Conventionally, various snow fences have been used, but as shown in the present invention, there is no one using a link member having a member that can be bent and rotated.

3164339Utility model 3164339

In Patent Document 1, there are the following problems.
1. There are a large number of pillar parts, and there are many welding points, resulting in high costs.
2. The shape is complicated, the dimensional variation is large, and the quality is difficult to stabilize.
3. Due to the large variation in dimensions, the snowboard does not move smoothly, and it is easy for the snowboard to come off the pillar, making maintenance difficult.
4). Due to large dimensional variations and complex shapes, the application range to road curves and slopes is narrow.
And as a further improvement plan, patent document 2 was filed. This solved the above problem, but the following problems remained.
1. Since the plate structure of the guide plate part is a set of four, the amount of protrusion from the pillar is large, so there is a high possibility that the building limit will be exceeded, and the construction site is limited.
2. Due to the structure, the snow-proof plate protrudes toward the road side, which makes it difficult to ensure safety for traveling vehicles and passers-by.
3. Structurally, it is necessary to cut out the H steel, so a reinforcing member is required to prevent strength reduction.
In view of the above, the present invention has been developed to provide a new and useful means that enables the above-mentioned problems to be solved by allowing a part of a snow protection plate to be bent.

According to the present invention, the direction of the post-guide plate is selected with respect to the pre-guide plate, and when the snow plate is used, the directions of the two guide plates coincide to exhibit a predetermined snow protection function. Sometimes the directions of the two guide plates do not match, that is, the post-guide plate hangs down with respect to the pre-guide plate, so that the amount of protrusion of the member to the road side when folding the snow plate can be reduced. It is possible to obtain a useful snow fence that can be installed on narrow roads and the danger to sidewalk pedestrians when the snow board is folded. That is, it has the following characteristics.
1. The number of protrusions is reduced by using three sets of guide plate parts, two sets of one sheet, and the possibility of exceeding the building limit is reduced.
2. Since the protrusion of the snow protection board was changed from the road side to the windward side, safety was improved.
3. Since the H steel does not require a notch, a reinforcing member is not necessary.
4). If the main pillar of the existing snow fence is vertical, it can be easily modified to a high-performance snow blow fence with a guide plate.

A part of the lower end of the front guide plate is cut out, and a bifurcated guide plate holding portion 11 is provided here, and an upper portion of the rear guide plate is pivotally supported at the bifurcated portion. A substantially L-shaped hook plate 12 is protruded and fixed to the lower end of the guided plate.
The suspension link member is configured as described above and is provided with a pair, and a plurality of porous snowproof plates 20 are attached between the suspension link members. The pair of front guide plates, the rear guide plates, and the snow prevention plates located between the guide plates constitute a wind and snow far overflow guiding portion, and the lower plate (2a) of the lower link member 2 and the pair of lower plates. The creeping part is made up of snowboards in between.

Reference numeral 21 denotes a snow-proof plate side plate. In the figure, a plate that is inclined upward to the right and a plate that is inclined downward to the right are pivotally supported at both ends so that a plurality of plates are connected vertically and through the snow-proof plate. A pair is provided on the left and right. Further, a shaft 22 projects inwardly at the center of the snow-proof side plate, and an annular groove is provided on the outer periphery of the uppermost shaft. Reference numeral 23 denotes a lowering guide plate made of a rod-shaped steel material located above the snow plate, and has a purpose of preventing damage caused by the contact of the link member with the snow plate. Reference numeral 24 denotes a connection wire. The projecting piece 5 is formed with an annular groove (not shown), and the upper shaft 22 and the projecting piece 5 are gently connected to each other by the connecting wire using the annular groove. Reference numeral 25 denotes a tension wire, one end of which is connected to the shaft 10.
FIG. 7 is a front view showing a state in which the snow protection plate is spread according to the present invention, and 30 shows an upright support column. This support column is an H-shaped steel material, and the same object is provided on both sides. This steel material has a concave portion on its side surface, and the shaft 22 of the snow plate is positioned in the concave portion, and serves as a guide for the vertical movement of the snow plate.

