Description

The present invention relates to a water shielding body installation structure and a water shielding body installation method for preventing water from entering through an opening of a building due to guerrilla heavy rain or the like.

In recent years, record guerrilla heavy rains have occurred frequently for a short time in various places due to abnormal weather caused by global warming. As is well known, roads have been paved in urban areas, and rainwater that has rained almost flows into the river from the sewerage facility without penetrating the ground. Rainwater erupts from the ground, causing underfloor inundation and underfloor inundation, which has become a social problem.

In the past, during floods such as river floods, sandbags were piled up at the entrance of the building to create a water-blocking wall to prevent water from entering the building. It takes a lot of time and effort, and it is bulky, so it is difficult to secure a storage place. Moreover, as mentioned above, recent flood damage often occurs within a short period of time, and if it takes time to stack sandbags from the storage location to the entrance of the building, it will take time for the building to build a water-impervious wall. It is not uncommon for water to become flooded.

In view of such circumstances, a foldable cylindrical waterproof bag body is placed between the seawall and the seawall, and a support tool is installed on the opposite side (land side) from the tsunami and storm surge entry side. However, it is also proposed to prevent flood damage with something other than sandbags, such as waterproofing tools that support the waterproof bag body to prevent floating and outflow, and prevent seawater from entering between the seawalls. (Patent Document 1).

Since the waterproof tool of the above-mentioned patent document 1 can be installed by supporting the waterproof bag body with the support tool and supplying water to the inside of the waterproof bag body, the sandbag is taken out from the storage place as in the conventional case. It was freed from the labor and time of stacking, and the waterproof bag could be folded, so it was easy to secure a storage location.

However, the waterproof device of Patent Document 1 is provided with a waterproof bag body and a support device on the side opposite to the approach side such as a tsunami and storm surge, that is, on the land side of the seawall, so that the tsunami and storm surge are pushed against the water. When it collides with the equipment, the waterproof bag body is driven toward the support device arranged in the rear, creating a gap between the seawall and the waterproof bag body, and there is a problem that seawater enters from there. there were. In particular, since the waterproof bag body is deformed into a spherical shape when water is injected, the gap between the lower end of the waterproof bag body and the lower end of the tide bank is the largest, and a considerable amount of seawater enters the tide bank from the gap. I will enter. At seawalls, the entry of some seawater is not a problem, but it is a problem that cannot be ignored in the case of buildings.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the problem to be solved is to easily secure a storage place and reliably prevent water from entering the building by a short simple operation. An object is to provide a water shielding body installation structure and a water shielding body installation method.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the water shielding body installation structure according to the present invention is a water shielding body installation that prevents water from entering a building having a bottom and a pair of rising parts by a bag-shaped water shielding body filled with water. It is a structure, and the water-impervious body is installed so as to straddle between the pair of rising parts along the bottom of the water entrance side of the opening, and the water-impermeable body is closely attached to the lower ends of the pair of rising parts. Means, and fixing means for fixing the contact means in the vicinity of the opening.

In the water shielding body installation structure of the present invention, the side surface shape of the water shielding body is a substantially right triangle, and the two surfaces forming the right angle of the substantially right triangle are installed so as to face the rising part and the bottom part, respectively, It is preferable that the means can apply a force toward the lower end of the rising portion to the slope of the water shield. Further, it is preferable that the close contact means is provided by attaching a sheet body that covers the slope to the slope of the water-impervious body, and pulling both ends of the sheet body toward the lower ends of the pair of rising parts. A net-like one, and as the fixing means, a latch that locks the sheet body on any one or more of a water shielding body installation surface, a rising part, and an outer wall surface of a building near the opening. It is more preferable that the portion is provided.

Next, the impermeable body installation method of the present invention is a impermeable body installation method for preventing water intrusion into an opening of a building having a bottom and a pair of rising parts with a bag-shaped impermeable body filled with water, Whether the water shielding body is installed so as to straddle between the pair of rising portions along the bottom of the opening on the water entrance side, and close contact means is provided to closely contact the water shielding body with the lower ends of the pair of rising portions. Alternatively, the first step of installing the water shielding body in which the close contact means is disposed so as to straddle between the pair of rising portions along the bottom of the water entrance side of the opening, and the close contact means by the fixing means. It has the 2nd process fixed to the vicinity of an opening part, and the 3rd process of filling water inside a water shield.

