Description

The present invention relates to a snowfall prevention structure for a roof on which a solar cell panel is installed, and a snowfall prevention fitting used in the snowfall prevention structure.

In order to prevent the snow accumulated on the roof from sliding down the roof surface and falling from the eaves, it is common to provide a snow stop structure on the sloped roof in regions with snowfall. There is also a demand for the roof on which the solar cell panel is installed, and there is a frame body that holds the outer peripheral edge of the solar cell panel in which a snow stopper is integrally formed. However, if the snow stopper is formed integrally with the frame, it is necessary to replace the entire frame when the snow stopper is damaged. Moreover, it is necessary to manufacture separately the frame which has a snow stopper, and the frame for solar cell panels installed in the roof which does not need a snow stopper.

On the other hand, it has been proposed to provide a snow stopper via a member for fixing the solar cell panel to the roof (see Patent Document 1). In the technique of Patent Document 1, a frame of a solar cell panel placed adjacent to a long crosspiece (rail) arranged in parallel with a space on a roof is placed, and two frames are placed. The frame is fixed to the crosspiece by a support member disposed between the bodies. And the cover which covers a support member between frame bodies is attached to the support member, and the snow stopper is provided integrally with this cover. Thereby, there exists an advantage which can use a common frame body, when installing a solar cell panel in the roof which does not need a snow stop.

However, in the technique of Patent Document 1, since the snow stopper is attached to the crosspiece through the support member, the installation position of the snowstop is limited to the crosspiece, and the number of snow stops is also the support member. Will be limited to the number of. The ease of snow sliding differs depending on various conditions such as the amount of snow, the size of the roof slope, the length of the roof flowing direction, and the direction the roof is facing. In addition, there are roofs with high importance to prevent snow from falling, such as roofs facing neighbors and public roads, and less roofs. Therefore, there has been a demand for a technique that can provide a snow stopper on the roof on which the solar cell panel is installed and that has a high degree of freedom in the position and number of snow stoppers.

Japanese Patent No. 3776631

Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, the present invention is a snowfall prevention structure that can provide a snowfall prevention metal fitting with a high degree of freedom in the installation position and the number of installations on the roof where the solar cell panel is installed, and the snowfall prevention structure. It is an object to provide a snowfall prevention metal fitting.

In order to solve the above problems, a snowfall prevention structure according to the present invention is:
"A snowfall prevention structure in which a snowfall prevention fitting is attached on the roof where the solar panel is installed,
Among the solar cell panels that are arranged adjacent to the roof, the first frame body that holds the edge of the solar cell panel that is arranged on the eaves side, and that is arranged on the building side The second frame holding the eaves side edge of the solar panel is fixed to the roof surface so that a gap is formed below the bottom surface of each,
The snowfall prevention bracket is
The first abutting portion that is in contact with the upper surface portion of the first frame body is provided on one end side, and the second contact portion that is in contact with the upper surface portion of the second frame body is provided on the other end side. And an upper connecting portion that connects the first contact portion and the second contact portion, and a locking portion that is locked to the first frame body and the second frame body,
A first side wall portion that extends downward from a connection portion between the first contact portion and the upper connection portion and is in contact with a side surface portion of the first frame body;
A second side wall portion extending downward along the side surface portion of the second frame from the vicinity of the connecting portion between the second contact portion and the upper coupling portion;
A lower end extending from the lower end of the second side wall along at least the bottom surface of the second frame,
And a snow stop portion extending from the locking portion to above the first frame and the upper surface of the second frame ”.

The “snow stopper” may be configured to extend upward from the first contact portion, the second contact portion, or the upper connection portion connecting these at the same height in the locking portion. it can. In this case, the snow stopper is naturally configured to extend upward from the upper surfaces of the first frame and the second frame. In addition, the “snow stopper” may be configured to extend upward from an upper connection portion that connects the first upper contact portion and the second upper contact portion at different heights. In this case, even if the upper connecting portion has a lower height than the first upper abutting portion and the second upper abutting portion, the snow stopper extends upward from the upper surfaces of the first frame body and the second frame body.

The “lower end” extends from the lower end of the second side wall only in one direction and extends along the bottom surface of the second frame, and the bottom of the second frame from the lower end of the second side wall. A lower end portion extending along the portion and also extending to the first frame body side can be exemplified.

