Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fuel control device, a combustor, a gas turbine, a control method, and a program.
Regarding the supply of fuel to the combustor of the gas turbine, the fuel may be supplied in a plurality of systems from the viewpoint of combustion efficiency and stability. In such a case, it is necessary to consider the distribution of fuel to each system.
FIG. 14 is a diagram illustrating an example of fuel distribution control of a conventional gas turbine. As shown in FIG. 14, the conventional fuel control device estimates the temperature of the combustion gas at the inlet of the turbine based on the atmospheric pressure, the atmospheric temperature, the IGV (Inlet Guide Vane) opening designation value, and the gas turbine output value. Based on the estimated turbine inlet temperature, the ratio of fuel allocated to each system was calculated. The fuel control device determines the fuel supply amount to the nozzles of each fuel system from the distribution ratio to each system and the total fuel flow rate based on the fuel control signal command value (CSO), and is provided in each system. The valve opening degree of the fuel flow control valve was controlled.
Further, it is known that combustion vibration occurs in a gas turbine combustor when, for example, the distribution ratio of fuel supplied from a plurality of systems changes. Combustion vibration is a pressure fluctuation in the combustor, and damages the combustor and gas turbine components. Therefore, it is necessary to suppress the combustion vibration (see Patent Document 1).
FIG. 15 is a diagram illustrating an example of a relationship between a fuel distribution ratio to a certain fuel system and a turbine inlet temperature at the time of a conventional load change. As shown in this figure, there is a region where combustion vibration occurs depending on the fuel distribution ratio and the turbine inlet temperature (
By the way, when the output of the gas turbine fluctuates, the inlet temperature of the turbine also changes accordingly. In particular, when the fluctuation is abrupt, the estimated value of the turbine inlet temperature calculated as described above is not in time for the actual change of the gas turbine inlet temperature, and the fuel control device is based on the estimated value of the turbine inlet temperature. An operation line indicating the relationship between the fuel distribution ratio calculated by the above and the actual gas turbine inlet temperature may be included in the combustion vibration generation region. For example,

FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing an example of a fuel control device according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
The gas turbine output predicted
The turbine inlet
Based on the estimated turbine inlet temperature estimated by the turbine inlet

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of a result of applying the fuel distribution control in the first embodiment according to the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, when the load distribution is increased / decreased by applying the fuel distribution control according to the present embodiment, the
In the conventional method, the estimated value of the turbine inlet temperature is determined according to the actual output of the gas turbine. In that case, the conventional fuel control device determines the fuel distribution ratio and actually controls the fuel supply to each system. As a result, various factors are required until the output of the gas turbine reaches a desired value. Causes a delay. The various factors include, for example, mechanical delays (valve operation delays, pressure response delays, combustion delays), and control delays such as time required for filter processing for removing noise from signals. Therefore, according to the conventional method, when the load fluctuates significantly, the fuel distribution ratio is determined based on the estimated turbine inlet temperature according to the actual gas turbine output. When the valve opening degree is controlled, the output value of the gas turbine has already changed, and the control based on the valve opening degree calculated previously may not match the actual situation.
However, according to the present embodiment, the actual gas turbine output value, which tends to occur in the conventional method, is calculated by calculating the estimated turbine inlet temperature using the predicted value of the gas turbine output based on the CSO. Thus, the time delay of the estimated turbine inlet temperature can be compensated in advance by calculating the estimated turbine inlet temperature. Thereby, even when the load changes, the deviation between the operation line and the target operation line can be reduced, and the occurrence of combustion vibration can be avoided.
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a modification of the fuel distribution control in the first embodiment according to the present invention.
In this modification, parameters other than CSO are also used for calculating the predicted output value of the gas turbine. Specifically, the parameter is at least one of atmospheric temperature, atmospheric pressure, IGV opening command value, and fuel calorie. Other steps are the same as in the first embodiment.
The gas turbine output predicted
According to this modification, the fuel distribution ratio can be calculated based on the predicted gas turbine output value according to the actual atmospheric temperature, atmospheric pressure, IGV opening command value, and fuel calorie. The reflected fuel flow rate can be controlled, and the risk of combustion fluctuation can be further suppressed. These parameters can be used in combination.

According to the present embodiment, the turbine inlet temperature is estimated using the gas turbine output predicted value corrected based on the CSO based on the actually measured value of the gas turbine output. Then, the fuel distribution ratio to each fuel system is determined by the turbine inlet temperature. As a result, the fuel distribution ratio control can be performed in accordance with the actual situation, and the risk of occurrence of combustion vibration can be further reduced.
More in line with the actual situation, for example, there is a case where the correspondence relationship between the CSO and the gas turbine output predicted value has changed from the design time due to, for example, deterioration over time. In the present embodiment, since the actual gas turbine output value taking into account the actual situation such as aging deterioration is used, the accuracy of the predicted gas turbine output value is further increased.

According to this embodiment, the gas turbine output correction amount according to the load change rate can be obtained. Thereby, fuel distribution ratio control can be performed based on a more accurate turbine inlet temperature estimated value, and the risk of occurrence of combustion vibration can be further reduced.
<Fourth embodiment>
Hereinafter, a fuel control device according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 10 is a block diagram showing an example of the fuel control device in the present embodiment.

The fuel distribution control of this embodiment will be described using FIG.

The gas turbine output predicted
According to this embodiment, based on the magnitude of the load change rate, the value of the gas turbine output value can be corrected with the correction amount based on the CSO only in the case of an intended load change. During actual operation, even if the output of the gas turbine is constant, a change in fuel calorie, a change in fuel supply pressure, and the like may occur, and the CSO may vary with these changes. Then, in the case of the first to third embodiments, the estimated value of the turbine inlet temperature fluctuates due to the varying CSO. According to the present embodiment, it is possible to reduce a risk of causing combustion vibration by inappropriately changing the fuel distribution ratio in response to the change in the surrounding condition.
