Description

The present invention relates to a container package and a manufacturing method thereof.

For example, as a packaging container for powder or liquid, a container body made of a synthetic resin having a container body having an opening, and a cover body that is rotatably connected to the container body via a hinge and opens and closes the opening. Is widely used.
However, this type of container is different from a container in which a lid is screwed, and if the container body or the lid is deformed or distorted due to pressure applied during dropping or transportation, the container body and the lid are placed between them. A gap occurs and the contents are likely to leak out.

To prevent a gap between the container body and the lid body, there is a method of fixing the lid body with the tape or label so that there is no gap between the container body. Material costs such as tape, and labor and equipment costs for attaching tapes and labels are required.

There is also known a container package in which a container body and a lid are integrally covered with a heat shrink film. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a film packaging body in which a container body and a lid are integrally covered with a heat shrink film, which is devised so that a portion wrapped around the lid can be easily peeled off. Patent Document 2 discloses an easy-open packaging body in which a container body and a lid are covered with a heat-shrink film arranged so as to be wrapped around them, and a specific heat-shrink film is specified. There is a description in which a weak line is provided in the portion so that the weak line portion is easily broken when the lid is rotated.

However, even if the container is covered with a heat-shrinkable film, when an impact due to dropping is applied, the heat-shrinkable film will stretch or loosen, and it is completely impossible to create a gap between the container body and the lid. I can't prevent it. In particular, when the cross-sectional shape of the container main body is not circular or when the area of the opening of the container main body is relatively large, a gap is more likely to be generated between the container main body and the lid.

Below, this invention is demonstrated based on the preferable embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, a container package 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a container 1 and a heat-shrinkable film 5 that heat-shrinks the container 1. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the container 1 includes a container body 2 having an opening portion 21, a peripheral wall portion 22 and a bottom portion 23, and a lid body 3 rotatably connected to the container body 2 via a hinge portion 4. And.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the container body 2 includes a cylindrical peripheral wall portion 22 and a bottom portion 23 that closes the lower end of the peripheral wall portion 22, and an opening is formed at the upper end of the peripheral wall portion 22. 21. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a flange portion 23 is formed on the peripheral portion of the opening portion 21 so as to project outward from the container 1, and an annular hanging portion 24 is formed at the tip of the flange portion 23. Is formed. The flange part 23 and the hanging part 24 are cut out in whole or in part in the part where the hinge part 4 is formed in the circumferential direction of the peripheral wall part 22. The hinge part 4 includes a part 37 that is suspended from the lid 3 in a part of the container body 2 that is notched, and a pair of pin parts (not shown) protruding from the suspended part. It is formed by inserting and connecting to a bearing hole (not shown) formed in the container body 2.
The structure of the hinge portion 4 is not particularly limited, and for example, a notched portion formed in the lid body 3 and a portion raised from the container body 2 may be connected. Further, when the lid and the container main body are integrally formed by injection molding or the like, a flexible connecting portion made of a synthetic resin is formed between the lid and the container main body. The part may be a hinge part. The container 1 in this embodiment is formed by connecting a container body 2 and a lid body 3 formed of synthetic resin by injection molding or the like via a hinge portion 4.

The lid 3 in the container 1 includes a top surface portion 31 that has substantially the same shape as the opening 21, an annular seal portion 32 formed near the peripheral edge of the top surface portion 31, and the container 1 more than the annular seal portion 32. And a flange portion 33 projecting outward. An annular hanging portion 34 is formed at the tip of the flange portion 33. In the closed state, the annular seal portion 32 is in contact with the inner surface of the opening 21.
When the container 1 in the closed state is viewed from the front A side opposite to the hinge portion 4 side, the left and right sides S and S respectively have a hanging portion 34 of the lid 3 as shown in FIG. The lower surface is in contact with the upper surface of the flange portion 23 of the container body 2, and the outer surface 24 a of the hanging portion 24 of the container body 2 and the outer surface 34 a of the hanging portion 34 of the lid body 3 are arranged in one plane. 24a and 34a are formed. In addition, although there is a slight step or distortion between the outer surface 24a of the drooping portion 24 of the container body 2 and the outer surface 34a of the drooping portion 34 of the lid body 3 in one plane, it may be substantially planar. Including.

Further, the lid body 3 has a locking piece 35 on the front surface A side opposite to the hinge portion 4 side, and a projection 36 formed on the back surface of the locking piece 35 as shown in FIG. The closed state by the lid 3 is stably maintained by engaging the peripheral edge of the container body 2. On the other hand, the engaging piece 35 is lifted upward while pulling forward with a finger, so that the engagement state with respect to the peripheral portion of the container body 2 is released, and the lid 3 is rotated to open the opening 21. Is possible.

