成され、上記外側縦パイプに取付けられるL形ジョイントにファスナーの挿通穴が形成され、相互に角度をもって展開されることによって自立し得る一方、金属製パイプを用いて製作されることによって風圧に抗して自立し得る重さに設定されている折畳み・展開可能なフレームと、
矩形状をなし、四隅にはファスナーの挿通穴が形成され、四周縁にはファスナーの挿通穴が間隔をあけて形成され、上記フレームの広面に緩張架され、衝突した飛石・粉塵を落下させ又は防音するネット及び/又はシートと、
