PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label roll in which a label tape can be easily wound around a winding core, and all labels of the label tape can be stuck to products without waste, and which can prevent foreign matter from being stuck to a product together with a label.SOLUTION: A label roll 1 includes: a label tape 2 having a peeling base sheet 11 formed in a belt-like shape, and a plurality of labels 12 temporarily stuck on a surface 11a of the peeling base sheet 11; a winding core 3 around which the label tape 2 is wound; and a holding member 4 provided between an end part in a longitudinal direction of the peeling base sheet 11 and the winding core 3 for holding the label tape 2 on an outer peripheral surface 3a of the winding core 3.

Description

The present invention relates to a label roll.

Conventionally, there is a label roll in which a strip-shaped label tape in which a plurality of labels are temporarily attached to the surface of a strip-shaped release mount is wound around a cylindrical core. The label roll is used, for example, in a label applicator that sequentially applies labels to a plurality of various products.

Conventionally, when a label tape is wound around a core in a label roll, the end of the label tape in the longitudinal direction is fixed to the core with an adhesive tape. Since the peeling mount is processed so as to easily peel off the temporarily attached label, the adhesive tape is attached to a label (terminal label) temporarily attached to the end of the peeling mount, not the peeling mount.
Further, in Patent Document 1, by exposing a part of the adhesive layer of the end label temporarily attached to the end of the release mount on the back side of the release mount, the end label is attached to the core, A technique for fixing the end of the label tape to the winding core is disclosed.

However, when fixing the end of the label tape to the core with the adhesive tape, when the label tape is unwound from the core, the adhesive tape may remain attached to the label (terminal label) and the label may be separated from the core. There is. In this case, the adhesive tape is affixed to the product together with the label as a foreign substance, and the product is handled as a defective product, which is not preferable.

On the other hand, in the configuration of Patent Document 1, since the label (terminal label) is attached to the core, the label is exposed to the outside before the label is attached to the product away from the core. Since foreign matter such as dust adheres to the layer, the adhesive strength of the label is reduced, and the label may be peeled off from the product. That is, the label may be wasted. Moreover, in the structure of patent document 1, there exists a possibility that a product may be handled as inferior goods because foreign materials, such as dust, interpose between a product and a label.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and allows all the labels on the label tape to be attached to the product without waste while allowing the label tape to be easily wound around the core, and the foreign matter is a label. And it aims at providing the label roll which can suppress sticking to a product.

In order to solve this problem, a label roll according to the present invention includes a stripping strip formed in a strip shape, a label tape having a plurality of labels temporarily attached to the surface of the stripping mount, and a winding around which the label tape is wound. And a holding member that is provided between a core and a longitudinal end of the release mount and the core, and holds the label tape on the outer peripheral surface of the core.

According to the label roll having the above configuration, the end of the label tape in the longitudinal direction is held on the outer peripheral surface of the core by the holding member, so that the label tape can be easily wound around the core.
Moreover, according to the label roll of the said structure, since a holding member is provided between a core and a peeling mount, a label (especially the label temporarily attached to the edge part of a peeling mount) contacts a holding member. Can be prevented. Therefore, it can suppress that a label is damaged by contact with a holding member, or a part of holding member adheres to a label as a foreign material.

Furthermore, according to the label roll having the above configuration, the label can be temporarily attached to the release mount until the label is attached to the product away from the core, that is, the adhesive layer of the label is separated by the release mount. Since it can hold | maintain in the covered state, it can suppress that foreign materials, such as dust, intervene between a product and a label.
From the above, it is possible to suppress a product with a label attached from being handled as a defective product due to scratches or foreign matter on the label.

Moreover, according to the label roll of the said structure, since a label is not affixed on a core unlike the past, the adhesive force of a label may fall before a label leaves | separates from a core and is affixed on a product. Can be suppressed. Therefore, all labels on the label tape can be attached to the product without waste.

And in the said label roll, it is good to be a member fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the said core, and holding the said peeling mount on the said outer peripheral surface with a frictional force.
In other words, the holding member may be a member having a high coefficient of friction.

In the label roll configured as described above, when the label tape is wound around the core, the end of the release mount is placed on the holding member fixed to the core, and then the label tape can be wound around the core more than once. That's fine. In such a state where the label tape is wound, the middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the label tape overlaps with the end portion of the label tape, so that the end portion of the label tape is pressed against the holding member by the middle portion by the winding operation of the label tape. . As a result, a frictional force is generated between the holding member and the end of the release mount opposite to the winding direction of the label tape with respect to the core, and the end of the release mount is held on the outer peripheral surface of the core. can do.

