Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a stack table and lever technology.
There is a stack table in which the top plate can be changed between a horizontal state and a vertical state, and a plurality of tables can be arranged in a horizontal direction by placing the top plate in a vertical state. For example,
The table, called a stack table, can be changed between a use state (for example, the top plate is in a horizontal state or a state close thereto) and a folded state (for example, the top plate is in a vertical state or a state close thereto), There is a table in which a plurality of stack tables can be arranged in the horizontal direction by being folded. The stack table includes a so-called parallel stack table and a side stack table. The so-called parallel stack table can be arranged by stacking a plurality of stack tables in a straight line in the depth direction when the top plate is folded and the stack tables are stacked. The so-called side stack table is arranged by stacking adjacent stack tables in the depth direction of the stack table while shifting the stack tables in the table width direction by at least the width of the legs when the stack is stacked with the top plate folded. be able to.
The stack table can be freely changed between the use state and the folded state as described above, but this change must be made by the user. The stack table is provided with an operation unit such as a lever for releasing the use state or the folded state, and the user operates the operation unit to set the stack table to the use state or the folded state. . Here, since the operation unit is often provided on the back side of the top plate, there is a concern that it is difficult for the user to find the operation unit in the conventional stack table. Further, even though the conventional stack table can find the operation unit, there is a concern that the operation method is difficult to understand, such as in which direction it is pulled or pushed. In addition, it has been desired to develop a stack table that can be used or folded by a simpler operation.
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a technique related to a stack table that can be used or folded more easily than in the past.
In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention is a flat portion in which a display indicating a lever operating method is disposed at the tip of a main body portion of a lever (operating portion), and the stack table is positioned upward in a folded state. The flat part to point was decided to be provided.
Specifically, the present invention is a stack table that can be changed between a use state and a folded state, and is a horizontal state in the use state and a standing state in the folded state, and a back side of the top plate. Provided on both sides, a leg that supports the top plate, fixed to the back side of the top plate, and pivotally connected to the upper part of the leg so that the top plate is in a horizontal state or a standing state. A locking mechanism that maintains the top plate in a horizontal state or a standing state, and a lever that is connected to the locking mechanism and changes the stack table to the use state or the folded state. A flat portion that is pivotally connected to the lock mechanism and has a display indicating an operation method of the lever at the distal end of the main body, and the stack table is in a folded state. Flat part A.
The stack table according to the present invention is provided with a flat portion at the tip of a lever that changes the stack table to a use state or a folded state. The flat portion is provided with an indication indicating the lever operation method, and points upward when the stack table is in the folded state. Therefore, especially when the stack table is in the folded state, the flat portion of the lever is easily noticeable by the user, and the user can immediately confirm the presence of the lever and also understand the operation method of the lever. “Upward” means that the surface of the flat portion is in a horizontal state or a state close thereto, and the surface of the flat portion faces upward. Further, the flat portion of the lever can prevent the gripped hand from being detached from the main body when the user grips the main body of the lever. As described above, according to the stack table of the present invention, it is possible to make it in a use state or a folded state more easily than in the past.
In the use state, the top plate is in a horizontal state. The horizontal state does not require the top plate to be strictly horizontal. For example, the horizontal state may be a state in which a writing instrument or the like can be placed on the top plate, and includes a tilted state. In the folded state, the top plate stands up. In the standing state, the top plate does not need to be strictly vertical, and the top plate stands up compared to the horizontal state, so that the depth of the top plate is shortened, and the stack tables are stacked in the horizontal direction. Including possible states. Although the depth of the top plate is the shortest when the top plate is vertical, the top plate may be inclined. The stack table can be a so-called parallel stack table in which a plurality of stack tables can be accommodated in a straight line in the depth direction when the plurality of stack tables are stacked and arranged with the top plate in a folded state. In addition, when stacking a plurality of stack tables with the top plate in a folded state, the stack tables are stacked in the stack table depth direction while shifting adjacent stack tables by at least the width of the legs in the stack table width direction. A so-called side stack table can be arranged.
