Description

The present invention relates to an electronic control device mounted on a vehicle, for example, and relates to an electronic control device fixed to another member (for example, a desired location on the vehicle) via a fixing bracket.

For example, an electronic control device mounted on a vehicle such as an engine control unit or an automatic transmission control unit has a structure in which a board on which various electronic components are mounted is housed in a housing (a protective space designed to be waterproof). It has become.

As a method for fixing the electronic control device to a desired location (other member) such as a vehicle, for example, a fixing bracket having a tongue-like piece that can be assembled to the outer wall surface of the housing is applied and formed on the outer wall surface of the housing. It is known that the bracket is fixed to another member in a state where the tongue-like piece is assembled to the assembled tongue-shaped piece assembly (state where the bracket is fixed to the housing) (for example, Patent Document 1). .

However, in the case of a structure in which a bracket having a simple tongue-like piece is fixed to the tongue-like piece assembly part (for example, a structure having a symmetrical shape in the width direction of the tongue-like piece), the bracket and the tongue-like piece assembly part Incorrect assembly that is assembled with an incorrect structure, such as applying an incorrect combination of brackets, or mounting the desired combination of brackets in an incorrect posture with respect to the tongue-shaped piece assembly There was a risk of causing incorrect assembly.

The present invention has been made in view of such a technical problem, and an electronic control device that can be fixed to a desired other member while suppressing erroneous assembly between the bracket and the tongue-like piece assembly portion. It is to provide.

The electronic control device according to the present invention is a creation that can solve the above-described problems, and one aspect thereof includes a housing that accommodates a substrate on which electronic components are mounted, via a bracket having a tongue-like piece, An electronic control device fixed to another member, which protrudes from the outer wall surface of the housing to the outer peripheral side and extends in one direction across a gap having a width larger than the width of the tongue-shaped piece, and one end side of the gap The first and second strip-shaped bases into which the tongue-shaped piece is inserted into the gap from the first and second strip-shaped bases with a distance from the outer wall surface of the housing. A first hook part having a short crossing dimension and a second hook having a long crossing dimension, which are crossed and engaged with the outer peripheral side surface of each side edge of the tongue-like piece inserted from one end side of the gap. Tongue-shaped piece having a shape portion and a narrow portion sandwiched between the first and second hook-shaped portions An attachment protrusion is formed, and the tongue-shaped piece is formed with an engaging protrusion protruding in the thickness direction of the tongue-shaped piece at a position biased toward the first strip-shaped base between the side edge portions of the tongue-shaped piece. The engagement protrusion is guided and engaged with the narrow portion by insertion into the gap from one end side of the gap.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to suppress erroneous assembly between the bracket and the tongue-shaped piece assembly portion and fix the bracket to the target other member.

The electronic control device according to the embodiment of the present invention has a shape in which the tongue-shaped piece assembly portion of the housing and the tongue-shaped piece of the bracket are assembled to each other in a desired combination and in a desired posture. Each of them has a non-symmetric shape, so that an incorrect combination cannot be assembled.

That is, the tongue-shaped piece assembly portion and the tongue-shaped piece are non-symmetrical shapes in which the shape of the tongue-shaped piece in the width direction is asymmetric about the axis of the tongue-shaped piece, and is assembled to each other. Apply what is possible. Thus, for example, a non-symmetrical tongue-shaped piece assembly is asymmetrically shaped with respect to the symmetric-shaped tongue-shaped piece (that is, the shape of the tongue-shaped piece in the width direction is centered on the axis of the tongue-shaped piece). The bracket having the non-symmetric shape) is prevented from being assembled by mistake, or the non-symmetric tongue-like piece is prevented from being assembled in an incorrect posture.