In the water shielding body installation structure of the present invention, when the water shielding body is filled with water, the water shielding body comes into close contact with the bottom of the opening without any gap due to its own weight. In addition, in order to secure the storage location and facilitate the installation work, the water shield is a flexible bag that can be folded. Attempts to deform spherically due to water pressure or gravity due to water in the water body, and in particular, a gap is formed between the rising portion and the water shielding body. Because it is in close contact with the lower ends of the pair of rising portions, there is no gap between the water shield and the opening even in the vicinity of the lower ends of the bottom and the rising portions, and there is no inundation from there. Furthermore, since the water shielding body is pressed against the lower end of the rising portion by the close contact means, the entire water shielding body is pulled toward the rising portion so that the water shielding body and the opening are located above the lower end of the rising portion. There is no gap and the water is blocked. Therefore, the water from the bottom of the opening to the predetermined height of the rising portion (height of the water shielding body) is surely blocked, so that water intrusion into the opening of the building can be reliably prevented. Moreover, since the water shielding body is in the form of a bag, the water shielding body itself is lightweight and flexible, and if it is not filled with water, it is easy to carry and store, and can be installed in a short time.

In addition, the side shape of the water shielding body is a substantially right triangle, and two surfaces forming a right angle of the substantially right triangle are disposed so as to face the rising part and the bottom part, respectively, and the contact means is disposed on the slope of the water shielding body. The water shield installation structure, which can apply a force toward the lower end of the rising part, rises vertically and horizontally with respect to the slope of the water shield when the water level to be submerged rises from the opening. Since force (water pressure due to submergence) is applied, the water shielding body is pressed against the bottom and the rising portion, and can be more reliably insulated.

Further, the water shielding body installation structure in which the contact means attaches a sheet body covering the slope to the slope of the water shielding body, and pulls both ends of the sheet body toward the lower ends of the pair of rising parts. By pulling both ends toward the lower end of the pair of rising parts, it is possible to reliably apply vertical and horizontal forces to the slope of the water shielding body, increasing the degree of adhesion and improving the water shielding performance. .

In particular, the sheet body has a net-like shape, and the fixing means includes the sheet body on any one or more of a water shielding body installation surface, a rising portion, and an outer wall surface of a building in the vicinity of the opening. If the sheet body is net-like, such as a water-blocking body installation structure with a locking part that locks it, the pulling force is strong toward the lower end of the rising part, so it is sufficient against the slope Vertical and horizontal forces can be applied, and the locking portion provided on any one or more of the water shielding body installation surface, the rising portion, and the outer wall surface of the building in the vicinity of the opening Locking is also preferable because it can be easily performed.

A water shielding body installation structure that exhibits the above-mentioned excellent effects in a short simple operation by the second process of fixing in the vicinity of the opening and the third process of filling the water inside the water shielding body. Can be built.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

The water shield installation structure of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 prevents water intrusion into the opening 3 of the building B having the bottom 1 and the pair of rising parts 2 and 2 with a bag-like water shield 4 filled with water. It has been developed so that it can be constructed with a simple operation in a short time, and can reliably prevent water from entering the building B. The opening 3 of the building B that implements this water shield installation structure is not particularly limited as long as it has the bottom 1 and the pair of rising parts 2 and 2. For example, the entrance door of the private house, the gate pillar, the apartment There are no doors, etc. in the opening 3 such as the entrance, the entrance of the store, and the opening 3 such as the entrance of the staircase, the base and the basement (underground shopping area, parking lot, bicycle parking lot, etc.) In some cases, it can be constructed and is preferably constructed in a relatively small opening 3.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the water shield 4 is installed so as to straddle between the pair of rising portions 2, 2 along the bottom 1 on the outdoor side (water entry side) of the opening 3. The water shield 4 is in close contact with the lower ends of the pair of rising portions 2, 2 by the close contact means 5. The contact means 5 is fixed in the vicinity of the opening 3 of the building B by the fixing means 6. Needless to say, this water shield 4 is meaningless unless it is installed so as to cover from the inner surface of at least one rising portion 2 to the inner surface of the other rising portion 2. A pair of rising portions 2 that can cover the entire area from the outer surface of one rising portion 2 to the outer surface of the other rising portion 2 in order to increase the contact area between 4 and the rising portion 2 to further improve the water shielding performance. , 2 is installed that is slightly longer than the distance between the two.
The rising portion 2 is not particularly limited in shape, such as a column (round column or prism) standing on the opening edge of the opening 3 and an end of a ridge (planar) forming the opening 3. is not.

