Description

The present invention relates to a support that slidably supports an article when the article is moved in a transfer direction along the horizontal direction and the article is transferred to a transfer target location.

A conventional example of such a support is described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-11462 (Patent Document 1). The support body of patent document 1 is comprised by the large diameter support part which supports an article | item slidably, and the small diameter fitting part fitted to a transfer object location, and a support part and a fitting part are integrated. Is formed. And this support body is fixed to a transfer object location by fitting a fitting part in the fitting hole formed in the transfer object location.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-11462

In the support body of Patent Document 1 described above, when the article moving in the transfer direction is supported by the support portion, the fitting portion comes into contact with the inner surface of the fitting hole formed in the transfer target location. The support portion is restricted from moving in the transfer direction. Therefore, when the article moves in the transfer direction on the support part, the stress due to the restriction of the support part concentrates on the small-diameter fitting part, and the fitting part where the stress concentrates or the part and the support part are concentrated. Connection points are easily damaged. In particular, since the stress increases as the article becomes heavy, the support is easily damaged.

Therefore, a support that is difficult to break when an article moving in the transfer direction is supported is required.

The characteristic structure of the support according to the present invention is the support that slidably supports the article when the article is moved to the transfer target location by moving the article in the transfer direction along the horizontal direction.
A fixing member that is fixed to the transfer target location by a fixing tool, and a supporting member that is supported by the fixing member so that movement in a horizontal direction is regulated and the article is slidable. It is installed at the transfer target location in a state of protruding upward from the fixing member fixed at the transfer target location, and the support member is brought into contact with the support member so that the support member moves in the transfer direction. A restriction portion that restricts movement; and the restriction portion includes a contact surface that is formed in a shape along an end portion of the support member in the transfer direction and is in surface contact with the support member. It is in.

According to this characteristic configuration, the supporting member and the fixing member are configured separately. For example, the supporting member is made of a material having a relatively low strength but a high sliding property, such as a resin material. As described above, a material having a relatively high strength such as a metal material can be used. Therefore, the article can be slidably supported by the support member and can be firmly fixed to the transfer target portion by the fixing member.

And the regulating part of the fixing member is provided with a contact surface formed in a shape along the end of the support member in the transfer direction, and when the article moving in the transfer direction is supported by the support member Since the support member is in surface contact with the restricting portion of the fixed member, the support member can be restricted from moving in the transfer direction.
In this way, by configuring the support member to come into surface contact with the restriction portion of the fixed member, the fixed member comes in contact with the support member moving in the transfer direction over a wide area, and thus moves in the transfer direction. When the article is supported by the support member, the support member is hardly damaged.

Here, the support member is formed in a rectangular shape in a plan view and includes a flat contacted surface along an up-down direction and a lateral width direction at an end portion in the transfer direction, and the contact surface of the restricting portion is It is preferable that the lateral width is wider than the lateral width of the contacted surface.

According to this configuration, the contact surface of the support member is formed flat, and the contact surface of the fixing member that is in surface contact with the contact surface is also formed flat. Therefore, it becomes easier to form the support member and the fixing member as compared with the case where the contact surface and the contacted surface are formed on an uneven surface such as a curved surface.
In addition, since the width of the contact surface of the restricting portion is wider than the width of the contacted surface, the entire contact width in the width direction of the contacted surface can be received by the contact surface. The supporting member can be brought into contact with the fixing member over a wide area.

Further, a pair of the restricting portions are provided in a state of being positioned on both sides of the transfer direction with respect to the support member, and the pair of restricting portions has an interval in the transfer direction that is the transfer of the support member. It is preferable to be provided in a state where the distance is wider than the length in the loading direction.

According to this configuration, even when the support member expands due to a change in temperature, the support member interferes with the fixed portion due to the expansion because the expansion of the support member fits in a gap formed between the support member and the fixed member. It is possible to prevent damage at times.

Further, it is preferable that the fixing member includes a cylindrical tubular portion penetrating in the vertical direction, and the contact surface in the pair of restricting portions is configured by an inner surface portion of the cylindrical portion. .

According to this configuration, the fixing member is provided with the cylindrical tubular portion penetrating in the vertical direction, and the support member is provided in the internal space thereof, so that the inner surface facing the transfer direction in the cylindrical portion It can be used as a contact surface in the restricting portion. And, by configuring the pair of restricting portions with a part of the cylindrical tubular portion, the pair of restricting portions can be formed integrally, compared to the case where the pair of restricting portions are formed independently of each other, The strength of the pair of restricting portions can be increased.

In addition, the fixing member includes a fitting portion that is fitted from above to the fitted portion provided in the transfer target portion, and the fitting portion is configured to be fitted to the fitted portion. It is preferable to provide a fixed-side contact surface that makes surface contact.