For example, in the housing, the first and second strip-shaped bases arranged in parallel with a gap having a width larger than the width of the tongue-shaped piece, and the side edge portions of the tongue-shaped piece inserted from one end side of the gap First and second hook-like portions that are engaged with each other by crossing (crossing in the width direction of the tongue-like piece) with the outer peripheral side surface, and a narrow portion sandwiched between the first and second hook-like portions. Each cross dimension of the first and second hook-shaped portions with respect to the outer peripheral side surface of each side edge of the tongue-shaped piece (in the overlapping portion in a state of crossing each side edge of the tongue-shaped piece) The ones having different lengths (dimensions in the width direction of the tongue-like piece) are applied (for example, the first hook-like part having a short crossing dimension and the second hook-like part having a long crossing dimension are applied).

As the bracket, a bracket in which an engaging protrusion protruding in the thickness direction of the tongue-like piece is formed between the side edge portions of the tongue-like piece is used. The engaging projection is formed at a position (position shifted from the axis of the tongue-shaped piece) that is biased toward the hook-shaped part having a short cross dimension among the first and second hook-shaped parts, and from one end side of the gap. By inserting the tongue-like piece into the gap, it is guided and engaged with the narrow portion.

According to the non-symmetrically shaped tongue-like piece assembly portion as in the present embodiment, an incorrect combination of brackets, for example, a simple symmetrical bracket as in Patent Document 1, is provided in the gap between the tongue-like piece assembly portions. Even if it is going to be inserted, the engaging projection of the tongue-shaped piece (the convex portion 11b in Patent Document 1) collides with the tongue-shaped piece assembly portion (for example, collides with the second hook-shaped portion having a long crossing dimension). It can be easily recognized that the assembly is wrong.

In addition, since a bracket having a non-symmetrically shaped tongue-like piece is applied, even if an incorrect posture is inserted into the gap between the first and second strip-like base parts, The joint protrusion collides with the tongue-shaped piece assembly section (for example, collides with the second hook-shaped section having a long crossing dimension).

As a result, in the electronic control device of the present embodiment, erroneous assembly is suppressed, and the tongue-like piece assembly portion of the housing and the tongue-like piece of the bracket are assembled in a desired combination for the purpose. It becomes possible to fix to other members.

<Example of electronic control device>
Hereinafter, an example in which the electronic control device according to the present embodiment is applied to an automobile or the like (for example, applied to an engine control unit or the like) will be described with reference to the drawings. The electronic control apparatus 1 of FIGS. 1-7 accommodates the printed circuit board 2 in the housing | casing 10, and the said housing | casing 10 is a rectangular parallelepiped box, Comprising: It opens to the one end surface side of the said box The case 3 that can accommodate the printed circuit board 2 from the opened opening 3a and the cover 4 that seals the opening 3a of the case 3 that accommodates the printed circuit board 2 are roughly configured.

The printed circuit board 2 has a pattern wiring (not shown) of a desired circuit pattern formed on the front and back surfaces of a rectangular flat plate made of glass epoxy resin, for example, and various electronic components 2a are soldered on the pattern wiring. Electrically connected. Further, a connection portion (connection portion opened in the same direction as the opening 3a) 2b that can be connected to an external connector (external device connector or the like; not shown) is provided on the opening 3a side of the peripheral side of the printed circuit board 2. The connector 2c that has it is attached.

The case 3 includes side walls 32, 33, and 34 that surround three sides of the four sides of the printed board 2 accommodated in the case 3, and a ceiling wall 35 and a bottom wall 36 that shield the front and back sides of the printed board 2, respectively. Are integrated, and the opening 3a is located on the other side of the four sides. Of the three sides, among the side walls 32 to 34, the outer wall surfaces 32a and 34a of the side walls 32 and 34 located in two opposite directions are provided on the first and second strip bases 8a and 8b and the first strips. Non-symmetrical tongue-like piece assembly parts 52 and 54 (details will be described later) each having a hook-like part 81a and a second hook-like part 81b are formed. On the other outer wall surface 33a of the side wall 33 located on the other side, a symmetric tongue-shaped piece assembly portion 53 having a pair of base portions 8 and a pair of hook-shaped portions 81 is formed.