And according to the label roll of the said structure, even if it repeats winding and unwinding of the label tape with respect to a core, there exists an effect that the force holding the edge part of a label tape by a holding member does not deteriorate easily. That is, the winding core with the holding member fixed can be used repeatedly many times, and as a result, the manufacturing cost of the label roll can be reduced.

Moreover, in the label roll, the holding member may be provided on only a part of the outer peripheral surface of the core in the circumferential direction.

According to the present invention, the label tape can be easily wound around the core, and all labels of the label tape can be attached to the product without waste, and the product with the label attached is handled as a defective product. This can be suppressed.

It is a perspective view which shows the label roll which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention. It is a perspective view which shows the core of the label roll of FIG. It is sectional drawing explaining the effect | action at the time of winding a label tape around the winding core of FIG.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1, the label roll 1 according to this embodiment includes a label tape 2, a winding core 3, and a holding member 4. The label tape 2 includes a peeling mount 11 formed in a strip shape, and a plurality of labels 12 temporarily attached to the surface 11 a of the peeling mount 11. Each label 12 is configured by forming an adhesive layer (not shown) on one surface of a base material (not shown) formed in a sheet shape.

The release mount 11 is configured by forming a release layer (not shown) capable of easily peeling the adhesive layer of the label 12 on a sheet-like base material (not shown) made of, for example, high-quality paper or glassine paper. Yes. Examples of the release layer include a silicone resin. The release layer may be formed at least on the surface 11a side of the release mount 11 on which the label 12 is temporarily attached, but may also be formed on the back surface 11b side, for example.
The plurality of labels 12 described above are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the peeling mount 11. In addition, the label 12 may be distribute | arranged to the edge part of the longitudinal direction of a peeling mount, for example, and does not need to be distribute | arranged.

巻芯3は、例えば紙管であってもよいし、例えばPP(ポリプロピレン)、PVC(ポリ塩化ビニル)、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)等の樹脂材料によって形成されてもよい。 As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the core 3 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The core 3 may be, for example, a paper tube, or may be formed of a resin material such as PP (polypropylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), or PET (polyethylene terephthalate). The axial dimension of the core 3 may be set equal to the width dimension of the release mount 11 as shown in FIG. 1, but may be set larger than the width dimension of the release mount 11, for example.

The holding member 4 is provided between the longitudinal end portion 11 </ b> E (see FIG. 3) of the release mount 11 and the core 3, and holds the label tape 2 on the outer peripheral surface 3 a of the core 3. . The holding member 4 of the present embodiment is fixed to the outer peripheral surface 3 a of the core 3. Further, the holding member 4 of the present embodiment is a member that holds the peeling mount 11 on the outer peripheral surface 3a of the core 3 by frictional force. In other words, the holding member 4 is a member having a high coefficient of friction that can generate a frictional force with the peeling mount 11.

Such a holding member 4 is preferably formed in a sheet shape, for example, and is adhered to the outer peripheral surface 3a of the core 3 with an adhesive or the like. Examples of the sheet-like holding member 4 include those having a large surface roughness of the surface 4a of the holding member 4 that is in contact with the release mount 11, and specifically, made of paper or resin that has been embossed. A film is mentioned. Examples of the material for the sheet-like holding member 4 include natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers.

Moreover, the holding member 4 may be formed by coating on the outer peripheral surface 3a of the core 3, for example. In this case, the holding member 4 is obtained by, for example, applying a material such as an adhesive to the outer peripheral surface 3a of the core 3 and then drying the material for a predetermined time.
Further, in the present embodiment, the holding member 4 described above is provided only on a part of the outer peripheral surface 3 a of the core 3 in the circumferential direction. Further, the holding member 4 is provided only in the intermediate region in the axial direction of the core 3 on the outer peripheral surface 3 a of the core 3, and is not provided in the end region in the axial direction of the core 3.

In the label roll 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above, when the label tape 2 is wound around the winding core 3, as shown in FIG. The label tape 2 may be wound around the core 3 one or more times after being placed on the holding member 4 fixed to the core. In the present embodiment, the end portion 11E of the release mount 11 is arranged on the holding member 4 so that the back surface 11b of the release mount 11 contacts the holding member 4.

In this state where the label tape 2 is wound, the middle portion 11H in the longitudinal direction of the label tape 2 (peeling mount 11) overlaps the end 11E of the label tape 2 (peeling mount 11). In operation, the end portion 11E of the label tape 2 is pressed against the surface 4a of the holding member 4 by the midway portion 11H. That is, a vertical load N that presses the end portion 11E of the label tape 2 against the holding member 4 is generated. As a result, a frictional force F in the direction opposite to the winding direction W of the label tape 2 with respect to the core 3 is generated between the holding member 4 and the end portion 11E of the release mount 11, and the end portion 11E of the release mount 11 is generated. Can be held on the outer peripheral surface 3 a of the core 3.