In the snowfall prevention structure of this configuration, the snowfall prevention fitting is prevented from dropping due to gravity because the first contact portion and the second contact portion are in contact with the upper surface portions of the first frame body and the second frame body, respectively. It is prevented. Therefore, the snowfall prevention metal fitting in this structure is hold | maintained by the 1st frame and the 2nd frame, without requiring fastening with a screw, a nail, etc.

And, in the snowfall prevention structure constructed as described above, the snow stoppers extend upward from the upper surfaces of the first frame and the second frame that hold the solar cell panel. In addition, it is possible to suppress the falling snow on the solar cell panel.

In addition, since the surface of the snow stop portion on the second frame side receives snow during snow accumulation, a force acts on the snow fall prevention fitting so that the upper part is inclined toward the first frame side. The first side wall portion that is in contact with the side surface portion of the first frame body resists the force acting in this direction, and extends downward along the side surface portion of the second frame body. This is countered by at least a part of the side wall portion coming into contact with the lower portion of the side surface portion of the second frame. In addition, when the length of the second side wall is close to the height of the second frame (the length of the side surface), the lower end extending along the bottom surface of the second frame is the second frame. This force is also resisted by contacting the bottom of the body. Therefore, even if a snow load is applied to the snow fall prevention fitting, the posture of the snow fall prevention fitting held by the first frame and the second frame is stably maintained.

Even if an external force is applied to the snow-falling prevention metal fitting from below, the lower end portion extending from the lower end of the second side wall portion along at least the bottom surface portion of the second frame body is in contact with the bottom surface portion of the second frame body. By contacting, it acts as a stopper. On the other hand, when a load is applied to the snowfall prevention metal fitting from above, the first contact portion that is in contact with the upper surface portion of the first frame body and the second contact portion that is in contact with the upper surface portion of the second frame body However, since this load is received, it is excellent in resistance to the load from above.

As described above, according to the snowfall prevention structure of the present configuration, since the snowfall prevention fitting is held by the first frame and the second frame, the first frame is used to install the solar cell panel on the roof. And a snowfall prevention metal fitting can be installed irrespective of the member for fixing a 2nd frame to a roof surface. As a result, the amount of snowfall in the area where the solar panels are installed, the slope of the roof, the length of the roof, the direction in which the roof is facing, the importance of preventing snow from falling, etc. It is possible to set the installation position and the number of installation of the snowfall prevention metal fittings at a degree.

In addition to the above-described structure, the snowfall prevention structure according to the present invention includes: “The snowfall prevention fitting has one end connected to the first side wall part or the upper connection part and the other end connected to the lower end part or the second part. It further includes a lower connecting portion connected to the side wall portion ”.

In the snow fall prevention metal fitting used for the snow fall prevention structure of this structure, the intensity | strength is reinforced by further providing a lower connection part. Specifically, the first side wall part and the second side wall part that extend downward from the locking part and are separated from each other are connected by the lower connection part, or extend from the lower end of the second side wall part. The lower end part and the first side wall part or the upper connecting part are connected by the lower connecting part, or alternatively, the lower connecting part connected to the second side wall part at a midway height position, By connecting the side wall portion with the upper connection portion, the rigidity of the snowfall prevention fitting as a whole is increased and it is difficult to deform. Moreover, in addition to the upper end of the second side wall portion being connected to the locking portion where the snow stopper portion extends upward, the second side wall portion extends below or from the lower end of the second side wall portion. The lower end which is connected with the 1st side wall part or the upper connection part via the lower connection part. Thereby, it is easy to make the snow load applied to the snow stop portion during snowfall act on the entire second side wall portion, and the load can be dispersed.

In addition, as a snowfall prevention metal fitting provided with a lower connection part, the structure which does not have an upper connection part can be considered. That is, the first side wall portion extending from the first contact portion, the second side wall portion extending from the second contact portion, and the lower end portion extending from the second side wall portion are connected only by the lower connection portion. Even if it is the structure by which the snowfall prevention metal fitting was hold | maintained at the 1st frame and the 2nd frame, the snow stop part extended upwards from the 1st contact part or the 2nd contact part The snow stop function can be obtained. However, in such a configuration, since the space above the lower connecting portion is open, snow accumulates on the lower connecting portion, and the lower part of the snow fall prevention metal fitting is placed on the first frame side due to the accumulated snow load. There is a possibility that a force in a tilting direction may act. On the other hand, in this structure, since the snowfall prevention metal fitting has the upper connecting portion, the space above the lower connecting portion is covered with the upper connecting portion, so that snow accumulates on the lower connecting portion. And there is an advantage that the force as described above does not act.