Brackets 62 and 64 (which will be described in detail later) having non-symmetrical tongue-like pieces 71 are attached to the tongue-like piece assembling portions 52 and 54, and the tongue-like piece assembling portion 53 includes a symmetric piece. A bracket (not shown) having a shaped tongue-like piece (having a shape different from the tongue-like piece 71; not shown) is assembled. Further, the inner wall surfaces 32b, 34b of the side walls 32, 34 have a shape that can be fitted to a pair of peripheral portions 2d, 2e at positions facing each other of the printed circuit board 2, and the printed circuit board 2 is opened from the opening 3a to the case. Guides 3b for guiding and accommodating and supporting in 3 are respectively formed.

In the case 3, for example, a relatively high component connected to the printed circuit board 2 (for example, an electronic component 2 a and a connector 2 c as shown in FIG. 1) does not collide with or interfere with the inner wall surface of the case 3. In order to do this, a stepped shape with different dimensions in the thickness direction (in FIG. 1, the dimension in the thickness direction of the printed circuit board 2) is formed. Specifically, the ceiling wall 35 has a stepped shape, and an upper step portion 35a covering the upper side of the connector 2c side (that is, a connector connection port 42 side described later) in the printed board 2 and the connector 2c in the printed board 2 are provided. A lower step portion 35b covering the upper side opposite to the upper side of the printed circuit board 2 is provided so as to extend substantially parallel to the front and back surfaces of the printed circuit board 2, and the thickness direction dimension on the upper step portion 35a side of the case 3 is the lower step portion. It is set larger than the dimension in the thickness direction on the 35b side.

Thus, a step 35c that smoothly connects the upper step 35a and the lower step 35b is provided between the upper step 35a and the lower step 35b having different dimensions in the thickness direction. The step portion 35c is flatly inclined at a predetermined inclination angle (for example, about 45 degrees) with respect to the front and back surfaces of the printed circuit board 2, and between the side walls 32 and 34 (between the tongue-shaped piece assembly portions 52 and 54). It is provided to extend in. According to the case 3 having such a stepped shape, it is possible to collect and mount components having a relatively high height at a position facing the upper step portion 35 a on the printed circuit board 2. While suppressing collision and interference with the inner wall surface, it is possible to reduce the size of the case 3 (for example, to reduce the thickness of the lower step portion 35b side of the case 3).

The cover 4 is a rectangular flat plate-shaped side wall, and as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, particularly, the peripheral edge side of the one end face 41 and the opening edge surface 3aa of the opening 3a are in close contact with each other, thereby opening the opening 3a. It is fixed to the case 3 so as to be sealed. A connector connection port 42 penetrating in the thickness direction of the cover 4 is formed at the center of the cover 4. This connector connection port 42 is a connection port for enabling connection of an external connector (not shown) to the connector 2c, and in the state where the opening 3a is sealed by the cover 4, as shown in FIG. It is formed at a position communicating with the connecting portion 2b.

The structure for fixing the cover 4 to the case 3 is not particularly limited. For example, one end surface of the cover 4 (the back surface side of the cover 4 in FIGS. 1 and 2) 41 has a ceiling wall 35 side. 2, hook portions 43 that are elastically engaged with the inner wall surface on the upper step portion 35a side of the ceiling wall 35 in a sealed state (hereinafter simply referred to as a sealed state) are formed (two locations). And the hook portion 43 is formed on the inner wall surface on the upper step portion 35a side of the ceiling wall 35 (through-formed in FIGS. 1 and 2). And a structure that is fixed by being engaged (for example, engaged in a snap-fit manner). Further, in order to improve the adhesion between the peripheral edge side of the one end face 41 and the opening edge face 3aa of the opening 3a, a sealing material or a gasket other than the figure is used, or a fastening means such as a bolt other than the figure is used. You may apply the technique of using and tightening and fixing.

<Example of bracket>
The brackets 62 and 64 can be configured, for example, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 (in each drawing, an external view of the bracket 62 is shown). In particular, focusing on the bracket 62, it is an elongated plate-like member that has a substantially L-shape bent at a substantially right angle at the center of the member, and is formed on one end side of the member. A tongue-like piece 71 assembled to the attaching portion 52 and a fixing portion 72 formed on the other end side and fixed to the vehicle body or the like.

