Description

The present invention relates to a tent sheet. Specifically, it relates to a tent sheet that covers the shaft from above.

Conventionally, when concrete is placed in the rain, cement components on the concrete surface are washed away by rain, and the quality of the concrete deteriorates. Therefore, conventionally, a tent sheet that covers a concrete placement site has been proposed (see Patent Document 1).

The tent sheet includes four umbrella frame members, an opening / closing mechanism that is connected to the umbrella frame members to open and close the umbrella frame members, and a waterproof sheet that covers the entire umbrella frame members.
The tent sheet is lifted by a crane and placed on the concrete placement site, the opening / closing device is driven to open the waterproof sheet, and the concrete placement site is covered. Thereby, even when it is raining, it can prevent that the quality of concrete falls.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-266578

However, the tent sheet described above has a problem in that it requires a large opening / closing mechanism, and thus the production cost of the tent sheet is high. In addition, in the concrete placement site, there is a problem that the concrete is scattered and adheres to the opening / closing mechanism, making it difficult to use the opening / closing mechanism repeatedly.

An object of the present invention is to provide a tent sheet that is easy to manufacture and can be used repeatedly.

The tent sheet (for example, a tent sheet 10 described later) according to claim 1 is a tent sheet that covers a shaft (for example, a shaft 1 described later) from above, and has a substantially conical flexibility that is waterproof. A sheet member (for example, a later-described sheet member 20), an annular suspension member (for example, a later-described suspension member 30) provided on the top of the sheet member, and the sheet provided on the back surface of the sheet member And a reinforcing belt (for example, a reinforcing belt 40 described later) extending radially from the top of the member toward the outer edge.

According to this invention, since the tent sheet is configured using the flexible sheet member, the top of the tent sheet is supported by being suspended from the inner wall surface of the shaft, and the outer edge of the tent sheet is provided around the construction site. By fixing, the tent sheet can be expanded and fixed. This eliminates the need for a conventional opening / closing device for opening and closing the seat, and thus has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and can be used repeatedly.
Moreover, a tent sheet | seat can be easily conveyed to a construction location by hooking the hook of a crane on a suspension member and suspending it in the inside of a vertical shaft.
Further, since the sheet member is lined with the reinforcing belt, the durability of the sheet member can be improved.

The tent sheet according to claim 2, wherein the sheet member is fan-shaped in a deployed state, and the sheet member has a joining member (for example, described later) that joins the strings of the fan-shaped sheet member to each other. Hook fasteners 24A, 24B) are provided.

Examples of the joining member include a hook-and-loop fastener and a string.
According to the present invention, the cloth-like member is processed into a fan-shaped sheet member to form a sheet member, and the sheet member can be formed simply by bonding the strings of the fan-shaped sheet member with the bonding member. Easy to manufacture.

In the tent sheet according to claim 3, at least two string-like members (for example, a string-like member 50 described later) are attached to the top of the sheet member, and the outer edge of the sheet member is spaced at predetermined intervals. A second string-like member (for example, a second string-like member 62 described later) is attached to the first and second strings.

According to this invention, since the string-like member is attached to the top of the sheet member, the top of the tent sheet can be easily suspended and supported using this string-like member.
Moreover, since the 2nd string-like member was attached to the outer edge of the sheet member at predetermined intervals, the outer end of the tent sheet can be easily fixed using these second string-like members.

In the tent sheet according to claim 4, rising reinforcing bars (for example, rising reinforcing bars 4 described later) are double-arranged along the inner wall surface (for example, inner wall surface 2 described later) in the vertical shaft, Between the inner reinforcing bar (for example, inner reinforcing bar 5 described later) and the outer reinforcing bar (for example, outer reinforcing bar 6 described later), a water stop plate (for example, water stop plate 7 described later) is driven. The second string-like member is fixed to a reinforcing bar outside the rising reinforcing bar.

According to the present invention, since the second string-like member is fixed to the outer reinforcing bar of the rising reinforcing bar, the tent sheet extends to the vicinity of the outer reinforcing bar to cover the inner reinforcing bar. Since a water stop plate is driven between the inner rebar and the outer rebar, rainwater on the tent sheet falls from the outer edge of the tent sheet and flows to the outside of the water stop plate. The inside of the board can be prevented from being flooded.

According to the present invention, since the tent sheet is configured by using the flexible sheet member, the top of the tent sheet is supported by being suspended from the inner wall surface of the shaft, and the outer edge of the tent sheet is provided around the construction site.
