Abstract

Description
・容器内に液体を与えるステップと、

容量性測定の信号は、液体の自動分類を行うために処理される。
・容器のタイプ(ジオメトリ、厚さ、材料)、
・容器内の液体の液体体積、
・センサのタイプ(例えば固定された鋼鉄製のカニューレ、異なるわずかな量を有する導電プラスチック製の使い捨てピペットチップ)、
・容器用のキャリアのタイプ、
・キャリアが配置される作業台のタイプ
のうちの1つ以上は、特定され/事前に定められ/または周知である。
・液体内に移送されうるセンサによって、および/または、
・液体から外に動かされうるセンサによって、
容量性方法でなされる。
1つ以上の予め定められた閾値または比較基準に関連する、液体特有の一連の離散値、または価値関数を決めることによって、この液体の分類/グループ化がなされる。そして、1以上の予め定められた閾値、または、比較基準に関連させることによって、1以上の感度クラスまたはグループへの液体の分類がなされる。
・上記感度は、一定ではない、
・上記感度は、少なくとも、検知される液体の体積、および/または、ぬれ面積(あるいは、他のパラメータ)に依存している、
・好ましくは、異なる感度または感度曲線は、液体体積および/または、ぬれ面積に依存して、予め定められる、
・好ましくは、感度クラスへの分類が、上記センサの浸漬または取り出しの間に上記静電容量ジャンプの強度にしたがってなされる、
・適切な閾値、適切な一連の閾値または適切な閾値関数は、上記感度クラスによって予め定められる、
・上記液体の感度クラスに依存して(すなわち、導電率と誘電率に依存して)、異なる一連の閾値または異なる閾値関数が適用される、
のうちの1つ以上の記述/ルールが満たされる。
そのようなキャリアは、以下の1以上の基準を満たさなければならない:
・キャリア壁が非導電性であるように設計されている、

・上記閾値があまりに高く設定されれば、液位測定cLLDがますます鈍感になる。つまり、センサ102は、静電容量ジャンプが検知されうるまで十分に大きくなる前に、液体1に、より深く挿入されなければならない(液位が見つからない)。さらに、弱い導電率を有する液体1は、もはや検知されえない。
・10μS未満の導電率と、24と80との間の相対的な静的誘電率(低い導電率:第1Cl.)を有する導電性液体、

上記容量性測定のフレームワーク内で、複数の上記センサ(102)は、上記容器(101)への浸漬動作を連続して行い、第1のセンサ(102)の浸漬の間の第1の信号ジャンプまたは第1の強度値と、第2のセンサ(102)の浸漬の間の第2の信号ジャンプまたは第2の強度値とが決められ、平均値は、上記2つの信号ジャンプまたは上記2つの強度値から作られることを特徴とする方法(200)。 - 請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法(200)であって、
上記液体(1)のための上記容量性測定のフレームワーク内で、
閾値(vS1;vS2)および/または、
一連の離散的な閾値(vS1;vS2)および/または、
閾値関数(vS(FV);vS(bO))が決められ、上記閾値関数(vS(V);vS(bO))は、上記容器(101)内の上記液体(1)の液体体積(FV)に対する依存、あるいは、上記容器(101)内のぬれ表面積に対する依存を有していることを特徴とする方法(200)。 - 請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の方法(200)であって、
上記装置(100)の次のステップにおいて、容量性液位測定(cLLD)は、上記センサ(102)によって与えられる信号(s(t);s1(t);s2(t))を使って行われ、この容量性液位測定(cLLD)のために、上記容量性液位測定(cLLD)の感度(E1,E2)の調整は、以前に行われた分類によって自動的になされることを特徴とする方法(200)。 - 移送可能なセンサ(102)と、
液体(1)を受けるための容器(101)と、
容器環境(103)と、
信号処理回路(2)と
を備える装置(100)であって、
入力側(11)は、上記センサ(102)に回路のように接続されることができ、
上記装置(100)は、上記センサ(102)を使って、通常操作で上記容器(101)内の上記液体(1)の容量性液位測定(cLLD)を行うように設計されており、
閾値(vS1,vS2;vS(FV);vS(bO))を、通常操作用の上記信号処理回路(2)のために、予め定めることができ、
上記装置(100)は、
i.上記入力側あるいはライン接続(105)により、上記センサ(102)に対して回路のように接続でき、
ii.上記センサ(102)を使って、上記容器(101)内の上記液体(1)の容量性測定を行うように設計され、
iii.上記液体(1)の容量性測定のために、上記センサ(102)を使って、上記閾値(vS1,vS2;vS(FV);vS(bO))の特定を引き起こすために、上記信号処理回路(2)に対して回路のように(106)接続できることを特徴とする装置(100)。 - 請求項11に記載の装置(100)であって、
上記装置(100)は、上記液体(1)の上記容量性測定のための予め定められた環境を備え、
上記予め定められた環境において、
専用容器(101)のタイプ、
上記専用容器(101)内の上記液体(1)の液体体積(FV)、
上記容器(101)内の上記液体(1)によるぬれ表面積、
センサ(102)のタイプ、
上記専用容器(101)を受けるため、あるいは保持するためのキャリア(103.1)のタイプ、
上記キャリア(103.1)が配置される作業台(103.2)のタイプ
のうちの少なくとも1つの点が、予め定められていることを特徴とする装置(100)。 - 請求項11または12に記載の装置(100)であって、
分類モジュール(104)において、手順、好ましくはプロセッサ制御の手順が、感度、および/または、この液体(1)の上記閾値(vS1,vS2;vS(FV);vS(bO))の自動決定のために実行されることを特徴とする装置(100)。 - 請求項11,12または13のいずれか一つに記載の装置(100)であって、
上記閾値(vS1,vS2;vS(FV);vS(bO))は、
一定の閾値(vS1,vS2)および/または
一連の離散的な閾値(vS1,vS2)および/または
閾値関数(vS(FV))であり、ここで、上記閾値関数(vS(FV))は、上記容器(101)内の上記液体(1)の液体体積(FV)に対する依存を有し、および/または、
上記閾値(vS1,vS2;vS(FV);vS(bO))は、閾値関数(vS(bO))であり、ここで、上記閾値関数(vS(bO))は、上記容器(101)内の上記液体(1)による、ぬれ表面積に対する依存を有することを特徴とする装置(100)。 - 請求項11または12に記載の装置(100)であって、

上記分類モジュール(104)は、上記信号処理回路(2)において、上記閾値(vS1,vS2;vS(FV);vS(bO))の特定を引き起こす、制御変数または信号(e)を与えるように設計されていることを特徴とする装置(100)。 - 容器(101)内の液体(1)の容量性液位測定(cLLD)を行うための方法(200)であって、上記方法(200)は、
上記容器(101)内に上記液体(1)を与えるステップと、
上記液体(1)内にセンサ(102)を浸漬する動作を行うとき、または、
上記液体(1)からセンサ(102)を取り出す動作を行うとき、
上記容量性液位測定を行うステップと
を備え、
上記浸漬動作または上記取り出し動作を行う前または行っている間、上記容量性液位測定(cLLD)の感度適応が、一連の予め定められた離散的な閾値(vS1;vS2)によって、または、予め定められた閾値関数(vS(FV);vS(bO))によってなされることを特徴とする方法(200)。 - 請求項17に記載の方法(200)であって、
上記離散的な閾値(vS1;vS2)または上記閾値関数(vS(FV);vS(bO))は、上記容器(101)内の上記液体(1)の液体体積(FV)に対する依存、および/または、ぬれ表面積に対する依存を有することを特徴とする方法(200)。
