Claims (10)

  1. 対象の外傷性脳傷害の重篤度を決定するために、第1の時点で前記対象から得られた試料中のGFAPの量と、MAP−2、SBDP−150、SBDP−145またはSBDP−120から選択される第2のマーカーの量とを測定する方法であって、前記第1の時点でのGFAPおよび第2のマーカーの量の測定が、傷害後の72時間以内に行われる、方法。
  2. 前記脳傷害の重篤度が、外傷性脳傷害がない、軽度の外傷性脳傷害、中等度の外傷性脳傷害である、請求項1に記載の方法。
  3. 前記外傷性脳傷害の重篤度が重篤な外傷性脳傷害である、請求項1に記載の方法。
  4. 前記第1の時点でのGFAPおよび第2のマーカーの量の測定が傷害後の24時間以内に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
  5. 前記第1の時点でのGFAPおよび第2のマーカーの量の測定が傷害後の2時間以内に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
  6. 対象の神経学的状態を決定するために、第1の時点で得られた試料中のGFAPの量と、MAP−2、SBDP−150、SBDP−145またはSBDP−120から選択される第2のマーカーの量とを測定する方法であって、前記第1の時点でのGFAPおよび第2のマーカーの量の測定が、傷害後の72時間以内に行われる、方法。
  7. 前記神経学的状態が虚血である、請求項6に記載の方法。
  8. GFAPおよび第2のマーカーが同じ試料中にある、請求項1または6に記載の方法。
  9. 対象の神経学的状態を決定するためのアッセイであって、
    前記対象から単離された生体試料を保持するための基材、GFAP特異的結合剤および第2のマーカー特異的結合剤を含み、それにより、前記GFAP特異的結合剤および第2のマーカー特異的結合剤と生体試料の一部分との反応が前記対象の神経学的状態のエビデンスとなる、アッセイであって、
    第2のマーカーは、MAP−2、SBDP−150、SBDP−145またはSBDP−120から選択される、
    アッセイ。
  10. 前記GFAP特異的結合剤または第2のマーカー特異的結合剤が抗体である、請求項9に記載のアッセイ。
