Description

The present invention relates to a method for finishing a cement composition.

Conventionally, a precast panel (cement composition) such as a precast concrete (PCa) plate has been used for an outer wall material of a building. Also, for example, using a panel with a smooth surface, the joint part corresponding to the joint and the surface part corresponding to the surface (parts other than the joint part of the entire surface) are different in color, such as tiles and stones. What is painted to improve the designability is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).

As described above, in the case of a panel having a smooth surface, even if the surface portion and the joint portion are painted in different colors, there is no step between the surface portion and the joint portion, so that there is no shadow and a three-dimensional effect is difficult to appear. Recently, a groove-like joint is provided on the surface of the precast panel, and the interior and the surface (upper surface) of the joint are colored differently to finish like a tile or the like. However, even in this case, it is difficult to create a three-dimensional effect with a shadow, and there is a problem that it does not look like a real tile or stone.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and a main object thereof is to provide a method for finishing a cement composition capable of producing a stereoscopic effect close to the real thing.

=== First Embodiment ===
<< About the precast panel >>>>
FIG. 1A is a plan view of a precast panel 1 used in the present embodiment. Moreover, FIG. 1B is a BB arrow line view in FIG. 1A. The precast panel 1 (corresponding to a cement composition) is a concrete plate-like member. A groove-shaped recess 3 (corresponding to a joint) is formed in advance on the surface 1 a of the precast panel 1. In the example of illustration, the recessed part 3 is formed in the grid | lattice form over the whole surface 1a. However, the range of formation of the recess 3 may not be the entire surface, and may be a part of the surface 1a. Hereinafter, the remaining portion (portion remaining in an island shape) other than the concave portion 3 on the surface 1 a is also referred to as the upper surface 5.

また、図に示すように凹部3は、深さD(所定深さに相当)の溝側部3a(側部に相当)と幅Wの溝底部3b(底部に相当)を有している。 Further, as shown in the figure, the recess 3 has a groove side portion 3a (corresponding to the side portion) having a depth D (corresponding to a predetermined depth) and a groove bottom portion 3b (corresponding to the bottom portion) having a width W. Moreover, the angle of the corner | angular part (The corner | angular part of the upper surface 5 and the groove side part 3a, and the corner | angular part of the groove side part 3a and the groove bottom part 3b) which comprises the recessed part 3 is a substantially right angle (90 degree | times).

As an example of the manufacturing method of such a precast panel 1, for example, a mold (not shown) is assembled corresponding to the outer shape of the precast panel 1 to be molded, and the joint (recess 3) to be formed is supported. Place joint rods in advance at the position and place concrete in the formwork. If the mold is removed after the cast concrete has been cured, the precast panel 1 having the recesses 3 on the surface 1a is formed as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B.

<<< About surface finish >>>
2A to 2G are explanatory views of the surface finishing procedure of the first embodiment.

First, as shown in FIG. 2A, the undercoat material 7 is applied (painted) to the entire surface 1a of the precast panel 1 (including the upper surface 5 and the recess 3). Here, the undercoat material 7 is applied (spray coating) by spraying using a spray. The undercoat material 7 is for preventing the precast panel 1 from sucking moisture or paint (sealer). Here, an epoxy resin paint is used as the undercoat material 7.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, the groove bottom 3b is covered (cured) with a masking tape 20.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2C, the intermediate coating material 8 is spray-coated on the entire surface 1a. The intermediate coating material 8 enhances the adhesion between the undercoating material 7 (epoxy resin-based paint) and an upper coating material 9 (fluorine resin-based paint) described later, and here, a polyurethane resin-based paint is used.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2D, a top coating material 9 is sprayed onto the entire surface (on the intermediate coating material 8). As the top coat material 9, a material corresponding to the type of finish is used. Here, a brick-colored fluororesin-based paint is used as the top coat material 9 so as to imitate a brick tile.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2E, the masking tape 20 is removed. As a result, the intermediate coating material 8 and the top coating material 9 on the groove bottom 3 b are removed together with the masking tape 20. Therefore, the undercoat material 7 is exposed on the groove bottom 3b.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2F, the top coating material 9 around the concave portion 3 is covered with a masking tape 22 for preventing dirt, and a joint mortar 10 (corresponding to the joint material) mainly containing cement in the groove of the concave portion 3 is used. ) To height H. At this time, the filling height H of the joint mortar 10 is made smaller than the joint depth D.

Finally, the masking tape 22 is removed as shown in FIG. 2G.

Thus, the surface finish of the precast panel 1 is completed.

If the filling height H is equal to or greater than the joint depth D, the thickness of the surface color does not appear, and a three-dimensional effect cannot be produced. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the filling height H is smaller than the joint depth D, and therefore a part of the groove side part 3a of the concave part 3 (more specifically, part of the upper surface 5 side). Becomes the same color as the surface (the color of the top coat 9). By doing so, the shade of the surface color can be given and a three-dimensional effect can be created.