The snowfall prevention structure according to the present invention is the above configuration, wherein “the snowfall prevention fitting has one end of the lower connecting portion connected to the upper connecting portion, and the upper connecting portion connects the first side wall portion. And a long hole-like member inserted through the through-hole and extending downward from the first side wall portion ”. It can be.

A plurality of “through holes” and “long bar-like members” inserted therethrough may be provided. The “through hole” and the “long bar-shaped member” include a “through bar” having a female screw on the inner peripheral surface and a “long bar-shaped member” formed on the outer peripheral surface with a male screw screwed to the female screw. “Through hole” that has a through hole without a screw and a female screw hole of a nut fixed to the upper connecting portion, a “long bar-like member” having a male screw, a “through hole” without a female screw, and a through hole A “long bar-like member” as a pin having a shaft bar portion inserted through the head and a head portion not inserted through can be exemplified.

In the snow fall prevention fitting in the snow fall prevention structure of this configuration, the long bar member inserted through the through hole extends downward from the first side wall portion. As a result, when an upward force is applied so that the upper part of the snowfall prevention metal fitting is inclined toward the second frame body, the long bar-like member that is longer than the first side wall portion comes into contact with the side surface portion of the first frame body. Resist. As a result, the snowfall prevention metal fitting is more difficult to come off, and its posture is stably maintained.

Next, the snowfall prevention metal fitting according to the present invention has “a first contact portion having a flat bottom surface on one end side and a second contact portion having a flat bottom surface on the other end side. A locking portion having an upper connecting portion connecting the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion, and extending downward from a connecting portion between the first abutting portion and the upper connecting portion, The first side wall portion that is flat on the first abutting portion side, and extends from the vicinity of the connecting portion between the second abutting portion and the upper connecting portion to the lower side than the first side wall portion. A second side wall part having a flat contact side, and a lower end part connected to the lower end of the second side wall part and extending from the lower end of the second side wall part at least below the second contact part And a snow stop portion extending upward from the locking portion ".

This is a snow fall prevention metal fitting used for the above snow fall prevention structure. That is, in the locking portion, the first contact portion and the second contact portion, each of which has a flat bottom surface, respectively contact the upper surface portions of the first frame body and the second frame body, thereby preventing a drop due to gravity. And the snowfall prevention metal fitting can be hold | maintained at a 1st frame and a 2nd frame. In addition, the plane on the first contact portion side of the first side wall portion is the first frame against the force acting on the snow fall prevention metal fitting so that the upper portion is inclined toward the first frame body due to snow load or the like during snow accumulation. It abuts against the side surface portion of the body and resists the force, and at least a part of the second side wall portion whose second abutment portion side is flat is abutted against the lower portion of the side surface portion of the second frame body. By doing so, the posture of the snowfall prevention fitting is maintained.

Therefore, the snowfall prevention metal fitting of this structure can be held only by the first frame and the second frame, and the first frame and the second frame are placed on the roof surface in order to install the solar cell panel on the roof. Regardless of the member for fixing, the solar cell panel can be installed on the roof, so that the installation position and the number of installations can be set with a high degree of freedom.

Hereinafter, the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 which is 1st embodiment of this invention and the snowfall prevention structure using the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 are demonstrated using FIG. 1 thru | or FIG.

The snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 has a first contact portion 11 having a flat bottom surface on one end side and a second contact portion 12 having a flat bottom surface on the other end side. A locking portion 10 having an upper connecting portion 13a for connecting the portion 11 and the second abutting portion 12, and a connecting portion between the first abutting portion 11 and the upper connecting portion 13a. The first side wall part 14 whose contact part 11 side is flat, and the vicinity of the connection part between the second contact part 12 and the upper connecting part 13a extend downward from the first side wall part 14, and the second contact part A second side wall portion 15 having a flat surface on the side 12; a lower end portion 16a extending from the lower end of the second side wall portion 15 to at least the lower side of the second abutting portion 12; And a snow stop 17. The snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 further includes a lower connecting portion 18 a having one end connected to the first side wall portion 14 and the other end connected to the second side wall portion 15.