Next, functions of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 3 shows an initial state, and FIG. 5 shows the change movement. Each snow guard is folded and positioned below the column, and the suspension link member is located above the snow guard. The front guide plate and the upper link plate begin to be pulled upward by pulling the pull wire. Since the lower link member can be rotated with respect to the upper link plate, the lower side of the lower link member slides downward in contact with the lower surface of the front plate. Eventually, the rear plate is brought into contact with the lower surface of the guiding plate to push up the rear plate, the directions of the two guiding plates coincide with each other, and the end portions of each other come into contact with each other (FIG. 5b). When the wire is further pulled up, the hook plate 12 engages with the engagement shaft 3 (FIG. 5c), and the lower link member changes the angle with respect to both guide plates by this engagement. At this time, the slide shaft in the long hole slides. Eventually, the angles of the upper link plate and the lower link member with respect to both guide plates are fixed, become substantially triangular when viewed from the side, and further move upward. (FIG. 5e) Since the lower link member is wire-connected to the uppermost snow-protection plate shaft, the folded snow-prevention plate eventually rises upward, and as shown in FIG. Expanded up and down. The lower part formed by the developed pair of suspended link members and the snow-proofing plate between them exhibits a function as a creeping part.

In order to maintain the unfolded state of the snow protection plate, means for preventing the natural fall of the snow protection plate is necessary, which will be described. A winch is used for winding the wire, and this winch is set manually or electrically only when the wire is raised or lowered.
As shown in FIG. 4, a pulley 31 is pivotally supported on the upper edge of the column, and the tension wire is lifted and lowered by a winch set below the pulley through this pulley, and after use, the winch is removed, The wire end is fixed to the column and the like by appropriate means.
A rotation type holding plate 32 is used to prevent the snow plate from falling due to its own weight. As shown in the figure, this rotary holding plate has a projecting piece portion 33, a curved hook portion 34, an arc-shaped portion 35, and a cut-out portion 36, and is freely rotatable by a shaft 38 on an attachment plate 37 fixed to the column. Is pivotally supported.
The projecting piece 5 of the suspended link member that has been raised by the wire first hits the arc-shaped portion, but when it further rises, the rotating holding plate is rotated counterclockwise along the arc-shaped portion, and then the projecting piece. Therefore, when the ascent is stopped, the rotary holding plate is brought into the initial state position by its own weight, and the projecting piece is located in the curved hook portion, and the lowering of each portion is prevented. When the snow protection plate descends, if it is further raised once, the projecting piece 5 hits the projecting piece portion 33 and pushes it up, so that the rotation type holding plate rotates clockwise and eventually comes off from this projecting piece portion. The holding plate returns to the initial position, and when it is lowered, the holding plate is rotated counterclockwise again to unlock the snow plate and can be lowered. The cut portion 36 is for setting the initial position angle of the holding plate.

As described above, the present invention has been described. However, as described above, since the bent link member method is not conventionally used, when the snow protection plate is folded, the protrusion of the member to the road side is unavoidable. In addition, although it was difficult to install on narrow roads, this was solved by the present invention. The suspended link member and the snow-prevention plate described above are in the shape of a side view, the upper part is the guide plate side, the lower part is the flipped part, and the upper guide plate side is the side view compared to the lower flipped part. This is because the angle and the dimension were determined by experiments, which caused the problems described above, but the solution was made in the present invention. This snow fence is a kind of blowing fence, and has the effect of improving the winter visibility of the vehicle driver. In FIG. 6, the right side is the windward side and the left side is the road side.
In addition, although the example of using a winch has been shown as a wire winding means in the examples, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, without using a winch, a suitable wire movement control mechanism such as a ratchet mechanism is used to pull up the wire manually. Then, the wire may be locked to a post or other portion by appropriate means.
In the example, the lower link member is formed by joining elongated plates, but may be provided as a single plate. The example of description is an example of implementation and it can be set as another structure of approximation.
As described above, the snow fence useful according to the present invention can be obtained.
