Description

The present invention relates to a method for finishing a cement composition.

Conventionally, a precast panel (cement composition) such as a precast concrete (PCa) plate has been used for an outer wall material of a building. Also, for example, using a panel with a smooth surface, the joint part corresponding to the joint and the surface part corresponding to the surface (parts other than the joint part of the entire surface) are different in color, such as tiles and stones. What is painted to improve the designability is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).

As described above, in the case of a panel having a smooth surface, even if the surface portion and the joint portion are painted in different colors, there is no step between the surface portion and the joint portion, so that there is no shadow and a three-dimensional effect is difficult to appear. Recently, a groove-like joint is provided on the surface of the precast panel, and the interior and the surface (upper surface) of the joint are colored differently to finish like a tile or the like. However, even in this case, it is difficult to create a three-dimensional effect with a shadow, and there is a problem that it does not look like a real tile or stone.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and a main object thereof is to provide a method for finishing a cement composition capable of producing a stereoscopic effect close to the real thing.

=== This Embodiment ===
<< About the precast panel >>>>
FIG. 1A is a plan view of a precast panel 1 used in the present embodiment. Moreover, FIG. 1B is a BB arrow line view in FIG. 1A. The precast panel 1 (corresponding to a cement composition) is a concrete plate-like member. A groove-shaped recess 3 (corresponding to a joint) is formed in advance on the surface 1 a of the precast panel 1. In the example of illustration, the recessed part 3 is formed in the grid | lattice form over the whole surface 1a. However, the range of formation of the recess 3 may not be the entire surface, and may be a part of the surface 1a. Hereinafter, the remaining portion (portion remaining in an island shape) other than the concave portion 3 on the surface 1 a is also referred to as the upper surface 5.

Further, as shown in the figure, the recess 3 has a groove side 3a (corresponding to the side) having a depth D and a groove bottom 3b (corresponding to the bottom) having a width W. Moreover, the angle of the corner | angular part (The corner | angular part of the upper surface 5 and the groove side part 3a, and the corner | angular part of the groove side part 3a and the groove bottom part 3b) which comprises the recessed part 3 is a substantially right angle (90 degree | times).

As an example of the manufacturing method of such a precast panel 1, for example, a mold (not shown) is assembled corresponding to the outer shape of the precast panel 1 to be molded, and the joint (recess 3) to be formed is supported. Place joint rods in advance at the position and place concrete in the formwork. If the mold is removed after the cast concrete has been cured, the precast panel 1 having the recesses 3 on the surface 1a is formed as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B.

<<< About surface finish >>>
Before describing this embodiment, a comparative example will be described.

<Surface finish of comparative example>
2A to 2E are explanatory views of the surface finishing procedure of the comparative example.

First, as shown in FIG. 2A, the undercoat material 7 is applied (painted) to the entire surface 1a of the precast panel 1 (including the upper surface 5 and the recess 3). Here, the undercoat material 7 is applied (spray coating) by spraying using a spray. The undercoat material 7 is for preventing the precast panel 1 from sucking moisture or paint (sealer). Here, an epoxy resin paint is used as the undercoat material 7.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, a joint color paint 9 is spray-coated on the undercoat material 7. The joint color paint 9 is made of the same material (fluorine resin paint) as the top coat material described later and having a different color. Note that an intermediate coating material 8 described later may be applied (painted) between the undercoat material 7 and the joint color paint 9.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2C, the inside of the recess 3 (the groove side portion 3 a and the groove bottom portion 3 b) is covered (cured) with the masking tape 11.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2D, the top coat material 13 is spray-coated on the entire surface 1 a including the recess 3. As the top coat material 13, a material corresponding to the type of finishing is used. Here, a brick-colored fluororesin-based paint is used as the top coat material 13 so as to imitate a brick tile.

Finally, the masking tape 11 is removed as shown in FIG. 2E. At this time, since the top coat material 13 applied to the recess 3 is removed together with the masking tape 11, the inside of the recess 3 (the groove side 3a and the groove bottom 3b) becomes the color of the joint color paint 9 (joint color).

In the comparative example, the undercoat material 7, the joint color paint 9, and the top coat material 13 are each spray-painted, but the coating method is not limited to spraying. For example, you may paint using a roller and a brush.

In the case of this comparative example, the interior of the recess 3 (the groove side 3a and the groove bottom 3b) is a joint color, and only the upper surface 5 has a surface color (the color of the top coat 13), so that a shadow of the surface color is imparted. It is hard to be done. For this reason, a three-dimensional feeling like a real tile or stone cannot be obtained.

In this comparative example, the number of coating layers (hereinafter also referred to as the number of coating layers) is smaller in the joint (concave portion 3) than in the joint (upper surface 5). Specifically, the upper surface 5 is coated with three layers of the undercoat material 7, the joint color paint 9, and the top coat material 13, while the concave portion 3 has two layers of the undercoat material 7 and the joint color paint 9. Thus, since the number of coating layers in the recess 3 is smaller than that of the upper surface 5, the durability may be deteriorated.

Therefore, in the present embodiment described below, a three-dimensional effect is created and durability is improved.

<Surface finish of this embodiment>
3A to 3E are explanatory views of the surface finishing procedure of the present embodiment.

In the present embodiment, as in the comparative example, an epoxy resin is used as the undercoat material 7 (sealer), and a fluorine resin paint is used as the joint color paint 9 and the topcoat material 13. Further, the coating method of the undercoat material 7 and the topcoat material 13 (and the intermediate coating material 8 described later) is the same as that of the comparative example (spray coating). However, the painting method is different for the joint color paint 9.