More specifically, the snow stopper 17 extends upward from one end of the flat plate-shaped first contact portion 11, and the flat upper connection portion 13a has the same height at the other end. Connected with. A flat plate-like second contact portion 12 is connected to the other end of the upper connecting portion 13a at the same height. Further, a flat plate-like first side wall portion 14 extends perpendicularly downward from the connecting portion between the first contact portion 11 and the upper connecting portion 13a. From the vicinity of the connecting portion between the upper connecting portion 13a and the second contact portion 12, a flat plate-like second side wall portion 15 extends obliquely downward toward the second contact portion 12 side, and the tip further extends to the second contact portion. The contact portion 12 extends downward at a right angle. Therefore, the second side wall portion 15 is bent in the vicinity of the connection portion with the second contact portion 12. Further, a flat plate-like lower end portion 16 a extends from the lower end of the second side wall portion 15 to the second contact portion 12 side at a right angle to the second side wall portion 15. Furthermore, the lower end of the second side wall portion 15 is connected to the lower end of the first side wall portion 14 by a flat lower connection portion 18a. Here, “the vicinity of the connecting portion” between the upper connecting portion 13a and the second contact portion 12 can be a position on the upper connecting portion 13a side of 0.5 mm to 7 mm from the connecting portion.

Hereinafter, the boundary line between the first side wall portion 14 and the lower connecting portion 18a is referred to as a base line P1. Moreover, the upper end side of the surface orthogonal to the second contact portion 12 in the second side wall portion 15 is referred to as a base line P2. In addition, when the 2nd side wall part 15 is extended at right angle with respect to the 2nd contact part 12 without bending, the connection part of the latching | locking part 10 and the 2nd side wall part 15 turns into the base line P2. .

Moreover, in the snow fall prevention metal fitting 1 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the distance L1 of the bottom face of the 2nd contact part 12 and the upper surface of the lower end part 16a is the 1st frame body to which the snow fall prevention metal fitting 1 is attached. It is set longer than the height of 30a and the second frame 30b (the distance between the upper end and the lower end of the side surface portion 32), specifically, slightly longer (for example, + 1% to + 5%). In addition, the distance L2 between the base line P1 and the base line P2 is a distance between the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b (distance between the side surface portions 32, hereinafter referred to as “frame body distance”). It is set shorter, specifically, slightly shorter (for example, -1% to -5%). In addition, the length of the lower end portion 16a is illustrated here as being the same length as that of the second contact portion 12, but from the tip of the lower end portion 16a to the extended surface of the lower connecting portion 18a. L3 which is the length of the perpendicular can be set to a length shorter than the distance between the frames.

In addition, the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 of the said structure is integrally molded with the metal. Such a snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 can be manufactured by, for example, cutting a long material having a single cross section perpendicular to the axial direction, formed by extrusion molding, into a desired length.

Next, a method for constructing the snowfall prevention structure of the present embodiment by attaching the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 to the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b will be described mainly with reference to FIG.

Here, the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b to which the snowfall prevention fitting 1 is attached have the same configuration, and are distinguished only in the positional relationship with the snowfall prevention fitting 1. More specifically, each of the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b has a flat plate-like side surface portion 32 extending vertically, and an upper surface portion 31 extending perpendicularly from the upper end of the side surface portion 32, A bottom surface portion 33 extending from the lower end of the side surface portion 32 in the same direction as the upper surface portion 31, and a lower surface portion 31 extending from the side surface portion 32 in the same direction as the upper surface portion 31, A lower holding portion 34 that holds the end sides of the solar cell panel S and a reinforcing portion 35 that extends parallel to the side surface portion 32 and connects the lower holding portion 34 and the bottom surface portion 33. Each of the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b is a long material having a single cross section perpendicular to the axial direction, and can be formed by, for example, metal extrusion.

In constructing the snowfall prevention structure, first, the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b each holding the solar cell panel S between the upper surface portion 31 and the lower holding portion 34 are respectively spaced below the bottom surface portion 33. It is fixed to the roof surface in a state where is formed.

