Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a solar radiation shielding device provided with a guide rail for guiding the movement of a shielding material such as a screen.
Conventionally, as this type of solar radiation shielding device, for example, there are roll screens as disclosed in
In such a roll screen, the screen as the shielding material wound around the winding shaft is lowered by the drawing operation, and the screen drawn from the winding shaft is raised by the winding operation.
A pair of guide rails are erected on both sides of the screen, and an outer edge portion of the screen drawn out from the take-up shaft enters the inside of these guide rails.
Thereby, when the screen descends and rises, the outer edge portion of the screen moves along the guide rail, and the screen is guided along the ascending / descending direction.
However, the conventional solar shading device described above has the following problems.
In solar radiation shielding devices such as roll screens, it has a retaining mechanism that clamps the outer edge of the screen, which is a shielding material, in the guide rail, and the outer edge of the screen is caused by wind force, the pressure difference before and after the screen, etc. There is a device that prevents it from coming off the guide rail.
When a large external force is applied to the screen, the retaining mechanism releases the clamping force with respect to the outer edge of the screen so that the screen can be removed from the guide rail in order to prevent the screen from being damaged.
Therefore, if a large external force is applied to the screen by mistake, the screen will come off the guide rail.
However, once the screen is removed from the guide rail, it is not easy to return it to the guide rail. In particular, in a guide rail equipped with a mechanism such as the above-described retaining mechanism in the guide rail, the guide rail itself is removed from the window frame using a tool, and then the guide rail is disassembled. Otherwise, the screen cannot be restored, and labor and time are required for the restoration work.
Such a problem occurs not only in a vertical roll screen but also in a pleated screen and a blind device, and is common in a solar shading device having a shielding material to be held at a predetermined position. It was a problem.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides a solar radiation shielding device including a guide rail that can be easily and quickly returned when the shielding material comes off the guide rail. Objective.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention of
With this configuration, the shielding material can be pulled out and pulled back by the shielding mechanism, and the outer edge portion of the shielding material that has entered the guide passage is held by the guide rail during the pulling and pulling operation. Is done.
However, an unexpected external force is applied to the shielding material, and a part of the outer edge part may come off from the guide rail. In such a case, in the conventional solar shading device described above, it is not possible to easily return a part of the outer edge portion that has come off to the guide passage of the guide rail.
However, since the solar radiation shielding device according to the present invention includes the guide portion, the shielding material that has come off from the guide rail can be easily restored.
That is, when the outer edge portion of the shielding material comes out of the guide passage of the guide rail, the entire shielding material is pushed out from the guide rail and the outer edge portion of the shielding material is positioned on the other side of the second guide wall.
In this state, when the shielding material is pulled back by the shielding mechanism, the light shielding material moves along the second guide wall of the guide rail. And if the outer edge part of a shielding material reaches a guidance | induction part and moves a 2nd guidance wall in a contact state, it will finally remove | deviate from the front-end | tip of a 2nd guidance wall. Then, the restriction | limiting of the 2nd guide wall with respect to an outer edge part is cancelled | released, and the whole shielding material containing an outer edge part moves to the one side or the other side.
At this time, since either one of the first guide wall and the second guide wall is set longer than the other, the outer edge of the moving shielding material hits the longer guide wall, and one side of the shielding material or Movement to the other side is prevented by this guide wall.
In this state, when the shielding material is further pulled back, the shielding material gently returns to the shielding mechanism and stops without moving to one side or the other side.
Then, when the shielding material is pulled out from the position returned to the shielding mechanism, the distal end side of the shielding material moves to one side or the other side, but also at this time, the distal end portion of the shielding material hits the longer guide wall and shields it. Movement of the material to one side or the other is prevented by this guide wall.
By pulling out the shielding material as it is, the outer edge of the tip of the shielding material enters the guiding groove of the guiding portion. The outer edge portion is guided into the guide passage by the guide groove.
In such a state, by further pulling out the shielding material, almost the entire outer edge portion of the shielding material enters the guide path of the guide rail and is completely restored.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the solar radiation shielding device according to the first aspect, at least one surface of the first guide wall of the guide portion provided on the guide rail and the one surface of the second guide wall facing the one surface. In addition, an inclined surface that is inclined so as to narrow the guide groove from the distal end side toward the guide passage side is provided.
With this configuration, the outer edge portion of the drawn shielding member easily enters the guide groove from the wide opening of the guide portion, is guided to the inclined surface of the guide groove, and surely enters the guide passage.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the solar radiation shielding device according to the first or second aspect, the first guide wall of the guide portion provided on the guide rail is a first cap attached to the end portion of the first guide wall. The second guide wall of the guide portion is formed with a second cap attached to the end portion of the second guide wall.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the solar radiation shielding device according to the first or second aspect, the first guide wall of the guide portion provided on the guide rail is formed by the end portion of the first guide wall, and the guide portion The second guide wall is formed by the end portion of the second guide wall.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the solar radiation shielding device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the leading end of the guide portion of the guide rail is in a position not in contact with the shielding material pulled back to the shielding mechanism. In addition, by setting the length of either one or both of the guide portion and the guide rail, the interference between the guide rail and the shielding material is prevented.
As described above in detail, according to the solar radiation shielding device of the present invention, when the shielding material comes off from the guide rail, the shielding material is pulled back by the shielding mechanism after removing the shielding material to the outside of the guide rail. There is an excellent effect that the shielding material can be easily and quickly returned to the guide rail only by the operation of pulling out.
In particular, according to the invention of
Furthermore, according to the invention of
The best mode of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a solar radiation shielding apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front view of the solar radiation shielding apparatus shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2, the solar radiation shielding apparatus of this Example is the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