First, as in the comparative example, the undercoat material 7 is applied to the entire surface 1a (including the upper surface 5 and the recess 3) of the precast panel 1, and then the intermediate coat material 8 is applied onto the undercoat material 7 as shown in FIG. 3A. To do. The intermediate coating material 8 is for improving the adhesion between the undercoating material 7 and the top coating material 13, and in this embodiment, a polyurethane resin-based paint is used.

Next, using a brush, as shown in FIG. 3B, a region having a width W ′ (> W) including the concave portion 3 is painted with a joint color paint 9 (corresponding to a joint coating step). In this embodiment, the length of the part which protrudes outside from the recessed part 3 (namely, on the upper surface 5) is about 20-30 mm on both sides of the recessed part 3, respectively.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3C, only the groove bottom 3b is cured with the masking tape 11 (corresponding to a masking step).

Then, as shown in FIG. 3D, a top coat material 13 is applied over the entire surface 1a (corresponding to a surface coating step). In the present embodiment, the brick-colored top coat material 13 is used as in the comparative example.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 3E, the masking tape 11 is removed (corresponding to a masking material removing step). Thereby, as for the surface 1a of the precast panel 1, only the groove bottom part 3b is colored with joint color, and the upper surface 5b and the groove | channel side part 3a are colored with surface color (brick color). Thereby, compared with the case of a comparative example, the shadow of a surface color can be provided and a three-dimensional effect can be produced. In the comparative example, the number of coating layers in the recess 3 is smaller than the number of coating layers on the upper surface 5. In this embodiment, the number of coating layers in the recess 3 is equal to or greater than the number of coating layers on the upper surface 5. be able to. Therefore, durability can be improved.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the region of the width W ′ including the recess 3 (joint) is coated with the joint color paint 9 (joint painting step), and then only the groove bottom 3b is cured with the masking tape 11. (Masking process), and then the entire surface 1a is coated with the top coat material 13 (surface coating process). And the masking tape 11 is removed after the top coat material 13 coating (masking material removal process). As a result, only the groove bottom 3 b is painted with the color of the joint color paint 9 (joint color), and the groove side 3 a and the upper surface 5 are painted with the color of the top coat 13. Thereby, the shadow of the color of the top coating material 13 can be given rather than a comparative example, and the three-dimensional effect like a real tile or a stone material can be brought out. Further, the number of coating layers in the recess 3 can be made equal to or more than the number of coating layers on the upper surface 5. Thereby, durability can be improved.

=== Other Embodiments ===
The above embodiment is for facilitating the understanding of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. The present invention can be changed and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and it is needless to say that the present invention includes equivalents thereof. In particular, the embodiments described below are also included in the present invention.

また、アスロック(押出成形セメント板)、ALC(Autoclaved Lightweight aerated Concrete:軽量気泡コンクリート)板、スパンクリートなどを基材として用いてもよい。
<About precast panel 1>
In the above-described embodiment, the concrete precast panel 1 is exemplified as the base material (cement composition), but is not limited thereto. For example, it may be made of mortar or cement. Further, asrock (extruded cement board), ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Aerated Concrete) board, spun cleat, and the like may be used as a base material.

Moreover, although the precast panel 1 mentioned above was used for the outer wall of a building, it is not restricted to this. For example, you may apply this embodiment to the surface of the floor of a building. In this case, for example, after forming a floor with a smooth surface on the site, the recess 3 may be formed using a joint cutting cutter or the like.

<About recessed part 3>
In the above-described embodiment, the shape (surface shape) of the upper surface 5 is a rectangle. That is, although the recessed part 3 was provided in the grid | lattice form, it is not restricted to this. For example, the concave portion 3 may be provided so that the shape of the upper surface 5 is a polygon such as a triangle or a pentagon, or a circle such as an ellipse or a perfect circle.

In the above-described embodiment, the angles of the corner portions (the corner portions of the upper surface 5 and the groove side portion 3a and the corner portions of the groove side portion 3a and the groove bottom portion 3b) constituting the joint (concave portion 3) are substantially right angles ( 90 degrees), but is not limited to this. For example, the shape of the groove side portion 3a may be an inclined surface in which the width W increases from the groove bottom portion 3b side to the upper surface 5 side. However, as in the present embodiment, a corner having a right angle can give more shadow, and a three-dimensional effect close to the real thing can be created.

<About the top coat 13>
In the above-described embodiment, the top coat material 13 uses the brick-colored top coat material 13 (fluororesin-based paint) so as to imitate a brick tile. However, the present invention is not limited to this. What is necessary is just to use suitably according to a kind. For example, in the case of imitating a stone plate-like tile, a material mixed with stone powder may be used as the top coating material 13. Further, when imitating a metal tile, a metal color may be used as the top coat material 13.

Further, the top coating material 13 may be further coated (for example, clear coating).

<About intermediate coating material 8 and undercoating material 7>
In the above-described embodiment, the polyurethane resin-based paint is used as the intermediate coating material 8 and the epoxy resin-based paint is used as the undercoat material 7. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and paints of other components may be used. Further, depending on the type of the base material (precast panel 1) and the topcoat material 13, either the undercoat material 7 or the intermediate coat material 8 may not be used, or both the intermediate coat material 8 and the undercoat material 7 are used. It is not necessary to use it. Even in such a case, in the above-described embodiment, the number of coating layers in the recesses 3 can be made equal to or more than the number of coating layers on the upper surface 5, so that durability can be improved.
