Description
The present invention relates to a vibration isolator that is applied to, for example, automobiles and industrial machines and absorbs and attenuates vibrations of a vibration generating unit such as an engine.
Conventionally, for example, a vibration isolator as shown in Patent Document 1 below is known. The vibration isolator includes an inner cylinder connected to one of the vibration generating unit and the vibration receiving unit, and surrounding the inner cylinder from the outside in the radial direction, An outer cylinder connected to the other, and an elastic body connecting the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder. In the outer cylinder, a plurality of pressure receiving liquid chambers in which liquid is sealed and a part of the wall surface is made of an elastic body are arranged. These pressure receiving liquid chambers are a pair of first pressure receiving liquid chambers communicated with each other through the first restricting passage to the sub liquid chamber in which the liquid is sealed, and a second one communicated with the sub liquid chamber through the second restricting passage. A pressure receiving liquid chamber. The pair of first pressure receiving liquid chambers are arranged so as to sandwich the inner cylinder between them. The second pressure-receiving liquid chamber is arranged in parallel with the inner cylinder in the axial direction perpendicular to both the axial direction of the inner cylinder and the sandwiching direction in which the pair of first pressure-receiving liquid chambers sandwich the inner cylinder. The auxiliary liquid chamber is arranged in parallel with the second pressure receiving liquid chamber in the orthogonal direction. The inner cylinder is extended over the entire axial length of each of the pair of first pressure receiving liquid chamber and second pressure receiving liquid chamber.
However, the conventional vibration isolator has room for improvement in improving the damping performance.
This invention is made | formed in view of the situation mentioned above, Comprising: It aims at providing the vibration isolator which can improve attenuation | damping performance.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following means.
An anti-vibration device according to the present invention includes an inner cylinder coupled to one of a vibration generation unit and a vibration reception unit, and the vibration generation unit and the vibration reception unit that surround the inner cylinder from the outside in the radial direction. An outer cylinder connected to the other of the two, and an elastic body that connects the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, wherein the outer cylinder is filled with liquid and part of the wall surface is A plurality of pressure-receiving liquid chambers made of an elastic body are disposed, and these pressure-receiving liquid chambers are a pair of first pressure-receiving liquid chambers communicated with each other through a first restricting passage to a secondary liquid chamber in which the liquid is sealed. And a second pressure receiving liquid chamber communicated with the sub liquid chamber through a second restriction passage, and the pair of first pressure receiving liquid chambers are disposed so as to sandwich the inner cylinder therebetween, The second pressure receiving liquid chamber is sandwiched between the axial direction of the inner cylinder and the pair of first pressure receiving liquid chambers sandwiching the inner cylinder. The sub-liquid chamber is juxtaposed in the orthogonal direction to the second pressure receiving liquid chamber, and the inner cylinder is the pair of first pressure receiving pressures. The vibration isolator extends over the entire axial length of each of the liquid chamber and the second pressure-receiving liquid chamber, and the first restriction passage extends in the outer cylinder in the circumferential direction of the outer cylinder. In addition, the first pressure receiving liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber are communicated with each other through a portion of the outer cylinder that is located on the opposite side of the sub liquid chamber with the inner cylinder sandwiched in the orthogonal direction. To do.
In this case, when vibration along the sandwiching direction is input to the vibration isolator, the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are relatively displaced in the sandwiching direction while elastically deforming the elastic body. The first pressure receiving liquid chamber expands and contracts separately, the liquid flows through the first restriction passage, and the vibration is absorbed and attenuated.
Further, when vibration along the orthogonal direction is input to the vibration isolator, the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are relatively displaced in the orthogonal direction while elastically deforming the elastic body. As a result, the second pressure receiving liquid chamber expands and contracts, the liquid flows through the second restriction passage between the second pressure receiving liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber, and the vibration is absorbed and attenuated.
Here, the first restricting passage allows the first pressure receiving liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber to communicate with each other through a portion of the outer cylinder located on the opposite side of the sub liquid chamber with the inner cylinder sandwiched in the orthogonal direction. While suppressing an increase in the size of the vibration device, it is possible to easily secure the flow path length of the first restriction passage, and the vibration damping performance along the sandwiching direction can be effectively exhibited.
According to the vibration isolator which concerns on this invention, attenuation | damping performance can be improved.

The

Further, when the sub vibration is input from the vibration generating unit, the
When the
As described above, according to the
Further, the
Moreover, the
In addition, when installing the vibration isolator in a space having a prescribed size in the vehicle, the space inside the outer cylinder is smaller than when installing the vibration isolator having a circular outer cylinder in the space. Can be secured greatly. For this reason, it is possible to provide an elastic body having a large volume. Thereby, a spring characteristic can be improved. It is also possible to provide a liquid chamber with a large capacity. Thereby, the damping performance of the vibration isolator can be improved. That is, as compared with a circular outer cylinder, a short outer cylinder has a space that can be used for various purposes while ensuring a large inner space. As a result, the degree of freedom in designing the vibration isolator can be improved, and the predetermined dimensions required depending on the type of vehicle can be accommodated.
Further, the