Next, the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 is attached. First, with the first contact portion 11 facing the first frame body 30a and the lower end portion 16a facing downward, the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 is positioned above the gap between the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b. To be located. Then, with the base line P1 positioned substantially on the extended surface of the side surface portion 32 of the first frame 30a, the snowfall prevention fitting 1 is rotated so that the upper part is inclined toward the second frame 30b with the base line P1 as the rotation center. Then, the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 is inclined more than an angle at which the tip of the lower end portion 16a does not interfere with the extended surface of the side surface portion 32 of the second frame 30b (see the solid line in FIG. 2). In this state, the snow fall prevention fitting 1 is inserted into the gap between the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b. As described above, since the distance L2 between the base line P1 and the base line P2 is shorter than the distance between the frame bodies, the lower end portion 16a is rotated so as not to interfere with the second frame body 30b, and the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30a. The snow fall prevention fitting 1 can be inserted into the gap between the frame bodies 30b. Even when the length of the lower end portion 16a is longer than that shown in the drawing, if the distance L3 is set to be shorter than the distance between the frame bodies as described above, the upper part of the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 is closer to the second frame body 30b side. By rotating so as to be inclined, interference between the lower end portion 16a and the second frame 30b can be avoided (see a one-dot chain line in FIG. 2).

When the lower end portion 16a is lowered until it is positioned below the bottom surface portion 33 of the second frame 30b, the upper part of the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 is rotated in a direction in which the upper part of the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 is inclined toward the first frame 30a. The first abutting portion 11 is brought into contact with the upper surface portion 31 of the first frame 30a and the second abutting portion 12 is brought into contact with the upper surface portion 31 of the second frame 30b. At the same time, the first side wall portion 14 is brought into contact with the side surface portion 32 of the first frame 30a. Thereby, the latching | locking part 10 is latched by the 1st frame 30a and the 2nd frame 30b.

At the same time, the second side wall portion 15 extends along the side surface portion 32 of the second frame 30b, and the lower end portion 16a extends along the bottom surface portion 33 of the second frame 30b. It becomes a state. In the present embodiment, since the distance L2 between the base line P1 and the base line P2 is set to be slightly shorter than the distance between the frame bodies, the second side wall portion 15 is very close to the side surface portion 32 of the second frame body 30b. It will be in the state along the side part 32. FIG. In addition, the second side wall portion 15 is bent in the direction opposite to the second contact portion 12 above the base line P2, so that the distance L2 is slightly shorter than the distance between the frame bodies. Interference between the second side wall portion 15 and the second frame body 30b can be avoided while bringing 15 into proximity to the second frame body 30b. Further, since the distance L1 is set to be slightly longer than the height of the second frame 30b, the lower end 16a is very close to the bottom 33 of the second frame 30b and is in a state along the bottom 33. .

In order to insert the snow fall prevention fitting 1 from above into the gap between the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b, in addition to the conditions of the distances L1, L2, and L3, the first frame 30a and The snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 inserted in the gap between the second frame bodies 30b is most inclined so that the upper part is inclined to the first frame body 30a side, and the tip of the lower end portion 16a is the bottom surface portion 33 of the second frame body 30b. When the height is reached, it is necessary that the second contact portion 12 has a length that does not contact the upper surface portion 31 of the second frame 30b or the upper surface of the solar cell panel S. Further, in the above, the case where the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 is rotated with the base line P1 as the rotation center is illustrated, but snowfall prevention is similarly performed in the gap between the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b with the base line P2 as the rotation center. The metal fitting 1 can be inserted and attached from above.

In the above description, the method for inserting the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 into the gap between the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b from above has been described. However, as an alternative attachment method, the first contact portion 11 and In a state where the second contact portion 12 is positioned higher than the upper surface portion 31 of the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b and the lower end portion 16a is positioned lower than the bottom surface portion 33 of the second frame body 30b, Even if it inserts between the 1st frame 30a and the 2nd frame 30b from the outside of each edge part of the one frame 30a and the 2nd frame 30b, and slides the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 to a desired attachment position, Good. And while making the 1st contact part 11 and the 2nd contact part 12 contact | abut to the upper surface part 31 of the 1st frame 30a and the 2nd frame 30b, respectively, the 1st side wall part 14 is made into the 1st frame 30a. It abuts on the side surface portion 32. Even if it does in this way, the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 can be attached to the 1st frame 30a and the 2nd frame 30b.

