The screw member 6 screwed into the protruding member 4 presses the upper plate portion 50 of the water passage member 5 downward. Thereby, the bottom part 20 of the eaves bowl 2 is sandwiched between the lower surface of the lower plate part 51 of the water passage member 5 and the upper end surface of the drainage pipe 3, and the drainage pipe 3, the protruding member 4, the water passage member 5, The screw member 6 is fixed to the eaves 2.

The filter member 8 is detachably fixed to the water passage member 5. As shown in FIG. 3, the filter member 8 includes a filter portion 80 and a protrusion 81. The filter unit 80 is formed in a bowl shape that opens rearward and downward. A large number of rectangular water passage holes 804 each having a mesh (lattice) are formed in the filter unit 80 so as to extend over the entire filter unit 80.

The filter unit 80 is configured by a half-cylindrical wall portion 800 and a ceiling portion 801 disposed above a space surrounded by the wall portion 800.

The wall portion 800 is formed in a net shape (lattice shape) with a large number of vertical piece portions 808 and a large number of horizontal piece portions 806. The wall portion 800 includes a front surface portion 802 that constitutes the front surface of the filter portion 80 and side surfaces 803 on both the left and right sides that constitute the side surfaces of the filter portion 80. Both side surface portions 803 protrude from the left and right end portions of the front surface portion 802 toward the rear side. Both side surface portions 803 are inclined so as to be separated from each other as going rearward.

The ceiling 801 has a front end connected to the upper end of the front surface 802 and both side ends connected to the upper end of the side surface 803.

The filter member 8 is placed on the bottom 20 of the eaves 2 with the lower end surface of the wall 800 in surface contact with the bottom 20 of the eaves 2. The wall portion 800 of the filter member 8 covers the periphery except the rear of the water flow member 5, and the ceiling portion 801 covers the water flow member 5 and the screw member 6.

An opening 805 that penetrates in the front-rear direction and opens downward is formed in the front surface portion 802 of the wall portion 800. The opening 805 is larger than the water passage hole 804, and is formed in a substantially rectangular shape that substantially matches the connecting portion 52 on the front side of the water passage member 5.

As shown in FIG. 2, the connecting portion 52 on the front side of the water passage member 5 is fitted into the opening 805 of the filter portion 80. Further, the lower end portion of the opening 805 of the filter unit 80 is wider in the left-right width than the upper portion, and the front end portion of the lower plate portion 51 is fitted into this portion. Thus, the movement of the filter member 8 in the left-right direction with respect to the water passage member 5 is restricted. That is, the peripheral edge portion of the opening 805 of the filter member 8 constitutes a positioning portion for determining the position of the filter member 8 with respect to the water passage member 5. The positioning portion is not limited to the peripheral portion of the opening 805 of the filter member 8.

As shown in FIG. 3, the rear end surfaces of the side surface portions 803 on both sides of the filter member 8 constitute wall side portions 807, respectively. Each wall side portion 807 is configured by protruding end surfaces of a plurality of upper and lower horizontal piece portions 806 protruding rearward at the rear end portion of the side surface portion 803.

Both wall side portions 807 are spaced apart in the left-right direction, which is the longitudinal direction of the eaves 2, and are disposed on both sides of the pit 200 in the left-right direction as shown in FIG. 1. In the filter member 8, the filter portion 80 (that is, the front surface portion 802 and the both side surface portions 803) located at the intermediate portion between both wall side portions 807 protrudes toward the front side opposite to the rear wall portion 22 of the eaves wall 2. ing.

The wall side portions 807 on both sides of the filter member 8 are arranged along the front surface of the rear wall portion 22 of the eaves 2 and face the rear wall portion 22. For this reason, the backward movement of the filter member 8 is restricted by the eaves 2. The side walls 807 on both sides of the filter member 8 may be in contact with the front surface of the rear wall portion 22 of the eaves 2 or arranged in the vicinity of the front surface of the rear wall portion 22 of the eaves 2 without contact. Also good.