The tongue-like piece 71 has one end of the side edge portions 71a and 71b of the tongue-like piece 71 on the distal end side (the side edge portion 71a side of the bracket 62 (that is, a short crossing dimension ta described later). An engaging protrusion 73 protruding in the thickness direction of the tongue-like piece 71 is formed on the outer peripheral side surface 70d at a position biased to the first strip-like base portion 8a side where the first hook-like portion 81a is formed (described later). The projection is formed so as to be located at the narrow portion 82. By having such a tongue-like piece 71, a non-symmetric shape is formed.

If the structure has such a non-symmetric shape, the brackets 62 and 64 can be appropriately changed in design. For example, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a positioning engagement hole 74 penetrating in the thickness direction of the tongue-like piece 71 is formed at the center of the tongue-like piece 71, and the positioning engagement hole 74 will be described later. Even if the tongue-shaped piece 71 inserted into the gap 80, which will be described later, can be engaged with the positioning projection 84 and fixed so that it does not deviate from a predetermined position (fixed so as not to come off from the tongue-shaped piece assembly portion 52). good.

Further, for example, on the assembly side surface 70a of the tongue-shaped piece 71 (for example, the surface on the back side of the engaging protrusion 73; see FIGS. 5 and 6), the tongue-shaped piece 71 extends from the distal end side toward the positioning engagement hole 74. By forming the recessed guide portion 70b, the positioning protrusion 84, which will be described later, is guided by the positioning engagement hole 74 and is easily engaged when the tongue piece 71 is inserted into the gap 80, which will be described later. Become. When the guide portion 70b and the positioning engagement hole 74 are positioned at a distance from each other as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a stepped portion 70c is formed on the assembly side surface 70a between them. With this stepped portion 70c, a positioning projection 84 described later can be engaged with the positioning engagement hole 74 with a sense of moderation. On the base side of the side edge portions 71a and 71b of the tongue-like piece 71, stopper portions 75a and 75b protruding in the width direction of the tongue-like piece 71 are formed, and the tongue-like piece 71 is inserted into a predetermined position of the gap 80. In this state, it is possible to prevent the tongue-like piece 71 from being inserted too far from a predetermined position by bringing it into contact with each one end side of the below-mentioned first and second bases 8a and 8b.

As the fixing part 72, for example, a part formed so as to protrude to the outer peripheral side of the case 3 in a state where the tongue-like piece 71 is attached to the tongue-like piece assembly part 52 is applied. Further, by forming a fixing hole 72a penetrating in the thickness direction at the center of the fixing portion 72, for example, a bolt (not shown) can be inserted into the fixing hole 72a so that it can be screwed into another member such as a vehicle body. The bracket 62 can be fixed to the other member.

Although detailed description of the bracket 64 is omitted, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, the bracket 64 has a non-symmetric shape similar to that of the bracket 62. Although the engagement protrusion 73 formed on the tip end side of the tongue-like piece 71 of the bracket 64 is formed on the outer peripheral side surface 70d at a position biased toward the side edge 71b of the tongue-like piece 71, FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, like the bracket 62, it is biased to the first strip-shaped base portion 8a side where a first flange-shaped portion 81a having a crossing dimension ta described later is formed.

When the brackets 62 and 64 are to be assembled to the symmetric tongue-like piece assembly portion 53, for example, the engagement protrusion 73 is formed on the flange-like portion 81 of the tongue-like piece assembly portion 53 or the like. It will collide, and it can be easily recognized that it is a wrong assembly. Even if a part of the tongue-like piece 71 can be inserted into the gap 80 by adjusting the insertion angle of the tongue-like piece 71 with respect to the gap 80, the engaging protrusion 73 is moved to the tongue-like piece as the insertion proceeds. Since it collides with the bowl-shaped part 81 etc. of the assembly | attachment part 53, it becomes possible to aim at suppression of incorrect assembly | attachment.