For example, the container package 10 according to the present embodiment accommodates powder or the like as the contents in the container 1 having the above-described configuration, and then closes the cover, as shown in FIG. It arrange | positions in the cylindrical heat-shrink film 5 which has the adhesive bond layers 51 and 51 in part, Then, the heat-shrink film is heat-shrinked by heating, and at the same time, the adhesive bond layers 51 and 51 in a state where adhesiveness is developed Is obtained by contacting the container body 2 and the lid 3 so as to straddle the container body 2 and the lid 3.

As the heat-shrinkable film to be heat-shrinkable, those which are shrunk by heating can be used without particular limitation. For example, a stretched polyester film, a stretched polyester film such as stretched polyethylene terephthalate, a stretched polyolefin film, polyvinyl chloride, and the like A composite having a single layer structure or a multilayer structure can be used.
Among these, it is preferable to use a film such as a polystyrene-based stretched film or a stretched polyethylene terephthalate from the viewpoint of conformability to the container shape.
In addition, the heat-shrinkable film may be one in which information, patterns, etc. relating to the contents are displayed on the surface directed to the outer surface side of the container package 10 by printing or the like.

The adhesive layer 51 is formed by applying an adhesive to a part of the heat-shrinkable film, and various adhesives that can bond the heat-shrinkable film and the container can be used as the adhesive without any particular limitation. However, it is preferable to use a heat-sensitive adhesive that exhibits adhesiveness by heating.
The heat-sensitive adhesive does not exhibit adhesiveness at room temperature, and expresses an adhesive force (tack force) for bonding the heat-shrinkable film and the container 1 (the container body 2 and the lid body 3) by heating.

As the heat-sensitive adhesive, a part coat type adhesive, a delayed tack type adhesive, a hot melt type adhesive, etc. can be used. Among these, a print pattern can be freely designed and applied like a print. From this point of view, it is preferable to use a part coat type adhesive or a delayed tack type adhesive.
The part coat type heat-sensitive adhesive is used after being coated and dried, does not exhibit adhesiveness at room temperature, and exhibits adhesiveness by heating. The delayed tack-type heat-sensitive adhesive does not show adhesiveness at room temperature, but is activated by heating to show adhesiveness, and it persists for a long time after cooling. The hot melt adhesive is heated and melted for coating, and after cooling, reheats to exhibit adhesiveness. Specific examples of the part coat type adhesive, the delayed tack type adhesive, and the hot melt type adhesive are described in, for example, paragraph [0050] of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-201465.

The heat-sensitive adhesive preferably exhibits an adhesive force (tack force) at least at a temperature at which the heat-shrinkable film shrinks. For example, when the temperature at which the heat-shrinkable film is thermally shrunk is 90 to 120 ° C. Preferably exhibits an adhesive force (tack force) at least at that temperature.
The adhesive layer 51 is preferably formed by coating the entire surface of the adhesive in a predetermined range using a gravure (coater), a die coater or the like.

As a heat treatment method for shrinking the heat-shrinkable film, various known methods can be adopted. For example, a method of placing the heat treatment chamber set at a predetermined temperature on a belt conveyor and passing the heat treatment film is adopted. Can do. In addition, the cylindrical heat-shrink film 5 shown in FIG. 5 is a flat heat-shrink film 50 in which an adhesive layer 51 is formed by applying an adhesive on one side as shown in FIG. As shown in a), the end portions 50e rounded and overlapped into a cylindrical shape are joined by a known joining means such as an adhesive, a heat seal, an ultrasonic seal, and a high frequency seal.

The container package 10 of the present embodiment is manufactured by the above-described method, and as a result, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the heat-shrinkable heat-shrink film 5 covering the container 1 is opened. A blocking adhesive portion 52 is formed. The lid opening prevention adhesive portion 52 is formed by bonding the heat-shrinkable film 5 partially to the container 1 with an adhesive constituting the adhesive layer 51. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the lid-opening preventing adhesive portion 52 is formed across the container body 2 and the lid body 3 in the closed state, and the portion adhered to the container body 2 and the lid are closed. And a portion bonded to the lid body in a state. The lid opening prevention adhesive portion 52 is a portion that makes it difficult to generate a gap between the container body 2 and the lid body 3 in the closed state.

According to the container package 10 of the present embodiment, the lid-opening preventing adhesive portion 52 joined to the container 1 is formed across the container body 2 and the lid 3 in the closed state. Even when an impact is applied to the container package 10 or when a load is applied to the container package 10 during transportation, a gap is unlikely to be formed between the container body 2 and the lid 3, and the contents are stored in an inner bag or the like. Even when it is accommodated in the container without being accommodated, leakage of the contents is prevented.

