Abstract
【解決手段】気体供給源に連通して、被検体の消化管内に気体を供給するための送気管路と、消化管内の圧力を検出する圧力検出手段と、気体供給源から送気管路を介して消化管内に供給される気体の流量を調整する流量調整手段と、圧力検出手段の検出結果に基づき流量調整手段を制御して、消化管内が所定圧力となるように気体を消化管内に供給する第1の制御手段と、消化管の容積に基づき流量調整手段を制御して、消化管の容積に対して十分に小さい一定量の気体を消化管内に供給する第2の制御手段と、第1の制御手段による制御を実行する第1の送気モードと、第2の制御手段による制御を実行する第2の送気モードとを含む複数の送気モードを切り替える送気モード切替手段と、を備える。

Claims (10)
- 気体供給源に連通して、被検体の消化管内に気体を供給するための送気管路と、
前記消化管内の圧力を検出する圧力検出手段と、
前記気体供給源から前記送気管路を介して前記消化管内に供給される気体の流量を調整する流量調整手段と、
前記圧力検出手段の検出結果に基づき前記流量調整手段を制御して、前記消化管内が所定圧力となるように気体を前記消化管内に供給する第1の制御手段と、
前記消化管の容積に基づき前記流量調整手段を制御して、前記消化管の容積に対して十分に小さい一定量の気体を前記消化管内に供給する第2の制御手段と、
前記第1の制御手段による制御を実行する第1の送気モードと、前記第2の制御手段による制御を実行する第2の送気モードとを含む複数の送気モードを切り替える送気モード切替手段と、
を備える送気装置。 - 前記消化管の容積は、あらかじめ設定又は測定されたものである請求項1に記載の送気装置。
- 前記消化管内への送気の実行を指示する操作手段を更に備え、
前記第2の制御手段は、前記操作手段の操作に応じて、前記消化管の容積に対して十分に小さい一定量の気体を前記消化管内に供給する請求項1又は2に記載の送気装置。 - 前記操作手段は、前記送気装置の筐体のフロントパネルに配置された操作ボタンである請求項3に記載の送気装置。
- 前記圧力検出手段の検出結果に基づき前記消化管内の圧力を表示する表示手段を更に備える請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の送気装置。
- 前記第2の制御手段は、前記消化管内の圧力が設定圧力よりも高い場合には前記消化管内への気体の供給を禁止する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の送気装置。
- 前記第2の送気モードのときに前記消化管内に供給する気体の量を設定する設定手段を更に備える請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の送気装置。
- 前記送気管路とは別に構成され、前記消化管内の圧力を検出するための圧力検出管路を更に備え、
前記圧力検出手段は、前記圧力検出管路を介して前記消化管内の圧力を検出する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の送気装置。 - 前記送気管路の少なくとも一部は、内視鏡の挿入部、前記挿入部を体腔内に案内する挿入補助具、又は前記挿入部に沿って配置される外付け器具に設けられた管路である請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の送気装置。
- 前記第2の送気モードは、機能性ディスペプシア又は過敏性腸症候群の診断を行うための送気モードである請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の送気装置。