Among the plurality of upper and lower horizontal piece portions 806 constituting the rear end portion of the side surface portion 803 on both sides of the filter portion 80, the rear ear portion 220 between the two horizontal piece portions 806 located at the upper end portion is provided. Is arranged. As a result, when the filter member 8 moves upward, the horizontal piece 806 disposed below the rear ear portion 220 hits the rear ear portion 220 and the upward movement of the filter member 8 is restricted.

The protruding portion 81 protrudes forward from the ceiling portion 801 constituting the upper surface portion of the filter portion 80. The protrusion 81 includes a locking portion 810 that is long on the left and right, and a plurality of connection piece portions 811 that protrude rearward from the locking portion 810. A rear end portion of each connection piece portion 811 is connected to the ceiling portion 801. A locking groove portion 812 having a triangular side cross section is formed on the front surface of the locking portion 810.

The locking part 810 is detachably locked to the eaves bowl 2 by fitting the locking groove part 812 into the front ear part 210 of the eaves bowl 2. Thereby, the movement of the front end portion of the filter member 8 in both the vertical direction and the forward direction is restricted by the eaves rod 2.

In other words, the filter member 8 has the water passage member 5 fitted in the opening 805, the both wall side portions 807 are along the rear wall portion 22 of the eaves 2, and the locking portion 810 of the protrusion 81 is located in front of the eaves 2. By being locked to the ear portion 210, it is fixed to both the eaves 2 and the water-permeable member 5 attached thereto.

In the filter member 8, the upper space 10 of the drop port 200 of the eaves 2 is surrounded by the filter 80 located in the middle portion between the both side walls 807 and the rear wall 22 of the eaves 2. The water passage member 5 and the screw member 6 are disposed in the space 10.

The filter member 8 can be detached from the water flow member 5 and the eaves rod 2 while the screw member 6 is screwed to the protruding member 4 and the drain tube 3 and the water flow member 5 are attached to the eaves wall 2. In order to remove the filter member 8, the locking portion 810 is removed from the front ear portion 210, the filter member 8 is pulled upward, and the water passage member 5 is removed from the opening 805.

For example, the upstream end portion of the call is directly connected to the connecting portion 300 of the drain tube 3 shown in FIG. The drain tube 3 is attached to the eaves wall 2 with its axial direction inclined with respect to the vertical direction. For this reason, pipe materials, such as an elbow, for connecting the call to the eaves 2 can be omitted. Moreover, when pipe materials, such as an elbow, are abbreviate | omitted in this way, it can be set as the drainage structure which has a simple external appearance. The downstream end portion of the call is connected to the upper end portion of the basket through an elbow.

In a state where the drain 1 is attached to the eaves 2, the rainwater flowing through the eaves 2 passes through the water holes 804 of the wall portion 800 of the filter member 8. This rainwater passes between the connecting portions 52 and 53 of the water passage member 5 and the lower insertion hole 510 in order, and then flows into the drain tube 3 from the outlet 200 of the eaves wall 2, so Is discharged through.

When rainwater flowing through the eaves 2 passes through the water passage hole 804 of the filter member 8, dust such as fallen leaves contained in the rainwater is collected by the net-like filter portion 80 of the filter member 8. For this reason, in the drain tube 3 downstream of the water flow member 5 and the pipe material disposed on the downstream side of the drain tube 3, dust and the like are hardly clogged.

The drain 1 of the present embodiment described above includes the drain tube 3, the water passage member 5, and the filter member 8. The drain tube 3 is arranged on the lower side of the eaves wall 2 and communicates with a pit 200 formed in the bottom portion 20 of the eaves wall 2. The water passage member 5 has water permeability, is disposed on the bottom portion 20 of the eaves cage 2, is fixed to the drain tube 3, and sandwiches the bottom portion 20 of the eave cage 2 between the drain tube 3. The filter member 8 is disposed on the bottom portion 20 of the eaves bowl 2 and is positioned on the water passage member 5 to collect garbage. The filter member 8 is configured to be detachable from the water passage member 5 fixed to the drain tube 3.

