直線状の軸線に沿う連結孔部を有する第1部材と、
直線状の軸線に沿う嵌挿スライド部であって前記連結孔部に嵌挿された状態でその連結孔部に対し軸線方向にスライドし得るものを有する第2部材と、
周方向の一部を切欠し、ほぼ径方向に弾性的に拡縮し得る切欠環状のブレーキ片を有してなる連結体であって、
前記第2部材の嵌挿スライド部に、外周側に作動用ねじ部を有し、外周部の径方向の寸法が軸線方向位置により異なる作動部を備え、
前記ブレーキ片は、ブレーキ用ねじ部を内周側に有し、
前記作動部に前記ブレーキ片が外嵌して前記作動用ねじ部と前記ブレーキ用ねじ部が螺合し、ブレーキ片と第2部材の嵌挿スライド部が軸線のまわりに相対的に回動することにより作動部に対するブレーキ片の相対的な軸線方向位置が変化し得、
作動部の外周部の径方向の寸法が軸線方向位置により異なるため、作動部に対しブレーキ片が軸線方向において所定の位置に位置することにより、ブレーキ片の外周部が前記連結孔部の内周部に圧接する状態となり、作動部に対しブレーキ片が軸線方向において前記所定位置以外の位置に位置することにより、前記連結孔部の内周部に対するブレーキ片の外周部の圧接が解除された状態となり、
連結孔部の内周部に対するブレーキ片の外周部の圧接が解除された状態において、ブレーキ片の外周部の少なくとも一部は第1部材の連結孔部の内周部に接し得、第1部材に対し第2部材を一方の向きに相対回動させることにより、ブレーキ片の外周部の少なくとも一部が第1部材の連結孔部の内周部に接して第1部材に対する回転が阻止又は抑制されたブレーキ片に対し第2部材の嵌挿スライド部が同じ一方の向きに相対回動し、作動部に対しブレーキ片を前記所定の位置に相対的に移動させてブレーキ片の外周部が連結孔部の内周部に対し圧接した状態とすることができ、
ブレーキ片が作動部に対し前記所定の位置に位置してブレーキ片の外周部が連結孔部の内周部に対し圧接した状態において、第1部材に対し第2部材を前記一方の向きとは逆の向きである他方の向きに相対回動させることにより、ブレーキ片に対し第2部材の嵌挿スライド部を同じく他方の向きに相対回動させて作動部に対しブレーキ片を所定の位置から相対的に移動させ、連結孔部の内周部に対するブレーキ片の外周部の圧接状態を解除することができ、
前記作動用ねじ部とブレーキ用ねじ部は、ブレーキ片に対し第2部材の嵌挿スライド部が、連結孔部の内周部に対するブレーキ片の外周部の圧接状態が解除される向きである前記他方の向きに相対回転し続けた場合、作動用ねじ部の解除側終端部とブレーキ用ねじ部の解除側終端部が回転の向きに接し合う状態に達してそれ以上の相対回転が阻止される構造を有し、
