The present invention will be specifically described below. In addition, the following embodiment is an illustration for demonstrating this invention, and this invention is not limited only to the embodiment. The same reference numerals are assigned to the same elements, and duplicate descriptions are omitted. In the drawings, positional relationships such as up, down, left, and right are based on the positional relationships shown in the drawings unless otherwise specified. Furthermore, the dimensional ratios in the drawings are not limited to the illustrated ratios.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing the wrap film storage box 1, and FIG. 2 is a development view of the front side of the wrap film storage box 1 of FIG. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the wrap film storage box 1 with the lid portion opened.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the wrap film storage box 1 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape as a whole. For example, a lid 13 including a lid piece 10, a lid plate 11, a side lid piece 12, a front plate 14, and a bottom plate. 15, a storage portion 18 including a rear plate 16, a side plate 17, and the like, and an opening piece 20.

As shown in FIG. 3, the storage portion 18 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape having an upper surface opening 18a. For example, a film roll R in which a transparent wrap film F is wound around a cylindrical core is stored from the upper surface opening 18a. it can.

As shown in FIG. 1, the lid plate 11 of the lid portion 13 extends forward from the upper end edge of the rear plate 16 and covers the upper surface opening 18 a of the storage portion 18. The lid cover piece 10 extends from the front edge of the cover plate 11 toward the front plate 14 and covers the front surface of the front plate 14.

The opening piece 20 is located in the lower part of the front surface of the front plate 14 of the storage unit 18 and is formed in a belt shape along the longitudinal direction of the wrap film storage box 1. The unsealing piece 20 is connected to the tip edge of the lid cover piece 10 via a cut line 21. Before opening, the back side of the opening piece 20 is bonded to the plurality of bonding portions 22 of the front plate 14 shown in FIG. The lid portion 13 is sealed by the opening piece 20, and the lid portion 13 can be opened by cutting the opening piece 20 along the cut line 21 as shown in FIG. 4.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a saw blade 30 as a cutting portion for cutting the wrap film F drawn from the film winding body R of the storage portion 18 is provided on the back side of the tip portion of the lid piece 10. Yes. The saw blade 30 is formed across both longitudinal ends of the wrap film storage box 1 (the lid piece 10). The saw blade 30 is formed at a position protruding downward from the tip edge of the lid cover piece 10 when the opening piece 20 is cut off. The material of the cutting portion such as the saw blade 30 is metal, plastic, vulcanized fiber, etc., and the shape of the cutting portion is not particularly limited as long as it is a conventionally known one such as a straight shape, a V shape, and an arch shape. .

A temporary fastening portion 40 for temporarily fastening the wrap film F is formed on the surface of the front plate 14. The temporary fixing portion 40 is formed of, for example, a UV curable varnish and has adhesiveness. The temporary fastening portion 40 is formed continuously along the longitudinal direction across, for example, both longitudinal ends of the wrap film storage box 1.

As shown in FIG. 5, the lateral width D of the inner wall of the box body is 1 mm to 4 mm longer than the outer diameter L of the film roll R so that a gap is formed between the inner wall and the film roll R. In addition, the outer diameter L of the film winding body R here is a value before use set at the time of manufacture.

Further, the height H of the inner wall of the box body is shorter than the width D. Specifically, the height H from the bottom plate 15 to the lid plate 11 when the lid portion 13 is closed is 1 mm to 2 mm shorter than the lateral width D from the front plate 14 to the rear plate 16. Further, the height H of the inner wall is 0 mm to 2 mm longer than the outer diameter L of the film roll R. Therefore, although the horizontal dimension of the inner wall of the box body is sufficiently larger than the film roll R, the vertical dimension is the same as or slightly larger than the film roll R.

Examples of the base paper constituting the wrap film storage box 1 include, but are not limited to, cardboard, coated cardboard, cardboard, and the like, and papers known in the industry are appropriately selected and used. Can do. The base paper may be one obtained by embossing, printing, or laminating using polyethylene or the like on these materials.

According to the present embodiment, since the height H of the inner wall of the box body of the wrap film storage box 1 is shorter than the width D, the film roll R is pressed against the lid plate 11 on the ceiling surface during transportation. And the film roll R is suppressed from moving in the box. As a result, the film roll R is prevented from colliding with the inner wall of the box body and being damaged.

