原材料Ａ投入に先立って先ず、本発明焙煎機１を加熱し、熱媒体Ｂを熱しておく。そのために、焙煎胴２を正回転させ、バーナー７で外側胴４を熱し、原材料投入口５から適量の熱媒体Ｂを投入する。