<Example of tongue-shaped piece assembly part>
The tongue-like piece assembly portions 52 and 54 can be configured as shown in, for example, FIGS. 8 and 9 (in each drawing, an external view of the tongue-like piece assembly portion 52 is shown). In particular, the tongue-shaped piece assembly 52 will be described with a gap 80 protruding from the outer wall surface 32a of the side wall 32 (that is, the outer wall surface of the case 3) to the outer peripheral side and having a width larger than the width of the tongue-shaped piece 71. The first strip base 8a and the second strip base 8b that extend in parallel in one direction (the thickness direction of the printed circuit board 2) and the outer wall surface 32a are spaced apart from the first strip base 8a and the second strip 8a. A first hook-like part 81a and a second hook-like part 81b extending from the strip-like base part 8b toward each other, and a narrow part 82 sandwiched between the first hook-like part 81a and the second hook-like part 81b. And.

The first hook-shaped portion 81a and the second hook-shaped portion 81b are supported in a cantilevered manner with respect to the first and second strip-shaped base portions 8a and 8b, respectively, and each tip side has a gap. 80, one end side (on the bottom wall 36 side in the tongue-like piece assembly portion 52) of the tongue-like piece 71 inserted from the side edge portions 71a and 71b on the side of the outer peripheral side surface 70d. Match. Further, the crossing dimensions ta and tb of the first hook-shaped portion 81a and the second hook-shaped portion 81b are different from each other, and the displacement distance of the engagement protrusion 73 (the distance displaced from the axis of the tongue-shaped piece 71). It is designed appropriately according to tc, thereby forming a non-symmetric shape. In the case of the tongue-like piece assembly portion 52 of FIGS. 8 and 9, the cross dimension ta of the first hook-shaped portion 81a is shorter than the cross-dimension tb of the second hook-shaped portion 81b. The width of the narrow portion 82 between the first hook-like portion 81a and the second hook-like portion 81b (the distance between the first hook-like portion 81a and the second hook-like portion 81b) is the width of the engaging protrusion 73 ( It is set to be larger than the dimension in the same direction as the width of the tongue piece 71.

If the structure has such a non-symmetric shape, the tongue-shaped piece assembly parts 52 and 54 can be appropriately changed in design. For example, in the first hook-like portion 81a and the second hook-like portion 81b, the outer wall surface side of the case 3 is not simply extended from the first stripe-like base portion 8a and the second stripe-like base portion 8b toward each other. The tongue-like piece 71 can be engaged so as to be pressed against the outer wall surface side of the case 3 by being inclined and extended toward the outer wall surface 32a side in the case of the tongue-like piece assembly portion 52. When the tongue-like piece 71 is inserted into the gap 80 between the tongue-like piece assembly parts 52 and 54 having the first and second hook-like parts 81a and 81b inclined as described above, the first hook-like part 81a and the second flange 81b and the outer wall surface of the case 3 are inserted while expanding the distance of the gap (hereinafter referred to as the gap distance).

Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a pair of outer wall surfaces 32a formed between the first strip-shaped base portion 8a and the second strip-shaped base portion 8b at a distance greater than the width of the tongue-shaped piece 71. The guide portions 83a and 83b are formed and engaged with the side edge portions 71a and 71b of the tongue-like piece 71 inserted from one end side (bottom wall 36 side) of the gap 80 (engaged with the side edge surfaces). In this way, the tongue piece 71 may be guided into the gap 80 for easy insertion.