Further, in the container package 10 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the lid-opening preventing adhesive portion 52 includes the outer surface 24 a of the hanging portion 24 of the container body 2 and the outer surface 34 a of the hanging portion 34 of the lid body 3. And is formed so as to straddle between the two surfaces 24a and 34a arranged in a single plane. Therefore, the lid-opening prevention adhesive portion 52 is further excellent in the effect of not generating a gap between the container body 2 and the lid body 3.

Further, in the container package 10 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the container 1 is for preventing the opening of the container 1 on both the left and right sides when viewed from the front A side opposite to the hinge 4 side. An adhesive portion 52 is formed. By providing a lid opening prevention adhesive portion 52 in a portion other than the front surface A having the locking piece 35 and the back surface B having the hinge portion 4 in the container 1, the areas of the lid opening prevention adhesive portion 52 and the adhesive layer are provided. It is possible to effectively prevent a gap from being generated between the container body 2 and the lid body 3 while suppressing the small area.
Note that the lid opening preventing adhesive portion 52 is obtained by adding the outer surface 34a of the drooping portion 33 to the outer surface 24a of the drooping portion 24 so that the distance between the upper end portion 52u on the lid 3 side and the lower end portion 52d on the container body 2 side is increased. The height is preferably 1.5 times or more, more preferably 2 times or more, and preferably 4 times or less, more preferably 3 times or less.

In order to reliably prevent the lid from opening, it is preferable that the lid-opening blocking adhesive portion 52 has a portion bonded to the top surface portion 31 of the lid 3 and a portion bonded to the hanging portion 34 of the lid 3. Further, from the same viewpoint, it is preferable that the lid opening prevention adhesive portion 52 has a portion bonded to the hanging portion 24 of the container body 2 and a portion bonded to the peripheral wall portion 22.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, the adhesive layer 51 is bonded to the lid body 3 and the portion bonded to the container body 2 in the lid opening prevention adhesive portion 52 of the heat shrink film 5 in the present embodiment. It is further excellent in the effect that a gap is not generated between the container main body 2 and the lid 3. Since the adhesive layer 51 is continuously formed, the lid opening preventing adhesive portion 52 is continuously formed. Thus, as shown in this embodiment, the lid-opening preventing adhesive portion 52 has a portion joined to the container body 2 and a portion joined to the lid 3 adjacent to each other in the height direction of the container 1, It is preferable that there is no gap between them. The expression that there is no gap includes the case where there is no gap and the case where the width of the gap is 2 mm or less.
The lid opening prevention adhesive portion 52 in the present invention is joined to the lid body 3 and the portion joined to the container body 2 as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B described later. The case where there is a gap having a width W of more than 2 mm between the portions is also included. However, even in such a case, the width W of the gap is preferably 20 mm or less, and more preferably 10 mm or less. As shown in FIG. 8A, the width W of the gap is the length in the height direction of the container 1 and is measured along the surface of the heat shrink film 5.

In addition, as described above, the container package 10 of the present embodiment heat-shrinks the heat-shrinkable film 5 and at the same time, the adhesive layers 51 and 51 in a state where adhesiveness is developed, the container body 2 and the lid 3. In other words, the container is manufactured by the method for manufacturing a container package of the present invention. According to the container packaging body manufacturing method of the present invention, the container packaging body 10 in which the contents are difficult to leak can be easily manufactured while suppressing an increase in material costs, labor costs, and equipment costs. In particular, when an adhesive that exhibits an adhesive force by heating is used, a heat treatment for thermally shrinking the heat-shrinkable film 5 and a heat treatment for expressing the adhesive force can be performed at the same time, enabling more efficient production. It is.

As shown in FIG. 1, the heat-shrinkable film 5 in the container package 10 of the present embodiment has a belt-like portion 62 sandwiched between two perforations 61, and the belt-like portion 62 is replaced with the perforation 61. The internal container 1 can be easily taken out by being peeled off from the container 1 while being broken. When the strip portion 62 is peeled off from the container 1, the adhesive layer 51 of the lid opening prevention adhesive portion 52 is also peeled off from the container 1 together with the strip portion 62.

The contents stored in the container 1 of the container package 10 may be powder, liquid, cream, paste, or the like. Further, it may be a sheet impregnated with a liquid. Moreover, you may accommodate these 2 or more types in a mixed state or a non-mixed state.
Examples of the powder as the contents include powder detergents for clothes and tableware, abrasives, bleaching agents and the like. Further, it may be used for cosmetics such as powdered or cheek powder, or for food such as wheat flour and salt.