According to this configuration, the fixing member can be installed at the transfer target location by fitting the fitting portion to the fitted portion of the transfer target location from above. And it can control that a fixed member moves to a transfer direction because a fixed side contact surface in a fitting part of a support member contacts a fitting part of a transfer subject part.
In this way, by configuring the fixing member to be in surface contact with the fitting portion of the transfer target portion, the fitting portion comes into contact with the fixing member moving in the transfer direction over a wide area. When the article moving in the direction is supported by the support member, the fixing member can be hardly damaged.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the storage-side support 26 is fixed to the storage unit 1 by a fixing tool 29, and the movement in the horizontal direction is restricted by the fixing member 31 and the article W And a support member 32 that slidably supports. The fixing member 31 is made of a metal material. The support member 32 is made of a resin material, and corresponds to a first support member that is provided in the storage unit 1 and slidably supports the article W transferred by the transfer device 14.

The support member 32 is installed in the storage unit 1 so as to protrude upward from the fixing member 31 fixed to the storage unit 1. The support member 32 includes a lower portion 32a having a rectangular shape in plan view, and an upper portion 32b formed to bulge upward from the lower portion 32a as viewed in the lateral width direction. In this way, the support member 32 is formed in a tapered shape that protrudes upward. The support member 32 is formed in a rectangular shape when viewed in the transfer direction.
The lower portion 32a of the support member 32 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped, and the support member 32 has a pair of first contacted surfaces 33 facing the transfer direction Y and a pair of second contacted surfaces 34 facing the lateral width direction X. Is provided. The pair of first contact surfaces 33 are formed at the end portions in the transfer direction Y of the support member 32 and correspond to flat contact surfaces along the vertical direction and the lateral width direction X at the end portions in the transfer direction Y. To do.

The fixing member 31 includes a plate-like base portion 36 having a rectangular shape in plan view, a pair of protrusion portions 37 protruding downward from both end portions in the transfer direction Y of the base portion 36, and a central portion of the base portion 36. A cylindrical tubular portion 38 projecting upward from the upper portion, and an extending portion 39 extending horizontally from the upper end of the tubular portion 38 toward the side on which the support member 32 is mounted.

The pair of protrusions 37 are formed in a plate shape along the vertical direction and the transfer direction Y, and are provided at the same interval as the width of the support tool 28 in the transfer direction Y. Therefore, the fixing member 31 can be fitted to the support tool 28 from above so that the support tool 28 is positioned between the pair of protrusions 37, and the pair of protrusions 37 come into contact with the support tool 28. As a result, the movement of the fixing member 31 in the transfer direction Y is restricted.
That is, the base portion 36 and the pair of projecting portions 37 constitute a fitting portion 40 that is fitted to the support tool 28 from above, and the support tool 28 corresponds to a fitted portion provided in the storage portion 1. The surface of the support 28 that faces the transfer direction Y corresponds to a fixed-side contact surface that makes surface contact with the fitting portion 40.

The cylindrical portion 38 is formed in a shape that rises vertically from the inner edge of the portion that forms the installation hole in the base portion 36. The cylindrical portion 38 is positioned so as to surround the side of the support member 32 in a state where the storage-side support body 26 is installed in the storage portion 1. The portions of the cylindrical portion 38 that are aligned in the transfer direction Y are formed in a shape along the lateral width direction X, and the inner surface is formed on the flat first contact surface 41 along the vertical direction and the lateral width direction X. Further, the portion of the cylindrical portion 38 that is aligned in the horizontal width direction X is formed in a shape along the transfer direction Y, and the inner surface thereof is formed as a flat second contact surface 42 along the vertical direction and the transfer direction Y. ing.
By forming the cylindrical portion 38 in this way, the first restricting portion 43 (first contact surface 41) in the cylindrical portion 38 is the end portion (first contacted portion) of the support member 32 in the transfer direction Y. The second restricting portion 44 (second contact surface 42) in the cylindrical portion 38 is formed on the end portion (second contacted surface 34) in the lateral width direction X of the support member 32. It is formed in a shape along.

Therefore, in a state where the storage-side support 26 is installed in the storage unit 1, the movement of the support member 32 to one side in the transfer direction Y is caused by one of the pair of first contact surfaces 33 in the support member 32. The movement of the support member 32 to the other side in the transfer direction Y is restricted by surface contact with one of the pair of first contact surfaces 41 of the fixing member 31. The other of the contact surfaces 33 is regulated by being in surface contact with the other of the pair of first contact surfaces 41 in the fixing member 31.
In addition, in the state where the storage side support 26 is installed in the storage unit 1, the movement of the support member 32 to one side in the lateral width direction X is such that one of the pair of second contact surfaces 34 in the support member 32 is The movement of the support member 32 to the other side in the lateral width direction X is regulated by surface contact with one of the pair of second contact surfaces 42 of the fixing member 31, and the pair of second contact surfaces of the support member 32. The other of 34 is regulated by being in surface contact with the other of the pair of second contact surfaces 42 in the fixing member 31.