As shown in FIG. 3, the snow fall prevention structure of the present embodiment is constructed by holding the snow fall prevention metal fitting 1 on the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b as described above. That is, it is a snowfall prevention structure in which the snowfall prevention fitting 1 is attached on the roof where the solar cell panel S is installed, and is arranged on the eaves side of the solar cell panels S arranged adjacent to the roof. The first frame 30a holding the ridge side edge of the solar cell panel S, and the second side holding the eave side edge of the solar panel S arranged on the ridge side The frame body 30b is fixed to the roof surface so that a gap is formed below each bottom surface portion 33, and the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 is in contact with the upper surface portion 31 of the first frame body 30a. The abutting portion 11 has one end side, and the other end side has a second abutting portion 12 that abuts the upper surface portion 31 of the second frame 30b. It has an upper connecting part 13a that connects the contact part 12, and is locked to the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b. The first side wall portion 14 extending downward from the connecting portion between the first contact portion 11 and the upper connecting portion 13a and contacting the upper portion of the side surface portion 32 of the first frame 30a. The second side wall 15 extending downward along the side surface 32 of the second frame 30b from the vicinity of the connecting portion between the second contact portion 12 and the upper coupling portion 13a, and the lower end of the second side wall 15 Is a snow fall prevention structure comprising at least a lower end portion 16a extending along the bottom surface portion 33 of the second frame body 30b and a snow stop portion 17 extending upward from the locking portion 10.

In the snow fall prevention structure, the snow fall prevention metal fitting 1 further includes a lower connecting portion 18 a having one end connected to the first side wall portion 14 and the other end connected to the second side wall portion 15. ing.

Here, in order to fix the 1st frame 30a and the 2nd frame 30b to a roof surface so that a space | gap may be formed under the bottom face part 33, respectively, for example, it is parallel to the flow direction of a roof on a roof surface. A plurality of long crosspieces 60 are arranged side by side, and the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b are attached to the crosspiece 60 via a fixing member 50 as shown in FIG.

The fixing member 50 will be specifically described. The fixing member 50 includes a spacer member 51 and a pressing member 52. The spacer member 51 has a pair of leg plate portions 51a placed on the upper surface of the crosspiece 60, and a top plate portion 51b connecting the upper ends of the pair of leg plate portions 51a. The pressing member 52 has a pair of elongated flat plate-like pressing portions 52a that respectively contact the upper surface portions 31 of the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b, and a right angle downward from the inner end portions of the pair of pressing portions 52a. A pair of upright plate portions 52b and a flat plate-like substrate portion 52c connecting the pair of upright plate portions 52b. Further, through holes 51 c and 52 d through which the bolts 54 pass are respectively provided at the centers of the top plate portion 51 b in the spacer member 51 and the substrate portion 52 c in the pressing member 52.

As a crosspiece that fixes the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b with the fixing member 50 having such a configuration, a crosspiece 60 that is a square steel pipe and has a slit 60s extending in the axial direction on the upper surface is used. Can be used. Then, the bolt 54 having the head portion 54a having a diameter larger than the width of the slit 60s and the male screw portion 54b having a diameter smaller than the width of the slit 60s is inverted and inserted from the end of the slit 60s. It is located inside the slit 60 s and the male screw portion 54 b extends upward from the upper surface of the crosspiece 60. The bolt 54 in this state is slid along the slit 60 s to a desired position where the first frame 30 a and the second frame 30 b are fixed by the fixing member 50.

Next, with the spacer member 51 in a state where the pair of leg plate portions 51a face downward, the male screw portion 54b of the bolt 54 is inserted from below into the through hole 51c of the top plate portion 51b, and the pair of leg plate portions 51a are separated. The direction is made to coincide with the axial direction of the crosspiece 60, and it is placed on the upper surface of the crosspiece 60. The nut 55a is fastened to the male screw portion 54b extending upward from the top plate portion 51b, and the spacer member 51 is fixed to the crosspiece 60. In this state, the male thread portion 54b of the bolt 54 extends further upward than the nut 55a.

