[Invention of Claim 1]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the cared person lying on the bed is moved to, for example, a wheelchair or standing on the floor, the upper support is raised by the undulating means and the waist support by the advancing / retreating means. By moving the leg support in the direction of the foot side end of the cared person on the bed frame and positioning the leg support on the folded part of each guide rail, the cared person can move the leg part of the bed frame. It is possible to hang down along the leg support with the legs bent while the upper body is raised while the waist is positioned on the waist support at the side end (see FIG. 6). It is easy for the caregiver to move the cared person in such a posture to, for example, a wheelchair or to stand on the floor. In other words, a caregiver holds a cared person lying on the bed with both arms, carries it to the end of the bed, then moves it to a wheelchair or performs a work that requires great effort to stand on the floor. There is no need. Therefore, the physical burden on the caregiver is significantly reduced.

Moreover, what is necessary is just to perform the procedure contrary to the above, when returning a cared person to the state which laid on the bed. Therefore, also in this case, the physical burden on the caregiver is remarkably reduced.

On the other hand, the care recipient is freed from the psychological burden of forcing the caregiver to work hard.

[Invention of Claim 2]
The leg support is smoothly bent along the folded portion of the guide rail.

[Invention of claim 3]
By rotating the first male threaded rod in the undulating means in a predetermined direction, the first female threaded body moves in a predetermined direction, and the upper support can be easily and reliably raised to a desired angle. Further, by rotating the first male threaded rod in the hoisting means in the opposite direction, the first female threaded body moves in the opposite direction, and the upper support can be easily and reliably lowered to a desired angle.

[Invention of Claim 4]
By rotating the second male screw rod in the advance / retreat means in a predetermined direction, the second female screw body attached to the inner frame moves in a predetermined direction, and the waist support and the leg support are moved in the length direction of the bed frame. It can be easily and reliably moved to a predetermined position. In addition, by rotating the second male threaded rod in the advancing and retracting means in the opposite direction, the second female threaded body attached to the inner frame moves in the opposite direction, and the waist support and leg support are moved to the length of the bed frame. It can be easily and reliably returned to the original position in the direction. Since the upper support is connected to the lumbar support, the upper support moves forward and backward together with the lumbar support.