As described above, according to the label roll 1 of the present embodiment, since the end 11E of the label tape 2 is held on the outer peripheral surface 3a of the core 3 by the holding member 4, the label tape 2 can be easily wound. It can be wound around the core 3.
Further, according to the label roll 1 of the present embodiment, since the holding member 4 is provided between the core 3 and the release mount 11, the label 12 (particularly the label temporarily attached to the end portion 11E of the release mount 11). 12) can be prevented from contacting the holding member 4. Thereby, it can suppress that the label 12 is damaged by the contact with the holding member 4, or a part of the holding member 4 adheres to the label 12 as a foreign material.

Furthermore, according to the label roll 1 of the present embodiment, the label 12 can be temporarily attached to the peeling mount 11 until the label 12 is attached to the product (not shown) away from the core 3, That is, since the adhesive layer of the label 12 can be held in a state covered with the release mount 11, it is possible to suppress the presence of foreign matters such as dust between the product and the label 12.
From the above, it is possible to prevent the product with the label 12 from being handled as a defective product due to scratches or foreign matter on the label 12.

Moreover, according to the label roll 1 of this embodiment, since the label 12 is not affixed to the core 3 as in the prior art, the label 12 is not attached to the product after being separated from the core 3. It can also suppress that adhesive force falls. Therefore, all the labels 12 of the label tape 2 can be attached to the product without waste.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the back surface 11b of the end portion 11E of the peeling mount 11 is pressed against the holding member 4, the surface 11a of the peeling mount 11 to which the label 12 is temporarily attached does not contact the holding member 4. Thereby, even if the label 12 is temporarily attached to the surface 11 a at the end portion 11 </ b> E of the release mount 11, the label 12 is not damaged by the holding member 4. Therefore, more labels 12 can be temporarily attached to the same length of the release mount 11, and the release mount 11 can be used effectively.

Moreover, according to the label roll 1 of this embodiment, in order to hold the peeling mount 11 on the outer peripheral surface 3a of the core 3 by a frictional force, even if the winding and feeding of the label tape 2 around the core 3 are repeated, There is an effect that the force for holding the end portion 11E of the label tape 2 by the holding member 4 is hardly deteriorated. That is, the core 3 to which the holding member 4 is fixed can be used repeatedly many times, and as a result, the manufacturing cost of the label roll 1 can be reduced.

Furthermore, according to the label roll 1 of the present embodiment, the end 11E of the label tape 2 is attached to the outer periphery of the core 3 only by providing the holding member 4 only on a part of the outer peripheral surface 3a of the core 3. Since the effect to hold | maintain on the surface 3a is acquired, the usage-amount of the holding member 4 can be suppressed and the manufacturing cost of the label roll 1 can be suppressed low.
Moreover, the label roll 1 of this embodiment can also be comprised only by providing the holding member 4 in the outer peripheral surface 3a of the conventional winding core 3. FIG. Therefore, it becomes possible to manufacture the label roll 1 having the above effects at a low cost.

Furthermore, when the sheet-like holding member 4 is used, the holding member 4 only needs to be affixed to the outer peripheral surface 3a of the core 3, so that the holding member 4 is shorter than the case where the holding member 4 is formed by coating. The label roll 1 can be manufactured in time. That is, the manufacturing efficiency of the label roll 1 can be improved.

Although the details of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the back surface 11b of the end portion 11E of the peeling mount 11 is brought into contact with the holding member 4, but the surface 11a of the end portion 11E of the peeling mount 11 may be brought into contact with the holding member 4, for example. In this case, the label 12 may not be temporarily attached to the surface 11a of the end portion 11E of the peeling mount 11 so that the label 12 is not damaged by the holding member 4.
And if the holding member 4 is provided only in a part of the circumferential direction of the core 3 as in the above embodiment, the surface 11a of the end portion 11E of the peeling mount 11 that contacts the holding member 4 as described above. The area can be kept small. For this reason, even if the area | region of the surface 11a of the peeling mount 11 which temporarily adhere | attaches the label 12 is set large compared with the case where the holding member 4 is provided in the whole circumferential direction of the core 3, the label 12 is the holding member 4. Can be prevented from being hurt by.

The holding member 4 of the above embodiment is a member that holds the release mount 11 on the outer peripheral surface 3a of the core 3 by frictional force. For example, the release mount 11 is adhered to the outer peripheral surface by adhesive force, such as a double-sided tape. It may be a member held on 3a. When the holding member 4 is a double-sided tape, the adhesive force on the front surface side of the double-sided tape that contacts the release mount 11 is smaller than the adhesive force on the back surface side of the double-sided tape that contacts the outer peripheral surface 3a of the core 3. Is preferred.