Of the pair of leg plate portions 51a of the spacer member 51 fixed to the crosspiece 60, the solar cell panel S is mounted while the side surface portion 32 of the first frame 30a is in contact with the outside of the leg plate portion 51a located on the eaves side. The held first frame 30 a is placed on the upper surface of the crosspiece 60. Further, the second frame 30b holding the solar cell panel S is placed on the upper surface of the crosspiece 60 while the side surface 32 of the second frame 30b is brought into contact with the outside of the leg plate portion 51a located on the ridge side. Place. Next, the male screw portion 54b extending upward from the nut 55a is inserted from below into the through hole 52d of the pressing member 52 with the substrate portion 52c facing downward. Then, one of the pair of pressing portions 52a of the pressing member 52 is brought into contact with the upper surface portion 31 of the first frame body 30a, and one of the pair of standing plate portions 52b is brought into contact with the side surface portion 32 of the first frame body 30a. At the same time, the other of the pressing portions 52a is brought into contact with the upper surface portion 31 of the second frame 30b, and the other of the standing plate portions 52b is brought into contact with the side surface portion 32 of the second frame 30b.

In this state, the nut 55b is fastened to the male screw portion 54b extending upward from the substrate portion 52c. Thereby, the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b are fixed to the crosspiece 60 so as to be pressed from above by the pressing member 52, and between the crosspiece 60 and the crosspiece 60, the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b are fixed. The bottom surface 33 of the second frame 30b is positioned higher than the roof surface by the height of the crosspiece 60, and a gap is formed below.

Note that the nuts 55a and 55b may be screwed into the male screw portion 54b in advance, and the bolt 54 may be inserted into the slit 60s of the crosspiece 60 in a state where the spacer member 51 and the pressing member 52 are temporarily fastened by the bolt 54. .

As described above, in the snow fall prevention metal fitting 1 of the first embodiment and the snow fall prevention structure using the same, the snow fall prevention metal fitting 1 is held by the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b. Regardless of the member for fixing the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b to the roof surface in order to install S on the roof, the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 can be installed on the roof. Therefore, the installation position and the number of installation of the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 can be set with a high degree of freedom.

In addition, since the snow stopper 17 extends from the top of the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b above the snow fall prevention fitting 1, the snow stopper 17 prevents snow accumulation on the solar panel S. Sliding can be suppressed.

In the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1, the first contact portion 11 contacts the upper surface portion 31 of the first frame 30 a and the second contact portion 12 contacts the upper surface portion 31 of the second frame 30 b, and the locking portion 10. Is locked to the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b, thereby preventing a drop due to gravity. Further, when a force acts so that the upper part of the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 is tilted toward the first frame 30a, such as when a snow load is applied to the snow stopper 17, the side surface 32 of the first frame 30a is applied. The abutting first side wall portion 14 resists, and at least the lower portion of the second side wall portion 15 extending close to the side surface portion 32 of the second frame 30b is in contact with the side surface portion 32 of the second frame 30b. Since the lower end portion 16a abuts against the bottom surface portion 33 of the second frame body 30b, the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 held by the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b has a posture, Maintained stably.

Furthermore, since the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 can be inserted and attached to the gap between the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b from above, the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b are already fixed on the roof. Even after being done, the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b can be held. Further, when the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b are fixed on the roof via a fixing member such as the fixing member 50 exemplified above, the gap between the fixing member 50 and the fixing member 50 is Even if it is a position, the snow-falling prevention metal fitting 1 can be attached by inserting in the clearance gap between the 1st frame 30a and the 2nd frame 30b from upper direction.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 has the distance L1 of the bottom face of the 2nd contact part 12 and the upper surface of the lower end part 16a larger than the height of the 1st frame 30a and the 2nd frame 30b. Even if it is a case, it can attach to the 1st frame 30a and the 2nd frame 30b, and can construct a snowfall prevention structure. In this case, when a force that causes the upper part of the snowfall prevention fitting 1 to tilt toward the first frame 30a acts due to a snow load or the like during snow accumulation, the first side wall 14 is a side surface of the first frame 30a. While being in contact with and resisting the portion 32, at least a part of the second side wall portion 15 is in contact with and resists the lower portion of the side surface portion 32 of the second frame 30b, so that the posture is stably maintained.