Also, as shown in FIG. 6, when pulling out the wrap film F from the film roll R, the lid 13 is opened, so that even if the height H of the box body is short, the film winding during pulling out The rotation of the body R is not hindered.

In the present embodiment, since the height H of the inner wall of the box body is 1 mm to 2 mm shorter than the lateral width D, the movement of the film winding body R in the box body during transportation or the like can be suitably suppressed. If it is less than 1 mm, the movement of the film roll R in the box body cannot be sufficiently suppressed, and if it exceeds 2 mm, the lateral width D increases accordingly, and the movement of the film roll R Can not be sufficiently suppressed.

Furthermore, since the difference between the height H of the inner wall of the box body and the outer diameter L of the film roll R is within 2 mm, the movement of the film roll R can be sufficiently suppressed.

In the above embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the front plate 14 may be provided with a knob piece 50 that floats forward. The knob piece 50 is formed, for example, by making a cut 51 in the front plate 14. Further, the folded piece 51 may be connected to the front plate 14. The folded piece 51 extends from the upper edge of the front plate 14, is folded back to the back surface (inner surface) side of the front plate 14 so as to cover the back surface of the front plate 14, and is attached to the back surface of the front plate 14. The knob piece 50 is lifted by a reaction that occurs when the folded piece 51 is folded to the back side of the front plate 14. Since the wrap film F is lifted by the knob pieces 50, it becomes easy to pinch the tip of the wrap film F. In this case, the width D of the box body is the distance from the folded piece 51 to the rear plate 16 as shown in FIG.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to such examples. It is obvious for those skilled in the art that various modifications or modifications can be conceived within the scope of the idea described in the claims, and these naturally belong to the technical scope of the present invention. The basic structure of the storage box used is as follows: a lid part 13 composed of a lid cover piece 10, a cover plate 11, a side lid cover piece 12, a storage part 18 composed of a front plate 14, a bottom plate 15, a rear plate 16, and a side plate 17; It is a rectangular parallelepiped box made of a piece 20, and is a wrap film storage box that is used by drawing a necessary amount of the wrap film F from the film roll R stored in the storage section and cutting it.

The storage box of Example 1 has a film roll R in which a wrap film (width 30 cm × length 20 m) is wound around the center of a cylindrical paper tube having an outer diameter of 41 mm and a length of 308 mm, a height of 46 mm, a depth of 46 mm, The height H of the inner wall of the storage unit was made 1 mm shorter than the length of the horizontal width D, based on what was stored in the approximate center of the storage box forming the storage unit having a length of 311 mm.

In the storage box of Example 2, the height H of the inner wall of the storage unit was made 2 mm shorter than the width D. Except this, it is the same as the storage box of the first embodiment.

The storage box of Example 3 has a film roll R in which a wrap film (width 30 cm × length 50 m) is wound around the center of a cylindrical paper tube having an outer diameter of 41 mm and a length of 308 mm, a height of 46 mm, a depth of 46 mm, The height H of the inner wall of the storage unit was made 1 mm shorter than the length of the horizontal width D, based on what was stored in the approximate center of the storage box forming the storage unit having a length of 311 mm.

In the storage box of Example 4, the height H of the inner wall of the storage portion was made 2 mm shorter than the width D. Except this, it is the same as the storage box of Example 3.

In the storage box of Comparative Example 1, the height H of the inner wall of the storage portion was made equal to the length of the width D. Except this, it is the same as the storage box of the first embodiment.

In the storage box of Comparative Example 2, the height H of the inner wall of the storage portion was made equal to the length of the width D. Except this, it is the same as the storage box of Example 3.
Table 1 shows the results of evaluating these with a vibration test.

As shown in Table 1, the number of scratches in Examples 1 and 2 was larger than that in Comparative Example 1. The number of scratches in Examples 3 and 4 was larger than that in Comparative Example 2. Moreover, the number of large scratches shown in Examples 3 and 4 was smaller than that in Comparative Example 2. From this, it was found that the damage of the wrap film F can be suppressed by making the height H of the inner wall of the storage portion shorter by 1-2 mm than the length of the lateral width D.

The present invention suppresses the film winding body from colliding with the inner wall of the box body and being damaged during transportation or the like while appropriately rotating the film winding body when the wrap film is pulled out in the wrap film storage box.