The drain tube 3 and the water passage member 5 of the drain 1 are fixed to the drain tube 3 disposed on the lower side of the eaves wall 2 by fixing the water flow member 5 disposed on the bottom 20 of the eave wall 2. The bottom portion 20 is fixed to the eaves wall 2 by being sandwiched between the water passing member 5 and the drain tube 3. Further, the filter member 8 is provided on the bottom portion 20 of the eaves wall 2 so as to be positioned on the water passage member 5. The drain 1 can drain rainwater flowing through the eaves wall 2 from the drain tube 3 through the outlet 200, and collect dust such as fallen leaves contained in the rainwater by the filter member 8. Further, the drain 1 can be removed from the water passing member 5 while the drain tube 3 and the water passing member 5 are attached to the eaves 2. For this reason, the operation of removing the dust collected by the filter member 8 can be easily performed by removing the filter member 8.

Moreover, it is preferable to provide the latching | locking part 810 with which the filter member 8 is detachably latched to the eaves 2 like this embodiment. By doing in this way, the latching | locking part 810 can be latched to the eaves cage | basket 2, and the filter member 8 can be fixed to both the water permeable member 5 and the eaves cage 2. FIG.

The cylinder portion 43 is formed in a cylindrical shape that is opened up and down. The upper end portion of each column portion 44 is integrally connected to the cylinder portion 43. A threaded portion 410 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 43. The screw portion 410 is a male screw.

As shown in FIG. 5, the upper end surface 34 of the drain tube 3 is in contact with the bottom surface 23 of the eaves 2 along the bottom surface 23 of the cross-section arc shape. As a result, the movement of the drain tube 3 in the front-rear direction is restricted, and its direction is determined.

As shown in FIG. 6, the water passing member 5 is obtained by connecting the upper and lower plate portions 55 and 56 with a plurality of connecting portions 57 and 58. The upper plate part 55 is substantially horizontal. The lower plate portion 56 has an arc shape in cross section perpendicular to the left-right direction, and is parallel to the upper surface of the bottom portion 23 of the eaves cage 2. Insertion holes 550 and 560 penetrating in the vertical direction are formed in the centers of the upper and lower plate portions 55 and 56, respectively.

The water passage member 5 includes a total of two connecting portions 57 and 58. The connecting portion 57 is provided on the front side of the water passing member 5, and the connecting portion 58 is provided on the rear side of the water passing member 5. Each of the connecting portions 57 and 58 is formed in a plate shape that is vertically long and has a thickness direction in the front-rear direction. The front connecting portion 57 connects the front end portions of the upper and lower plate portions 55 and 56 and is located on the front side of the insertion holes 550 and 560. The rear connection portion 58 connects the rear end portions of the upper and lower plate portions 55 and 56 and is located on the rear side of the insertion holes 550 and 560.

As shown in FIG. 5, the lower plate portion 56 constituting the lower surface portion of the water passage member 5 is placed on the bottom portion 23 of the eaves bowl 2 with the insertion hole 560 communicating with the drop opening 200. ing. The lower surface of the lower plate portion 56 is in surface contact with the upper surface of the bottom 23 of the eaves 2.

Both struts 44 of the protruding member 4 protruding upward from the drop port 200 are inserted into the upper and lower insertion holes 550 and 560 of the water passage member 5. The horizontal positions of the upper and lower plate portions 55 and 56 are determined by the both support column portions 44.

As shown in FIG. 6, concave portions 551 and 561 are formed at the hole edge portions of the upper and lower insertion holes 550 and 560 of the water passage member 5. Both struts 44 of the protruding member 4 are fitted in the recesses 551 and 561 of the water flow member 5. Thereby, the position of the circumferential direction of the upper and lower board parts 55 and 56 is decided, and the rotation around the vertical axis | shaft with respect to the protrusion member 4 of the water flow member 5 is controlled.

A female screw 62 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical screw member 6. As shown in FIG. 5, the female screw 62 is screwed into the screw portion 410 of the cylindrical portion 43 of the protruding member 4.

The screw member 6 is fastened to the screw portion 410 until the lower end surface thereof comes into contact with the upper surface of the upper plate portion 55 of the water passage member 5. The screw member 6 fastened to the screw portion 410 of the protruding member 4 presses the upper plate portion 55 of the water passage member 5 downward. As a result, the bottom 23 of the eaves 2 is sandwiched vertically between the lower surface of the lower plate portion 56 of the water passage member 5 and the upper end surface of the drain tube 3, and the drain tube 3, the projecting member 4, The water member 5 and the screw member 6 are fixed to the eaves 2.

