(3)上記1の作用により、従来は防雪柵と地盤との空間が雪塊によって閉塞されていた事態を防止することができる。
(4)防雪板は傾きを鉛直線に対して20度以内にしたから、防雪板の投影面積を損なうことなく吹雪を確実に下方に誘導することができる。
(5)防雪板の通気部を構成する吹抜け孔は孔径を約14mmにしたから、防雪板の強度性を損なうことなく、吹雪を円滑に流動させることができる。
(6)防雪板は、通気部による空隙率を50%にしたから、吹雪の吹抜けと下方への誘導を効果的に行うことができる。
