下記工程1により、該ブロック共重合体を生成する工程、及び
該ブロック共重合体を含有する該トナー粒子を得る工程、
を有する。
工程1:片末端または両末端がカルボン酸またはカルボン酸エステルである該ビニルポリマーブロックに、溶解パラメータ(SP値)が7.6乃至12.2である有機溶媒の存在下、該ポリエステルブロックを生成するジカルボン酸及びジオールを主成分とするモノマーを縮合反応させ、ブロック共重合体を生成する工程。
また本発明は、ポリエステルブロックと、スチレンモノマーを主成分とするビニルモノマー原料から生成されたビニルポリマーブロックと、を含有するブロック共重合体の製造方法であって、下記工程1を有する。
工程1:片末端又は両末端がカルボン酸又はカルボン酸エステルである、スチレンモノマーを主成分とするビニルモノマーから生成されたビニルポリマーブロック及び溶解パラメータ(SP値)が7.6乃至12.2である有機溶媒の存在下、ポリエステルブロックを生成するジカルボン酸及びジオールを主成分とするモノマーを縮合反応させてブロック共重合体を生成する工程。