The filter member 8 is detachably fixed to the water passage member 5. As shown in FIG. 6, the filter member 8 is formed in a net shape (lattice shape). A large number of rectangular water passage holes 84 each having a mesh (lattice) are formed in the entire filter member 8.

The filter member 8 includes a side surface portion 82 that is separated from the left and right sides, and an upper surface portion 83 that connects upper end portions of both side surface portions 82. As shown in FIG. 4, the left and right side portions 82 of the filter member 8 are disposed on both the left and right sides of the water passage member 5. Each side surface portion 82 is formed in a semicircular shape that matches the inner surface of the eaves 2 as viewed from the left-right direction.

Each side surface portion 82 of the filter member 8 is placed on the bottom portion 23 of the eaves 2. The arc-shaped lower surface of each side surface 82 is in contact with the entire inner surface of the eaves 2 in the circumferential direction. This restricts the movement of the filter member 8 in the front-rear direction and in the downward direction. Further, each side portion 82 of the filter member 8 is disposed over the entire space (region where rainwater flows) formed inside the eaves bowl 2 when viewed from the left-right direction, and Covers both sides.

As shown in FIG. 6, a fitting hole 830 penetrating vertically is formed at the center of the upper surface of the filter member 8. The fitting hole 830 is a circular hole in plan view, and its diameter is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the screw member 6.

As shown in FIG. 5, the screw member 6 screwed into the protruding member 4 is fitted into the fitting hole 830 of the filter member 8. Thereby, the horizontal movement of the filter member 8 with respect to the water passage member 5 is restricted.

That is, the filter member 8 is configured such that the side portions 82 on both sides are placed on the bottom 23 of the eaves 2 and fitted inside the eaves 2, and the screw member 6 is fitted into the fitting hole 830, thereby And it fixes with respect to both of the water flow members 5 attached to this.

The filter member 8 and the eaves 2 surround the upper space 11 of the pit 200 of the eaves 2, and the water flow member 5 is disposed in the space 11.

The filter member 8 fixed to the eaves bowl 2 and the water passage member 5 lifts the filter member 8 upward to remove the screw member 6 from the fitting hole 830 and remove the side portions 82 on both sides from the eave bowl 2. It can be easily removed.

As shown in FIG. 4, in a state where the drain 1 is attached to the eave cage 2, rainwater flowing through the eave cage 2 passes through the water passage holes 84 of the side surface portion 82 of the filter member 8. The rainwater passes through the connecting portions 57 and 58 of the water passage member 5 and the lower insertion hole 560 in order, and is discharged from the outlet 200 of the eaves 2 to the drain tube 3. Here, when rainwater flowing through the eaves 2 passes through the water passage hole 84 of the filter member 8, dust such as fallen leaves contained in the rainwater is collected by the net-like side surface portion 82 of the filter member 8.

Even in the drainage structure of the eaves bowl 2 according to the present embodiment, the bottom 20 of the eaves bowl 2 is sandwiched between the drainage cylinder 3 and the water passage member 5 fixed to the drainage cylinder 3, and the drainage cylinder 3 and the water passage member 5 are attached to the eaves bowl. The filter member 8 can be removed from the water member 5 while being attached to the water member 2. Therefore, the operation of removing the dust collected by the filter member 8 can be easily performed by removing the filter member 8 while the drain tube 3 and the water passage member 5 are attached to the eaves 2.

In addition, in 1st Embodiment and 2nd Embodiment, although the axial direction of the drain tube 3 inclines with respect to the direction perpendicular | vertical to the bottom part 20 of the eaves bowl 2, it may be parallel. Moreover, in 1st Embodiment and 2nd Embodiment, the downstream pipe connected with the drain tube 3 is not restricted to a call, and may be a joint or a rod such as an elbow. Further, the water passing member 5 in the first embodiment and the second embodiment may be formed integrally with the screw member 6. In addition, the drain 1 in the first embodiment and the second embodiment can be changed in design without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
