Description

The present invention insulates the work sound generated when the worker works on the structure using the scaffold so as not to leak outside as much as possible, and the worker can easily install and move to the desired place of the scaffold. It relates to a lightweight mobile soundproofing device.

In surface repair to remove the surface coating and FRP of the structure, the scaffold is assembled outside the structure, and the operator uses a power tool such as a grinder or an air tool with the scaffold to grind the old paint film with a rotating grindstone. Cutting noise, intake noise and crushing noise are generated. In recent years, when the old paint film was peeled off, especially in urban areas with many structures, complaints about noise from local residents were often made, and construction was often suspended or canceled.
In order to prevent the noise generated from the construction site from leaking to the outside, the entire area where construction is performed is surrounded by a panel-like structure to prevent the noise generated by the construction site from leaking outside. Have been proposed (see, for example, Patent Documents 1, 2, 3 and 4).
The invention disclosed in any one of Patent Documents 1, 2, 3, or 4 is a civil engineering work that is carried out while an operator stands on the ground or floor because it is installed on the ground or floor and surrounds the entire construction area in a bowl shape. Although it can be applied to the construction, there is a problem that it cannot be applied to repair of the wall surface of a structure such as a building or a bridge, especially in a high place where work cannot be performed without a scaffold.
As a panel surrounding the entire construction area, a panel (see Patent Document 5) provided with a fold curve and a locking projection that engages with the fold curve on the periphery of a substantially rectangular face plate, a plurality of iron plates, A soundproof wall comprising a pipe for connecting iron plates, a suspension type soundproofing device in which a sound absorbing material is housed, and a spacer that separates the iron plate and the suspension type soundproofing device to form an air layer (see, for example, Patent Document 6) Or a folding soundproof wall in which a bent portion is provided in one direction in two sheets, and a soundproof material made of styrofoam or glass wool is stored between the bent portions (see, for example, Patent Document 7) ) Has been proposed.
Assuming that the workers in the scaffolding are individually enclosed by using the panels and soundproof walls disclosed in Patent Documents 5 to 7, the worker needs to lift the panel up to the scaffolding and assemble with the scaffolding. . The panels and soundproof walls disclosed in Patent Documents 5 to 7 have a fixed form without bending and are heavy. Therefore, the work of installing a soundproof wall on the scaffold must be lifted above the height of the scaffold, and is extremely dangerous if the panel is dropped. In addition, scaffolds are generally used that are constructed by connecting struts, cloth materials, diagonal materials, etc. with wedges to form a frame, and mounting treads on the cloth materials. In addition to workers and work tools, etc. Installing a soundproof wall with a large load on the support, even if the construction of the soundproof wall is successful, there is a problem in terms of safety due to the load on the support, and removal work also takes time and effort However, it is extremely difficult to repeat the installation and removal of the soundproof wall according to the work position of the worker, and there is a problem that it is not suitable for use on a scaffold.
It has been proposed to use a sheet for soundproofing as it is lightweight and easy to transport. For example, eyelets are drilled at predetermined intervals along the length direction at one end edge of a square sheet made of knitted fabric, etc., and two rows of eyelets aligned inward and outward are drilled along the lateral direction on both upper and lower sides. A hook-and-loop fastener is extended to the outer side, and a connecting tool is inserted between the eyelets formed in the opposite positions by contacting the edges of adjacent separate sheets, and a plurality of sheets are formed with the hook-and-loop fastener. A sheet that is connected in the vertical direction and used as a sheet having an enlarged area has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 8).
In order to use the soundproof sheet disclosed in Patent Document 8 to install the work sound on the scaffolding so as to provide a sound insulation effect, the sheet is connected to a predetermined length on the ground in advance, and the two connected sheets having different widths are connected. It is conceivable that the sheets are crossed using a beam frame or the like so as not to hang down on the wall surface of the structure on which the material to be ground is provided, so as to surround the worker. However, it takes time and labor to connect and install the sheets, the workability is poor, the sound leaks from the gap between the sheets, and when two sheets with different widths are used crossing using the beam part There is a problem that it becomes difficult for the operator to enter and leave the working space surrounded by the seat along the length direction of the tread.
A pair of holes, each having two holes drilled close to the entire periphery of the rectangular sheet, is drilled at a predetermined interval, and the sheets are sequentially connected to the holes through a binding string, and the nail under construction In order to prevent scattering of steel bars and reinforcing bars, a scaffolding sheet that covers the outside of the entire scaffold has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 9).
The invention disclosed in Patent Document 9 can form a sheet having a large area for preventing scattering of fragments to the surroundings, but is formed in a hut shape so that an operator can work inside. There was a problem that it did not act to insulate the noise.
A band and a band are overlapped and joined to the central part of a rectangular sheet, and an opening is formed in the band along the length direction, and connected to the gap between the band and the sheet exposed to the opening. There has been proposed a construction sheet in which a string is inserted (see, for example, Patent Document 10).
The sheet disclosed in Patent Document 10 has a function of preventing sound leakage from the connecting portion when two sheets are connected on one side, but there is a problem that the entire periphery of the operator cannot be covered. .
There has been proposed an invention in which a seat is provided on the uppermost floor of a scaffolding provided with treads on a large number of floors to enable work during rainfall (see, for example, Patent Document 11).
In the invention disclosed in Patent Document 11, since the roof is formed of a sheet, there is an effect that an operator can avoid rainfall in the range of the structure and the scaffold for the work, but other than the roof is exposed. There was a problem that there was no sound insulation effect of work sound.
In addition, when a soundproof sheet is attached so as to wrap the entire scaffold, a large amount of soundproof sheets and attachment members are required in proportion to the size of the scaffold, which is very expensive and uneconomical. there were.

