以上、先の本出願人発明の自走式刈払機(特許文献1)で確立した従来に無い、全く新しい草刈り方式であるクロスラウンド刈りを名実共に高い次元で完成させることが出来た。従来から広く使われてきた刈払機のように、誰でも手軽に安くを踏襲し、誰でも、高齢者や婦女子でも楽に、且つ安全に、操作できるものを開発した。従来機のようにたかが作業機として、ただ刈刃を振り回すだけのものでなく、幾度もの研究試験開発から得られた成果を元に正真正銘、草刈りに相応した刈り方式を開発した。利益を生まぬたかが作業機ではあるが、しかし次の実りに収穫に、生活の営み住環境の整備に、また自然環境整備にも欠かせぬものである。そしてその作業は働く第一線の現役世代の仕事というよりは、どちらかというと第一線を退いた高齢者か婦女子の仕事である場合の方が多い。これからの高齢者社会に向けてその傾向はますます強くなる。本願発明によりこれからのそうした時代に、現役世代とのワークシェアリングとしてでなく、これからのシニア世代の社会参画のための一角に、この分野において大きく寄与する。