That is, the first restriction portion that restricts the movement of the support member 32 in the transfer direction Y by contacting the support member 32 at the portion of the cylindrical portion 38 of the fixing member 31 aligned in the transfer direction Y. The restriction part 43 is configured. A pair of the first restricting portions 43 are provided in a state of being positioned outside both ends of the support member 32 in the transfer direction Y. And the 1st contact surface 41 in a pair of 1st control part 43 is comprised by the inner surface which opposes the transfer direction Y in the cylindrical part 38. As shown in FIG. Similarly, the second restricting portion 44 is configured at a portion of the cylindrical portion 38 of the fixing member 31 that is aligned in the width direction X, and the second restricting portion 44 includes both ends of the support member 32 in the width direction X. A pair is provided in a state of being located on the outer side.
The pair of first restricting portions 43 are provided in a state where the interval in the transfer direction Y is several millimeters wider than the length of the support member 32 in the transfer direction Y, and the pair of second restrictors 43 The portion 44 is provided in a state where the interval in the lateral width direction X is several millimeters wider than the length of the support member 32 in the transfer direction Y.

The extending portion 39 is formed in a plate shape that protrudes from the upper end of the portion aligned in the transfer direction Y in the cylindrical portion 38 to the side where the support member 32 exists in the transfer direction Y and extends in the lateral width direction X.
The extended portion 39 is located immediately above the lower portion 32a of the support member 32 and on both sides in the transfer direction Y with respect to the upper portion 32b of the support member 32 in a state where the storage-side support 26 is installed in the storage portion 1. positioned. Therefore, in a state where the storage-side support 26 is installed in the storage unit 1, the upward movement of the support member 32 is restricted by the lower surface of the extending portion 39 being in surface contact with the upper surface of the lower portion 32 a of the support member 32. The The extending portion 39 is provided at a position several millimeters higher than the upper surface of the lower portion 32 a of the support member 32 and several millimeters lower than the upper end of the upper portion 32 b of the support member 32.

Fixing holes 36a are formed at the four corners of the base 36, and the fixing member 31 uses two fixing holes 36a located diagonally of the fixing holes 36a formed at these four locations. The fixing member 31 is fixed to the support 28 of the storage unit 1.

The storage-side support 26 configured as described above is configured such that the support member 32 is placed on the flat support tool 28 and the fixing member 31 is placed on the support tool 28 from above to be fitted to the support tool 28, and then the pair at the base portion 36. The fixing member 31 is fixed to the support tool 28 by the fixing tool 29 using the two fixing holes 36a located at the corners. The storage-side support 26 is formed symmetrically in the transfer direction Y, and is configured so that it can be fixed to the support 28 even when the storage-side support 26 is rotated 180 ° around the longitudinal axis. Yes.

The storage-side guide body 27 is configured in the same manner as the storage-side support body 26, and the support member 32 comes into contact with the side surface of the article W that moves in the transfer direction Y by the transfer device 14. It is configured to guide W in the transfer direction Y. That is, the fixing member 31 of the storage side guide 27 can be used as the fixing member 31 of the storage side support 26, and the support member 32 of the storage side guide 27 can be used as the support member 32 of the storage side support 26. It has become. The support member 32 of the storage side guide 27 is in contact with the side surface of the article W provided in the storage unit 1 and transferred by the transfer device 14 to guide the article W in the transfer direction Y. It corresponds to a member.

In the storage-side support body 26 as described above, the fixing member 31 and the supporting member 32 are separately configured, and the supporting member 32 is formed of a resin material having a relatively low strength but a high sliding property, while the fixing member 31 is configured. By configuring 31 with a metal material having relatively high strength, the storage side support 26 can be firmly fixed to the storage portion 1 by the fixing member 31 while the article W is slidably supported by the support member 32. .
The first restricting portion 43 of the fixing member 31 includes a first contact surface 41 having a shape along the end portion in the transfer direction Y of the supporting member 32, and the supporting member 32 is provided on the first restricting portion 43 of the fixing member 31. Since the fixing member 31 comes into contact with the support member 32 moving in the transfer direction Y over a wide area, the article W moving in the transfer direction Y is supported by the support member 32. When supported, the support member 32 can be hardly damaged.