For example, the lever can be configured to release the lock state of the lock mechanism by rotating the base end around the shaft and bringing the distal end side provided with the flat portion closer to the top plate side. The display indicating the operation method of the lever of the flat portion can be configured by, for example, an arrow, a picture, a character, a symbol, or the like indicating that the tip end side of the lever is close to the top plate side. Moreover, the user can understand the position of a lever and the operation method of a lever more easily by making a lever into a color different from the back surface of a top plate.
Here, as an example, the lever may have a plate shape, and the flat portion may be formed by bending the tip of the main body. The plate shape increases the surface area of the lever compared to, for example, a rod shape, makes the lever more noticeable, and the user can more easily understand the position of the lever and how to operate the lever. it can. Further, since the surface area of the lever is increased, it becomes easier to grip and the operability is improved.
Further, as an example, the lever is connected to the lock mechanism on the back side of the top plate so as to face the back surface of the top plate, and at least the side of the main body portion opposite to the surface facing the top plate. It is good also as a structure by which the several recessed part or convex part was provided in this surface. The lever may be provided on both sides of the top plate or may be provided on one side. The concave portion or the convex portion functions as an anti-slip, makes it easier for the lever to grip, and improves operability. The concave portion or the convex portion can be a circle, a polygon, a line shape, or the like. The lever may bend the main body. For example,
By bending the main body portion so as to swell in a direction away from the top plate, the gap between the lever and the top plate can be increased compared to the case where the lever is a flat surface. As a result, for example, it is difficult to place a hand between the lever and the top plate.
In addition, the stack table according to the present invention may further include a curtain plate provided on the back side of the top plate. Moreover, the structure which equips the lower part of a leg with a caster may be sufficient as the stack table which concerns on this invention. Moreover, the structure which equips the lower part of a leg with the adjuster which adjusts the height of a stack table may be sufficient as the stack table which concerns on this invention. Further, the stack table according to the present invention may be configured to include both a caster and an adjuster.
Here, the present invention can also be specified as a lever of the stack table described above. For example, the present invention is a stack table lever that can be changed between a use state and a folded state, wherein the stack table is in a horizontal state in the use state and is in a standing state in the folded state; Provided on both sides of the top side of the top plate, and a leg that supports the top plate, and is fixed to the back side of the top plate, and is rotatable with the upper part of the leg so that the top plate is horizontal or standing. And a lock mechanism that maintains the top plate in a horizontal state or a standing state, and a lever that is connected to the lock mechanism and changes the stack table to the use state or the folded state. The lever is a flat portion in which a base end of a main body is rotatably connected to the lock mechanism, and a display indicating an operation method of the lever is attached to a front end of the main body, and the stack table is folded. A lever with a flattened portion that points upwards in the state.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the technique regarding the stack table which can be made into a use state or a folding state more easily than before can be provided.
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, embodiment described below is the illustration for implementing this invention, and this invention is not limited to the aspect demonstrated below.
<概要>
<Embodiment>
<Overview>
The side stack table 1 according to the embodiment can be changed between a use state as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5 and a folded state as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 6. Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the side stack table 1 according to the embodiment can be stacked in the horizontal direction in the folded state. By operating the
<構成>
<Configuration>
The side stack table 1 according to the embodiment includes a
The
The
The
As shown in FIGS. 5, 6, 9 to 11, etc., the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 and the like, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 13 to 19 and the like, the lift-up
Two
The lift-up
The
In addition, an
<動作>
<Operation>
Next, operation | movement of the side stack table 1 which concerns on embodiment is demonstrated with a usage method. The side stack table 1 according to the embodiment is used with the
The change from the use state to the folded state and the change from the folded state to the use state are performed by operating the
As shown in the lower right diagram of FIG. 12, when the
The lift-up
The change from the released state to the fixed state and the change from the fixed state to the released state are performed by operating the lift-up