The extension strip 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2, 3 and 12. The extension strip 2 is formed in a strip having substantially the same length as the front edge length of the tent body 1. A joining portion 18 having a predetermined front-rear width is provided on the back surface of the rear end edge of the extension strip 2. The joint portion 17 of the tent body 1 and the joint portion 18 of the extension strip 2 are formed so as to be able to be engaged and disengaged. When the joint 18 and the joint 17 of the extension strip 2 are engaged and the extension strip 2 is attached to the front side of the tent body 1, the front edge of the extension strip 2 comes into contact with the wall surface of the structure 19. The front-rear width of the extension strip 2 is set. On the back surface of the extension strip 2, an attachment piece 21 with a eyelet 20 is attached.

The tread mat 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. The tread mat 3 is mainly composed of a soundproof material storage portion made of a sheet member having high soundproofing, high sound insulation, self-extinguishing, flexibility, water tightness and chemical resistance, and a plate shape having high soundproofing. The soundproof material 22 is used. A sheet-like soundproof material 22 having flat upper and lower surfaces made of styrofoam, glass wool, or the like is enclosed in a bag-like body in which the entire peripheral edges of sheet members disposed on the front surface side and the back surface side are bonded to form a mat 23. ing. The mats 23 are extended in the horizontal direction (the length direction of the tread 12) in two rows in the front-rear direction, and the mats 23, 23 are overlapped with each other as a fold in the soundproof material storage portion non-forming portion 24 between the adjacent mats 23, 23. By doing so, it can be folded in two. With the mats 23 and 23 deployed, the front-rear width is formed to be approximately the same as the shortest distance between the rear column 11 and the wall surface of the structure 19.

The telescopic tube will be described with reference to FIG. The telescopic tube 4 accommodates the armband 26 inside the outer cylinder 25, and the telescopic tube 4 is formed to be telescopic by extending the armarm 26 forward and allowing it to be accommodated in the outer cylinder 25. . A clamp 27 is integrally attached to the outer surface of the rear end portion of the outer cylinder 25. A hook 28 is integrally attached to the outer surface of the front end portion of the outer cylinder 25. The telescopic tube 4 is preferably made of a high-strength metal such as steel.

The following operations and effects will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the clamp 27 is fastened to the rear column 11, the hook 28 is suspended from the front and rear frame 29, and the telescopic tube 4 is installed between the rear column 11 and the front column 10. To do. The armband 26 is extended from the outer cylinder 25 to a position near the wall surface of the structure 19.
A connecting tool 30 such as a hook or string is inserted and attached to the eyelet 16 of the attachment piece 15 and attached to the front and rear frame 29 on the upper floor or the frame disposed below the tread 12 and the tent body 1 is attached. It is hung between the upper and lower treads 12 and 12. The extension band 2 is bridged between the armbands 26 and 26 so that the front end edge abuts against the wall surface of the structure 19, and a connecting tool such as a string inserted through the eyelet 20 is attached to the armband 26. The extension band 2 is integrally attached to the tent body 1 by engaging the portion 18 with the joint portion 17. On the tread 12 of the scaffold 5, the tread mat 3 is laid from the rear column 11 to the wall surface of the structure 19. Usually, an operator works by facing the wall surface at a distance away from the wall surface of the structure 19, so that the front edge of the floor mat 3 is laid on the floor plate 12 so that the front edge of the mat 3 contacts the wall surface of the structure 19. Even if it is done, the dangerous situation of dropping with the tread mat 3 by the weight of the worker does not occur.
In the first embodiment, an operator performs a grinding operation or the like on the wall surface of the structure 19 in the mobile soundproof device. The work sound is worked in an inner space surrounded by the structure 19, the tent body 1, the extension strip 2 and the tread mat 3, and the worker entrance 13 is closed by the strip door 13. That is, since the entire periphery of the worker is blocked from the outside, the working sound does not leak to the outside. Further, the connecting tool 30 is attached to a frame member, the telescopic tube 4 is laid between the front and rear columns 10 and 11, the extension strip 2 is bridged to the armband 26, and the joint 17 and the joint 18 are connected. Since the movable soundproofing device can be installed only by engaging and laying the tread mat 3 on the tread 12, there is an effect that the installation and movement are extremely simple and workability is improved. That is, the installation / removal work can be performed by a very simple work of attaching / removing the coupling tool, engaging / disengaging the joint, and the installation / moving work is simple, the work time is short, and the workability is improved. In addition, since the worker doorway 13 having the belt-like doors 14 is formed on the left and right side surfaces, the worker can freely enter and leave the mobile soundproofing device, and the volume of work sound from the worker doorway 13 is small. There is an effect. Since the mobile soundproofing device is formed in a hut style as a whole, there is an effect that it is possible to work even in bad weather such as rain and snowing without being influenced by the weather.