As shown in FIG. 3, the water shield 4 is composed of a bottom surface 4a, a rising surface 4b, and an inclined surface 4c, and a side surface shape having a depression angle of about 90 ° between the bottom surface 4a and the rising surface 4b is a substantially right triangle. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, two surfaces forming a right angle of a substantially right triangle, that is, the bottom surface 4a and the rising surface 4b face (contact) the bottom portion 1 and the rising portion 2 of the building B, respectively. It is installed as follows. Thus, when the side surface shape of the water shield 4 is a substantially right triangle, when the rainfall increases and the water level rises, the vertical direction (direction toward the installation surface) and the horizontal direction (in the opening 3) with respect to the slope 4c. Therefore, the bottom surface 4a and the rising surface 4b of the water-impervious body 4 are pressed against the bottom 1 and the rising portion 2 of the building B so that the water can be reliably blocked.

The waterproofing body 4 of the present embodiment uses a waterproof sheet impregnated with a vinyl chloride resin on a polyester woven fabric that is lightweight and foldable so that it is easy to carry and store. In addition, a woven fabric of synthetic fiber yarn or natural fiber yarn coated with polyolefin resin, polyurethane resin, natural rubber or the like can be used. As shown in FIG. 3, the water shield 4 is provided with a water inlet 4d for filling with water, and water can be easily injected from the water inlet 4d by using water or the like. 4 is filled with water. At this time, in order to more smoothly fill the water, it is preferable to provide a vent hole (not shown) in the upper portion of the water shield 4 separately. Even if excessive water pressure is applied inside the water shield 4, the water shield 4 It is also preferable to provide a pressure adjustment valve (not shown) so as not to break.

As described above, when the side surface of the water shield 4 is a substantially right triangle, when the water level rises, the bottom surface 4a and the rising surface 4b of the water shield 4 are formed on the bottom 1 and the rising portion 2 of the building B. Although it is preferable because it is pressed and comes into close contact, it is not limited to a right triangle shape as long as it comes into close contact from the bottom portion 1 along the rising portion 2, and may be in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, for example.
Moreover, although the dimension of the water-blocking body 4 changes according to the magnitude | size of the opening part 3 of the building B to be installed, and the water level which wants to water-block, normally, the length L is about 2 m and the rising part 2 Those having a height H of about 50 to 60 cm are preferably used.

As described above, the water shielding body 4 that shields the opening 3 of the building B is light in weight, easy to carry and install, and can be folded. Since it is made of a flexible material, in other words, when it is filled with water from the water injection port 4d, as shown in FIG. 4b is deformed to be rounded, and a gap S is formed between the lower end portion of the water shield 4 and the lower end portion of the rising portion 2, and there is a possibility that the water will be submerged from the gap S. Further, a gap S is also formed between the rising portion 2 and the upper end portion of the water shielding body 4, and the water level can be blocked until the water level reaches the height H of the water shielding body 4. Even if the water level does not reach the height H of the water body 4, the gap S is formed between the rising portion 2 and the upper end portion of the water shielding body 4, so that there is a possibility that the water shielding body 4 may be submerged. Therefore, the water shielding body installation structure of the present invention prevents the gap S from being formed between the water shielding body 4 and the rising portion 2 by the contact means 5 described below.

That is, the close contact means 5 for bringing the water shield 4 into close contact with the lower ends of the pair of rising portions 2 and 2 is a sheet body 5 attached so as to cover the inclined surface 4c of the water shield 4 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, by fixing both ends of the sheet body 5 to the water shielding body installation surface in the vicinity of the opening 3, the lower end portion P of the rising portion 2 is formed on the inclined surface 4 c of the water shielding body 4. The power toward the direction is added. When a force directed toward the lower end portion P of the rising portion 2 is applied to the inclined surface 4c of the water shielding body 4 in this way, the water shielding body 4 that is about to be rounded again returns to the original substantially right triangle shape, and the gap S is formed. As a result, the entire water shield 4 is pulled toward the rising portion 2 and is firmly adhered to the upper side of the lower end portion P of the rising portion 2, so that there is no inconvenience that the water impinges from there.

The sheet body 5 of the present embodiment is a stretchable net, and as a fixing means 6 for fixing the sheet body 5 to the water shielding body installation surface in the vicinity of the opening 3, on the water shielding body installation surface in the vicinity of the opening 3. A locking portion 6 for locking the sheet body 5 is provided. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 6, the locking portion 6 that locks the sheet body 5 is a concrete anchor provided on the water shielding body installation surface on both sides of the opening 3. By locking the meshes at both ends of the sheet body 5 to the stoppers 6 and 6, the sheet body 5 is fixed to the water shielding body installation surface in the vicinity of the opening 3 and both ends of the sheet body 5 are paired up. By pulling toward the lower end portion P of the portions 2 and 2, a force directed toward the lower end portion P of the rising portion 2 is applied to the inclined surface 4 c of the water shield 4. The locking portion 6 is provided on the rising portion 2 side from the front end (front end of the bottom surface 4a) of the water shielding body 4 so that a force directed toward the lower end portion P of the rising portion 2 is applied to the inclined surface 4c of the water shielding body 4. In this embodiment, it is provided in the indoor side rather than the front surface of the rising part 2 so that stronger force may be applied to the lower end part P of the rising part 2. Then, the mesh of the sheet body 5 located at the top of the water shield 4 (the top of the slope 4c) and the mesh of the sheet 5 located at the front end of the water shield 4 (the front end of the slope 4c) are latched to the latching portion 6. Thus, a strong force is applied to the lower end portion P of the rising portion 2.