The guide portions 83a and 83b are formed at positions separated from the first strip base portion 8a and the second strip base portion 8b (formed away from the central portion of the gap 80), respectively. A structure in which the tongue-like piece 71 does not directly contact the second strip-shaped base portion 8b (hereinafter referred to as a non-contact structure) may be used. A structure (hereinafter referred to as a contact structure) in which the tongue-shaped piece 71 is in direct contact with the first strip-shaped base 8a and the second strip-shaped base 8b, for example, the first strip-shaped base 8a and the second strip-shaped base 8b. The gap 80 side performs the same function as the guide portions 83a and 83b, respectively, and the tongue piece 71 is in direct contact with the tongue piece 71. In the case of insertion, the first strip-shaped base portion 8a and the second strip-shaped base portion 8b may be stressed. However, in the case of the contact structure, the first hook-shaped portion 81a and the second hook-shaped portion 81b It has elasticity and becomes easy to deform | transform and can also reduce the stress which can be applied to the 1st strip base 8a and the 2nd strip base 8b.

The guide portions 83a and 83b may have any shape that can guide the tongue-like piece 71 into the gap 80. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the guide portions 83a and 83b extend along the first and second strip bases 8a and 8b. It is not limited to the shape which extends. For example, a shape formed only on one end side of the gap 80 may be used. Further, the positioning protrusion 84 is formed so as to protrude from the central portion of the outer wall surface 32a between the first and second bases 8a and 8b, so that it can be inserted (guided) into the gap 80 as described above. ) And the positioning engagement hole 74 of the tongue-shaped piece 71 may be engaged.

Although the detailed description of the tongue-like piece assembly portion 54 is omitted, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, the tongue-like piece assembly portion 54 has a nonsymmetrical structure similar to that of the tongue-like piece assembly portion 52. In the case of the tongue-like piece assembly portion 54 shown in FIG. 4, for example, the first strip-like base portion 8a and the first hook-like portion 81a are located on the right side (the cover 4 side), and the tongue-like piece assembly portion shown in FIG. This is different from the structure in which the first strip-shaped base portion 8a and the first flange-shaped portion 81a are located on the left side (the cover 4 side) as in the portion 52. In such a case, the bracket 64 having the engaging projection 73 formed at a position biased toward the side edge 71b of the tongue piece 71 is assembled to the tongue piece assembly portion 54 shown in FIG. That is, a structure having a non-symmetric shape different from that of the bracket 62 for the tongue-like piece assembling portion 52 is assembled.

Note that when an unillustrated symmetric bracket is to be assembled to the tongue-shaped piece mounting portions 52, 54, for example, the engaging projection of the symmetric bracket is the first hook-shaped portion. It will collide with 81a or the 2nd bowl-shaped part 81b, etc., and it can recognize easily that it is incorrect assembly. Even if a part of the tongue-like piece 71 can be inserted into the gap 80 by adjusting the insertion angle of the tongue-like piece 71 with respect to the gap 80, the engaging protrusion 73 is moved to the tongue-like piece set as the insertion proceeds. Since it collides with the hook-shaped portion 81 of the attaching portion 53, it is possible to suppress erroneous assembly.

Although the present invention has been described in detail only for the specific examples described above, it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications can be made within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention. It is natural that such changes and the like belong to the scope of the claims.

For example, in the present embodiment, in the combination of the bracket and the tongue-shaped piece assembly, two sets are non-symmetrical combinations and one set is simply a symmetric combination. It is not limited and can be set as appropriate. Further, even if there are a plurality of combinations of non-symmetric shapes, for example, the crossing dimensions (ta, tb) of the first and second hook-shaped portions and the biasing distance (tc) of the engaging protrusions are appropriately selected for each combination. By setting, it is possible to suppress erroneous assembly, and the tongue-shaped piece assembly portion and the tongue-shaped piece of the bracket can be assembled in a desired combination.

Moreover, the installation location of the tongue-like piece assembly portion with respect to the outer wall surface of the housing can be appropriately set according to the center of gravity and the fixed location of the target electronic control device. For example, in an electronic control device including a housing having a stepped outer wall surface and a stepped portion as in the present embodiment, a component having a relatively high height at a position facing the upper stepped portion on the printed circuit board When the center of gravity of the electronic control device is located on the upper stage side of the center part, a pair of tongue-like pieces are assembled at positions facing each other with the step part interposed therebetween as in this embodiment. It is conceivable to increase the balance of the center of gravity by installing a part.