Next, the snow fall prevention metal fitting 2 of 2nd embodiment and the snow fall prevention structure using the snow fall prevention metal fitting 2 are demonstrated using FIG. Here, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the structure similar to the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 of 1st embodiment, and detailed description is abbreviate | omitted. The snowfall prevention metal fitting 2 is different from the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 of the first embodiment in the aspects of the upper connection portion 13b, the lower end portion 16b, and the lower connection portion 18b.

Specifically, one end of the lower connecting portion 18b of the snowfall prevention metal fitting 2 is connected to the upper connecting portion 13b. In the upper connecting portion 13b, the connecting portion of the first side wall portion 14 and the connecting portion of the lower connecting portion 18b. And a long bar-like member 20 inserted through the through-hole 19. In the present embodiment, the number of through holes 19 is one, and an internal thread is formed on the inner peripheral surface. The long bar-like member 20 is a bolt formed on the outer peripheral surface of a male screw that engages with a female screw of the through hole 19, and extends downward from the first side wall portion 14 while being inserted into the through hole 19. Length. Further, the lower end portion 16 b extends from the lower end of the second side wall portion 15 to the lower side of the second contact portion 12 and extends downward to the first contact portion 11. The lower connecting portion 18b extends from the middle position of the upper connecting portion 13b to the same length as the first side wall portion 14 at a right angle downward, and further bends toward the second abutting portion 12 side and extends downward to the lower end portion. 16b is connected to the end of the first contact portion 11 side.

Also in the snow fall prevention fitting 2, the settings of the distance L1, the distance L2, and the distance L3 are the same as those in the snow fall prevention fitting 1.

The snow fall prevention fitting 2 having such a configuration is inserted into the gap between the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b in the state where the long bar-like member 20 is not inserted into the through hole 19 in the same manner as the snow fall prevention fitting 1. Can be attached. After that, the long rod-like member 20 is inserted into the through hole 19 from above, and the male screw is screwed with the female screw to be fastened, whereby a snowfall prevention structure using the snowfall prevention fitting 2 is constructed.

The snowfall prevention fitting 2 of the second embodiment and the snowfall prevention structure using the snowfall prevention fitting 2 are also the same as the snowfall prevention fitting 1 and the snowfall prevention structure using the snowfall prevention fitting 1 of the first embodiment. There is an effect. Further, in order to allow the snowfall prevention metal fitting 1 to be inserted into the gap between the first frame body 30a and the second frame body 30b from above, the length of the first side wall portion is short depending on the length of the distance between the frame bodies. However, in the snow fall prevention metal fitting 2, the same effect as the case where the height of the first side wall portion 14 is extended is obtained by inserting the long bar-like member 20 into the through hole 19. be able to. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, when an upward force that tilts toward the second frame is applied to the snow fall prevention fitting 2, the first side wall 14 contacts the side surface 32 of the first frame 30 a. The lower end portion 16b comes into contact with the bottom surface portion 33 of the second frame body 30b, and the long bar-like member 20 comes into contact with the side surface portion 32 of the first frame body 30a and resists this force, thereby making it more stable. The posture of the snowfall prevention fitting 2 can be maintained.

The present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various improvements can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention as described below. And design changes are possible.

For example, a rubber sheet such as butyl rubber can be fixed in advance with an adhesive or the like on the surface of the second side wall portion on the second contact portion side in the snowfall prevention metal fitting. As a result, when the snowfall prevention fitting is inserted into the gap between the first frame and the second frame, the rubber sheet is elastically deformed and does not hinder the insertion, and the rubber sheet is inserted into the side surface of the second frame after insertion. The position of the snowfall prevention metal fitting can be maintained more stably by increasing the frictional force in contact with the snow. Moreover, in the above, with respect to the 1st frame 30a and the 2nd frame 30b already fixed on the roof, the snow-fall prevention metal fittings 1 and 2 are located above the gap between the first frame 30a and the second frame 30b. However, the present invention is not limited to this. After fixing one of the first frame body and the second frame body on the roof, a snowfall prevention metal fitting is arranged and the snowfall prevention metal fitting is sandwiched between them. The other of the first frame and the second frame can be fixed on the roof.