In this embodiment, a fluororesin-based paint is used for the top coat material 9. Since the joint mortar 10 has poor adhesion to the fluororesin-based paint, filling the joint mortar 10 on the top coat 9 may cause the joint mortar 10 to peel off. In this embodiment, since the groove bottom 3b in the recess 3 is cured by the masking table 20, the undercoat material 7 (epoxy resin paint) is exposed at the groove bottom 3b when the joint mortar 10 is filled. Thereby, the adhesiveness to the recessed part 3 of the joint mortar 10 can be improved, and the filling height H of the joint mortar 10 can be made smaller than the joint depth D more reliably.

In this embodiment, since the joint mortar 10 is filled as a joint material, a real tiled texture can be obtained.

In this embodiment, the undercoating material 7, the intermediate coating material 8, and the top coating material 9 are each spray-coated, but the coating method is not limited to spraying. For example, you may paint using a roller and a brush.

=== Second Embodiment ===
In the first embodiment described above, the masking tape 20 is used to cure only the groove bottom 3b. In the second embodiment, not only the groove bottom 3b but also a part of the groove side 3a is cured. In the second embodiment, the same precast panel 1 as that of the first embodiment is used as the base material, and thus the description thereof is omitted. Moreover, about the material which performs surface finishing, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same material and description is abbreviate | omitted.

3A to 3G are explanatory views of the surface finishing procedure of the second embodiment.

First, as in the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3A, an undercoat material 7 is applied (painted) to the entire surface 1a of the precast panel 1 (including the upper surface 5 and the recess 3).

Next, as shown to FIG. 3B, the area | region (lower part of the groove bottom part 3b and the groove | channel side part 3a) within the range shown by h of a figure among the recessed parts 3 is covered with the masking tape 20 (it cures).

Then, as shown in FIG. 3C, the intermediate coating material 8 is spray-coated on the entire surface 1a. Further, as shown in FIG. 3D, the top coat material 9 is sprayed onto the entire surface (on the intermediate coating material 8).

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3E, the masking tape 20 is removed. Thereby, the intermediate coating material 8 and the top coating material 9 in the lower part of the groove bottom part 3 b and the groove side part 3 a are removed together with the masking tape 20.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3F, the top coating material 9 around the recess 3 is covered with a masking tape 22 for preventing dirt, and the joint mortar 10 is filled in the groove of the recess 3 to a height H.

Finally, the masking tape 22 is removed as shown in FIG. 3G.

Also in the second embodiment, since the filling height H is smaller than the joint depth D, a part of the groove side portion 3a of the recess 3 is the same color as the surface (the color of the top coating material 9) as in the first embodiment. )become. Thereby, a three-dimensional effect can be created.

Moreover, in 2nd Embodiment, since not only the groove bottom part 3b but the lower part of the groove side part 3a is cured with the masking tape 20, the adhesiveness to the recessed part 3 of the joint mortar 10 can further be improved.

=== Other Embodiments ===
The above embodiment is for facilitating the understanding of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. The present invention can be changed and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and it is needless to say that the present invention includes equivalents thereof. In particular, the embodiments described below are also included in the present invention.

また、アスロック(押出成形セメント板)、ALC(Autoclaved Lightweight aerated Concrete:軽量気泡コンクリート)板、スパンクリートなどを基材として用いてもよい。
<About precast panel 1>
In the above-described embodiment, the concrete precast panel 1 is exemplified as the base material (cement composition), but is not limited thereto. For example, it may be made of mortar or cement. Further, asrock (extruded cement board), ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Aerated Concrete) board, spun cleat, and the like may be used as a base material.

Moreover, although the precast panel 1 mentioned above was used for the outer wall of a building, it is not restricted to this. For example, you may apply this embodiment to the surface of the floor of a building. In this case, for example, after forming a floor with a smooth surface on the site, the recess 3 may be formed using a joint cutting cutter or the like.

<About recessed part 3>
In the above-described embodiment, the shape (surface shape) of the upper surface 5 is a rectangle. That is, although the recessed part 3 was provided in the grid | lattice form, it is not restricted to this at all. For example, the concave portion 3 may be provided so that the shape of the upper surface 5 is a polygon such as a triangle or a pentagon, or a circle such as an ellipse or a perfect circle.

In the above-described embodiment, the angles of the corner portions (the corner portions of the upper surface 5 and the groove side portion 3a and the corner portions of the groove side portion 3a and the groove bottom portion 3b) constituting the joint (concave portion 3) are substantially equal. Although it was a right angle (90 degree | times), it is not restricted to this. For example, the groove side 3a may be an inclined surface with a width W that increases from the groove bottom 3b side to the upper surface 5 side. However, as in the present embodiment, a corner having a right angle can give more shadow, and a three-dimensional effect close to the real thing can be created.

<About topcoat material 9>
In the above-described embodiment, the top coat material 9 uses the brick-colored top coat material 9 (fluororesin-based paint) so as to imitate a brick tile. What is necessary is just to use suitably according to a kind. For example, in the case of imitating a stone plate tile, a mixture of stone powder may be used as the top coating material 9.