Thus, when a net is used as the sheet body 5, it can be locked to the locking portion 6 without using a separate rope or the like. 6 is preferable because it can apply a pulling force toward the lower end portion P of the rising portion 2, but of course, both ends of the sheet body 5 are separately pulled toward the locking portion 6 with a rope or the like. Thus, a force directed toward the lower end portion P of the rising portion 2 may be applied to the inclined surface 4c of the water shield 4. Further, the sheet body 5 may be fixed at all locations covering the inclined surface 4c of the water shield 4 or may be fixed only at several locations in the width direction.

As described above, the locking portion 6 of the present embodiment is provided on the water shielding body installation surface near the opening 3, but faces the lower end portion P of the rising portion 2 on the inclined surface 4 c of the water shielding body 4. It is not limited to this as long as a force can be applied, and in addition to this, an engaging portion 6 such as a hook may be provided on the rising portion 2 or the outer wall surface of the building B.
In addition, it is not always necessary to cover the entire slope 4c of the water shield 4 with the sheet body 5, and the narrow sheet body 5 may be used. Furthermore, instead of a net, a sheet body 5 such as a plate body or a rope (band) may be attached to the inclined surface 4c of the water shielding body 4. When a rope is used, a cylindrical rope is passed through the inclined surface 4c of the inclined surface 4c. It is preferable to provide a hole.

Next, the water shielding body installation method of the present invention for constructing the above-described water shielding body installation structure will be described.

That is, the above-described water shielding body installation structure is constructed by the first to third steps. First, in the first step, the bag-shaped impermeable body 4 as described above is taken out of the storage place, and along the bottom portion 1 on the outdoor side of the opening 3 of the building B, the pair of rising portions 2, 2 The contact means 5 (sheet body 5) is disposed so as to straddle between the two and the water shield 4 is brought into close contact with the lower ends P of the pair of rising portions 2 and 2. Of course, the water shielding body 4 in which the contact means 5 is arranged in advance may be installed so as to straddle between the pair of rising portions 2 and 2 along the bottom portion 1 on the outdoor side of the opening 3 as described above. Since the water shielding body 4 and the contact means 5 are lightweight, carrying and setting work are very easy, and even an elderly person, a woman, or a child can perform it without problems in a short time.

When the first step is completed, next, a second step of fixing the contact means 5 to the fixing means 6 (locking portion 6) provided in the vicinity of the opening 3 is performed. Also in this case, since the net-like sheet body 5 is used as the contact means 5, the contact means 5 can be easily fixed in the vicinity of the opening 3 by using the mesh without using a separate rope or the like. be able to.

As described above, when the second step is completed, the third step of finally pouring water from the water inlet 4d of the water shield 4 using water or the like and filling the inside of the water shield 4 with water is performed. For example, the water shielding body installation structure that exhibits the above-described excellent operational effects is completed.

As is clear from the above description, the water shield installation structure of the present invention can be easily constructed in a short time regardless of age or sex, and can therefore respond quickly to a heavy rain in a short time. In addition, the bottom 4a and the rising surface 4b of the water shield 4 are in close contact with the bottom 1 and the rising portion 2 of the opening 3 without any gaps S, although they can be constructed by such simple work. If the water level is up to the height H of the water body 4, there is almost no fear of flooding the building B.

FIG. 7 is a partial side view showing a water shield installation structure according to another embodiment of the present invention.

The impermeable body installation structure shown in FIG. 7 is similar to the above-described embodiment in that the water infiltrating the opening 3 of the building B having the bottom 1 and the pair of rising parts 2 and 2 is filled with water. The water-blocking body 4 is blocked by the water-blocking body 4 so as to straddle between the pair of rising portions 2 and 2 along the bottom 1 on the outdoor side of the opening 3. Reinforcing portions 7 are formed at locations that contact the pair of rising portions 2 and 2 (rising surface 4b), and locations that contact the bottom portion 1 (bottom surface 4a), and between the reinforcing portion 7 and the rising portion 2, and A water stop member 8 is provided between the reinforcing portion 7 and the bottom portion 1.

