Description

The present invention relates to a bathroom washroom floor formed mainly of foamed resin.

There is a technology for manufacturing bathroom washroom floors mainly made of foamed resin. As shown in Patent Document 1, this technique is to foam-mold in a mold to shape the shape of a floor base material, and a washing floor can be formed with an inexpensive mold. Moreover, this patent document 1 has also proposed forming the floor base material frame which mounts a wall panel, and a floor base material main body as a separate member, respectively by the optimal manufacturing method.

However, there are multiple sizes in the washing area. Therefore, a mold is required for each washing place of different sizes, and the number of molds increases. Therefore, in order to further reduce the manufacturing cost of the washing floor, it is conceivable to stop the entire washing area from being molded with a mold.

One example is a method using a flat plate of foamed resin. In this case, a flat plate of foamed resin is cut to the size of a washing place to form a floor base body, and a floor base frame on which a wall panel is placed is arranged on the outer periphery of the floor base body. What is necessary is just to cut what this floor base material frame was shape | molded in the strip | belt shape into a required size. Then, the cushioning material and the skin material are placed on the upper surface of the floor base body to complete the floor base material for the washing place. If manufactured in this way, the required number of molds can be greatly reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

However, since the floor base body is a flat plate made of foamed resin having an upper surface and a lower surface formed in parallel, the surface of the washing floor becomes a horizontal surface. Therefore, the surface of the washroom floor is not provided with a drainage gradient that is inclined downward toward the drainage port, and the drainage performance of the washroom floor is extremely inferior, and it takes a long time for the washroom floor to dry.

Then, this invention solves the above-mentioned problem, and it aims at obtaining the washroom floor of the bathroom which can provide a drainage gradient, using the flat plate of a foamed resin.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a floor base material comprising a floor base material made of a foamed resin flat plate whose upper surface and lower surface are parallel, and a floor support surface that supports the lower surface of the floor base material. And a cushioning material disposed between the floor base material and the surface material and having a uniform thickness, the floor base material comprising the floor material The floor support surface is configured to be inclined downward from the edge of the base material toward the drainage port of the washing place, and by the downward inclination of the floor support surface, the surface of the washing place is inclined downward toward the drainage port. It is characterized by forming a drainage gradient.

According to this, by making the floor base material formed with a flat plate made of foamed resin and the cushion material to have a uniform thickness, the floor support surface supporting the floor base material is inclined downward toward the drain outlet, A drainage gradient can be imparted to the surface of the washing place while the floor base material and the cushioning material have a uniform thickness. Since the flat plate of the foamed resin does not require a complicated shape in the mold, it can be manufactured at a relatively low cost.
Therefore, a washroom floor that imparts a drainage gradient can be manufactured at low cost using a flat plate made of foamed resin.

Further, the floor support surface may be composed of a plurality of inclined surfaces having different inclination directions toward the drain port, and the floor base material may be divided for each of the plurality of inclined surfaces.

According to this, since it is not necessary to bend the floor base material made of foamed resin according to the inclined surfaces formed on the floor supporting surface with different inclination directions, the inclined surface of the floor supporting surface is formed on the upper surface of the floor base material. Can be tilted equally. Therefore, it is possible to accurately form the drainage gradient of the washing place.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it becomes possible to obtain the washroom floor of the bathroom which can provide a waste_water | drain gradient, using the flat plate of the foaming resin which can be manufactured at low cost.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a bathroom unit including a bathroom wash floor according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the bathroom wash floor 1 is arranged next to the bathtub 2. A bath apron 9 is provided between the bathtub 2 and the washing floor 1 as a partition wall that separates the washing area from the bathtub installation section.

The washing floor 1 according to this embodiment includes a drain port 15 provided on the washing floor 1 and a drain pipe outside the bathroom in the space below the washing floor 1, that is, between the washing floor 1 and the bathroom installation surface. A drain pipe 5 for communication is laid.

The washing floor 1 is formed in a shallow vessel shape (bread shape) with the peripheral edge raised upward by providing a water blocking wall 1b so as to surround each side of the peripheral edge of the washing area 1a. It has a three-dimensional shape that prevents hot water from leaking out. The peripheral part of the washing place 1a shown in FIG. 1 is a substantially quadrilateral. In the description of the present embodiment, the water blocking wall 1b provided on the bathtub 2 side is referred to as the water blocking wall 1b (W) when distinguished from other water blocking walls 1b.

On the surface of the washing place 1a ("surface" used in the following description refers to the surface inside the bathroom unless otherwise specified) so that hot water adhering to the surface of the washing place 1a flows to the drain 15 Therefore, drainage gradient surfaces 101, 102, and 103 that are inclined surfaces having a predetermined gradient toward the drainage port 15 are provided. This gradient is a downward gradient directed away from each side of the outer peripheral edge of the washing place 1a. Further, the boundary line between the drainage gradient surfaces adjacent to each other has a predetermined gradient toward the drainage port 15, similarly to the drainage gradient surfaces 101 to 103. The gradient of the boundary line is a downward gradient directed away from each side of the outer peripheral edge of the washing place 1a.

2 is a cross-sectional view of the AA cut surface shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the structure of the washing floor of the present embodiment, FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the washing floor, and FIG. FIG. 6 is a plan view showing a floor base material.

