Description
項1. 患者の脊柱外科手術中に神経の近接を監視するための器具であって、前記器具は指装着部、神経モニタリングシステムに接続可能な接続部、前記接続部と前記指装着部をつなぐケーブル、指装着部に形成された電極を備えてなる、器具。
項2. 前記指装着部は、柔軟なシリコンゴムもしくはプラスチック製である、項1に記載の器具。
項3. 滅菌可能な素材で構成される、項1〜3のいずれかに記載の器具。
項4. 指装着部、神経モニタリングシステムに接続可能な接続部、前記接続部と前記指装着部をつなぐケーブル、指装着部に形成された電極を備えた項1〜4のいずれかに記載の器具、体表面電極、神経モニタリングシステムを備えた外科手術用の神経位置検出システムであって、下肢の筋肉に設置された体表面電極と、指装着部の電極の間での筋電図(EMG)を測定して筋肉が反応する電流閾値を決定することで神経位置を検出することを特徴とする、神経位置検出システム。

Claims (4)
- 患者の脊柱外科手術中に神経の近接を監視するための器具であって、前記器具は指装着部、神経モニタリングシステムに接続可能な接続部、前記接続部と前記指装着部をつなぐケーブル、指装着部に形成された電極を備えてなる、器具。
- 前記指装着部は、柔軟なシリコンゴムもしくはプラスチック製である、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 滅菌可能な素材で構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の器具。
- 指装着部、神経モニタリングシステムに接続可能な接続部、前記接続部と前記指装着部をつなぐケーブル、指装着部に形成された電極を備えた請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の器具、体表面電極、神経モニタリングシステムを備えた外科手術用の神経位置検出システムであって、下肢の筋肉に設置された体表面電極と、指装着部の電極の間での筋電図(EMG)を測定して筋肉が反応する電流閾値を決定することで神経位置を検出することを特徴とする、神経位置検出システム。