The impermeable body 4 used in this impermeable body installation structure is a bag-like shape whose side surface shape is a substantially right triangle, as in the above-described embodiment, and the bottom surface 4a and the rising surface 4b of the impermeable body 4 are substantially L A mold reinforcement 7 is formed.

The reinforcing portion 7 is formed in order to prevent the inclined surface 4c and the rising surface 4b from being deformed due to water pressure or gravity due to water in the impermeable body 4 when the impermeable body 4 is filled with water. A resin, hard plastic, metal, or the like that is less flexible than the water shield 4 is integrated with the water shield 4 by welding or fusion. If the reinforcing part 7 is formed at least at the contact portion of the rising surface 4b of the water shield 4 with the rising part 2, the water blocking performance can be exhibited, but the shape of the water shield 4 is more reliably maintained in a substantially right triangle. Therefore, the reinforcing portion 7 is also formed on the entire rising surface 4b and the bottom surface 4a of the water shield 4.
In addition, it is good also as the reinforcement part 7 by thickening the thickness of the bottom face 4a and the standing surface 4b of the water shielding body 4. FIG.

A water stop member 8 is provided on the outer surface of the reinforcing portion 7 (location where the bottom portion 1 and the rising portion 2 abut). The water stop member 8 is a flexible rubber or an independent foamed resin molded body, and by providing the water stop member 8, a slight gap (unevenness) between the bottom portion 1 and the rising portion 2 is also closed. The water shielding performance is further improved.
The water blocking member 8 may be integrated with the water shielding body 4 so as to cover the reinforcing portion 7.

As with the above-described embodiment, the water shielding body installation structure as described above is also easy to secure a storage location and reliably prevents water from entering through the opening 3 of the building B by a simple operation in a short time. It is an excellent one.

FIG. 8 is a partial side view showing a water shield installation structure according to still another embodiment of the present invention.

8, the lower end of the rising surface 4b of the water shield 4 is pulled by the close contact means 5 such as a rope from the outdoor side toward the indoor side. Is pressed against the rising portion 2, and the water shield 4 is brought into close contact with the lower end portion P of the rising portion 2.
Although not shown here, the contact means 5 is fixed in the vicinity of the opening 3 by a fixing means 6.

Thus, even if the lower end of the rising surface 4b of the water shielding body 4 is pulled from the outdoor side toward the indoor side without attaching the sheet body 5 to the inclined surface 4c, a force is applied toward the lower end portion P of the rising portion 2. Can be added. Of course, the upper side of the lower surface 4b of the water shield 4 is in close contact with the rising part 2 due to water pressure (both water pressure due to water in the water shield 4 and water pressure due to water immersion) and gravity. There is no.
Even when the lower end of the rising surface 4b of the water shield 4 is brought into close contact with the lower end P of the rising portion 2 by the adhering means 5 such as a rope as in this embodiment, the sheet body 5 is attached to the inclined surface 4c. Needless to say, it may be attached.

FIG. 9 shows a water shielding body installation structure according to still another embodiment of the present invention, wherein (a) is a plan view, (b) is a front view, and (c) is a front view of still another embodiment. It is.

Unlike the above-described water shielding body installation structure shown in FIGS. 1 to 8, the water shielding body installation structure of the present embodiment is a form in the case where there is no automatic door or the like in the opening 3. Since the water shield 4 has a substantially right triangle shape as described above, when water pressure is applied to the water shield 4 due to water immersion, a moment in the rotation direction acts and the water shield 4 comes into contact with the opening 3 ( If there is no door or the like, deformation that falls to the opening 3 side occurs. Thus, when there is no door etc. in the opening part 3, it can respond by providing the reinforcing material 9 between a pair of standing parts 2 and 2 like this embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 9A, the reinforcing member 9 includes substantially L-shaped metal fittings 9a and 9a attached to a pair of rising portions 2 and 2, and a plate body 9b installed between the metal fittings 9a and 9a. By providing this reinforcing material 9 between the pair of rising portions 2 and 2, even if a water pressure is applied to the impermeable body 4 due to water immersion and a moment in the rotational direction acts, the reinforcing material 9 acts on the impermeable body 4. The water shield 4 is prevented from being deformed.
The metal fitting 9a of the reinforcing member 9 is not limited to a substantially L shape as long as it can be attached to the rising portion 2, and may be, for example, a substantially U-shaped metal fitting 9a. Further, instead of the plate body 9b for receiving the water shielding body 4, as shown in FIG. 9C, a plurality of pipes 9c (three in this embodiment) may be used.