As illustrated in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the washing place floor 1 according to the present embodiment includes a support 11, a floor base material 12, a cushion material 13, and a surface material 14. A wall mounting member 7 on which a wall material of a bathroom unit (not shown) can be mounted is provided around the floor base material 12 excluding the bathtub 2 side. Further, a standing wall portion 8 is attached to the floor base 12 on the bathtub 2 side.

The support body 11 includes a frame 111 having length-adjustable support legs 112 and a high-strength support surface material 113 placed on the frame 111 so that the washing floor 1 can be installed at the floor height of the installation place. The height of the surface (the surface of the washing place 1a) can be adjusted. The upper surface of the support surface material 113 serves as a floor support surface 113 a that supports the floor base material 12.

As shown in FIG. 5, the support surface material 113 is formed with inclined surfaces 1131 a, 1132 a, and 1133 a that serve as reference surfaces for forming the drainage gradient surfaces 101, 102, and 103 of the washing place 1 a described above. . Therefore, the floor support surface 113a of the support surface material 113 has a shape inclined downward from the end of the washing place 1a toward the drain port 15 of the washing place 1a.

The inclined surfaces 1131a to 1133a are similar to the drainage gradient surfaces 101 to 103.

In addition, the form of the drainage slope and the form of the slope are not limited to the examples shown in FIGS. 1 and 4.

The floor base 12 is provided on the support 11. The cushion material 13 is provided on the floor base material 12 and has a cushioning property higher than the cushioning property (elasticity) of the floor base material 12. The surface material 14 is provided on the cushion material 13 and has a hardness higher than the hardness of the cushion material 13. In the present specification, “hardness” is equivalent to “hardness”. For example, Vickers hardness test (JIS Z 2244), Brinell hardness test (JIS Z 2243), or Rockwell hardness (JIS Z 2245). ) Is a measurable value based on the above.

The floor base 12 is a flat plate made of foamed resin, having an upper surface and a lower surface that are parallel and have no gradient. Therefore, the floor base material 12 does not need to have a complicated mold shape and can be manufactured at low cost.

Examples of the foamed resin include foamed polypropylene, foamed polystyrene, foamed polyethylene, and foamed polyurethane. In this embodiment, foamed polypropylene is used as an example. Since foamed polypropylene has higher impact resistance than other foamed resins, it is possible to provide a floor structure with excellent strength that can withstand severe use.

In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the floor base material 12 is divided along the boundary line between the inclined surfaces 1131 a to 1133 a formed on the floor support surface 113 a of the support surface material 113 (base material constituent member). 121-123). In other words, the plurality of base material constituting members 121 to 123 constituting the floor base material 12 are divided according to the plurality of inclined surfaces 1131 a to 1133 a having different inclination directions toward the drain port 15. Therefore, the lower surface of the floor base 12 is in close contact with the inclined surfaces 1131a to 1133a formed on the floor support surface 113a, and the upper surface of the floor base 12 is an inclined surface equivalent to the inclined surfaces 1131a to 1133a.

The cushion material 13 is provided between the floor base material 12 and the surface material 14. The cushion material 13 is formed of a material having elasticity, such as polyurethane, and has a uniform thickness, and can give the washing floor 1 a moderate softness.

The surface material 14 has a portion 14a that covers the floor base material 12 and the cushion material 13 and forms the surface of the washing place 1a, and a portion 14b that covers the standing wall portion 8 and forms the surface of the water blocking wall 1b.

Arrow S1 shown in FIG. 4 represents the direction of each downward slope of the drainage gradient surfaces 101-105. That is, the direction in which the arrow S1 points indicates the downward direction. Thus, the drainage gradient surfaces 101 to 105 are inclined planes that descend from the sides of the outer peripheral edge of the washing floor 1 in the direction perpendicular to the sides.

Since the cushion material 13 is formed of a material having elasticity such as polyurethane as described above, the cushion material 13 is soft and deforms to follow the inclination of the upper surface of the floor base material 12. Then, the surface material 14 is deformed so as to follow the inclined surface of the cushion material 13, and is adhered to the peripheral portion of the floor base material 12 so as to cover the surface of the floor base material 12.

According to the washing place floor 1 of the present embodiment, the floor base material 12 and the cushioning material 13 have a uniform thickness, and the floor support surface 113a of the support surface material 113 is gradually inclined downward toward the drain port 15. I am letting. As a result, the floor base material 12 and the cushion material 13 are made to have a uniform thickness, and the slope of the floor support surface 113a imparts a drainage gradient that slopes down toward the drainage port 15 on the surface of the washing place 1a. Since the flat plate of the foamed resin does not require a complicated shape in the mold, it can be manufactured at a relatively low cost.
Therefore, it is possible to manufacture the washroom floor 1 imparting a drainage gradient at a low cost using a flat plate made of foamed resin.

Moreover, since it is not necessary to bend the floor base material 12 made of foamed resin according to the inclined surfaces 1131a to 1133a formed in the floor supporting surface 113a and having different directions of inclination, the floor supporting surface is formed on the upper surface of the floor base material 12. It can be made to be inclined equivalent to the inclined surfaces 1131a to 1133a of 113a.
Therefore, the drainage gradient of the washing place 1a can be formed with high accuracy.

The embodiment of the present invention has been described above.
