Description

The present invention relates to an excrement separating and collecting device and a self-supporting underwear.

Conventionally, nursing underwear mainly composed of a water-absorbing material has been used to prevent excrement excreted by the wearer from leaking out of the underwear. The nursing underwear includes, for example, a nursing underwear with a built-in water absorbing pad in which a water absorbing pad is attached to the crotch portion of the underwear body (see Patent Document 1). In this underwear for nursing care with a built-in water absorption pad, the excrement of the wearer is received by the water absorption pad.

Japanese Patent No. 4838392

However, in conventional undergarments with built-in water absorption pads, it is common to receive both urination and defecation on one absorbent pad surface. Therefore, while the discharged urine is absorbed by the water absorption pad, the discharged stool remains on the water absorption pad until it is processed by the wearer or the like. As a result, until the wearer defecates and is processed, the discharged feces and the wearer's skin are in contact with each other on the inner side of the underwear, which is extremely unsanitary.
In addition, the nursing care menu with the greatest burden on the caregivers was the treatment of underwear with defecation.

Further, when urination and defecation are mixed inside the water absorption pad or nursing underwear, the alkaline strength increases. This causes inflammation such as sores in the wearer's buttocks and local areas, and this problem cannot be solved.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides an excrement separating and collecting device and a self-supporting underwear that can be easily and hygienically performed by the wearer or caregiver after urination and / or defecation. A defecation collection bag attachment hole 12 is formed at a position corresponding to the anus of the wearer on a part of the water absorption sheet 10, that is, on the back side 10 </ b> A of the water absorption sheet located on the wearer's back when worn. Yes. Further, a groove 13A is formed from the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 to the back side 10A of the water absorbent sheet portion. Further, the surface of the water absorbent sheet portion 10 is made of a material having high water absorption, and a waterproof material 14 is attached or installed so as to cover the defecation collection bag attachment hole 12 and the groove 13A. Further, a leak-proof guard 16 </ b> A made of a highly waterproof material is provided over substantially the entire circumference of the outer edge portion of the water absorbent sheet portion 10.

The defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 provided on the back side 10A of the water absorbent sheet portion is a hole for detachably installing the defecation collection bag 2 in the water absorbent sheet portion 10 in a state where the defecation can be collected. By attaching the defecation collection bag 2 to the defecation collection bag attachment hole 12, the defecation collection bag 2 can be mounted in a stable state on the excrement separation and collection device 1 at a position corresponding to the anus of the wearer. As a result, the defecation collection bag 2 is prevented from being detached from the excrement separation and collection device 1, and the collection and leakage of the defecation are prevented. The defecation collection bag attachment hole 12 has an opening having substantially the same diameter as, for example, a neck portion of the defecation collection bag 2 described later. Further, the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 has a shape that takes into account the difference in body shape and the displacement in the front-rear direction that occurs when the excrement separation and collection device 1 is installed.

The groove 13 </ b> A is a gap used when the defecation collection bag 2 is attached to and detached from the water absorbent sheet portion 10. For example, when attaching the defecation collection bag 2 to the water absorbent sheet portion 10, the neck of the defecation collection bag 2 is fitted into the end of the groove 13A and moved to the defecation collection bag attachment hole 12 so as to be slid along the groove 13A. Thus, the defecation collection bag 2 can be easily attached to the water absorbent sheet portion 10. On the other hand, when removing the defecation collection bag 2 from the water absorbent sheet portion 10, for example, the neck portion of the defecation collection bag 2 is moved along the groove 13A by gently shaking the excrement separation collection device 1 on the toilet bowl or the like. Therefore, it can be easily removed. In particular, after defecation, the defecation collection bag 2 is more easily removed by the weight of the defecation collected in the defecation collection bag 2. The groove 13A has, for example, the same width as the neck portion of the defecation collection bag 2.

The waterproof material 14 is made of a highly waterproof material. By sticking or installing the waterproof material 14 so as to cover the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 and the groove 13A, the urine staying on the surface without being completely absorbed by the water absorbent sheet portion 10 travels on the surface of the water absorbent sheet portion 10. Even when the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 or the groove 13A is reached, the urinating and leaking urine is prevented from coming into contact with the defecation collection bag 2. In addition, although the waterproof material 14 may be stuck on the surface of the water-absorbing sheet portion 10, the installation mode of the waterproof material 14 on the surface of the water-absorbing sheet portion 10 is not limited to this. It is good also as a structure which is installed in the surface of the sheet | seat part 10 and floats the outer periphery of the water absorption sheet | seat part 10, and pinches | interposes the waterproof raw material 14 in a clearance gap.

The knob 15 has a tongue-like shape. For example, by providing a member for inserting and fixing the knob 15 on the underwear side, the excrement separating and collecting device 1 can be reliably installed inside the underwear, and by pulling the knob 15 at the time of attachment / detachment. The excrement separating and collecting device 1 can be taken out without touching the unsanitary surface of the water absorbing sheet portion 10 that has absorbed urine. Therefore, even after excretion, the excrement separation and recovery device 1 can be handled in a sanitary manner.

The leakage prevention guard 16A is provided over the entire longitudinal direction along both longitudinal sides of the water absorbent sheet portion 10, and the front side is particularly large. Moreover, the leak-proof guard 16A is made of a waterproof material. By providing the leak-proof guard 16A, urination leakage to the abdomen side 10B of the water absorption sheet portion in the short and long directions of the excrement separating and collecting device 1 is prevented. Therefore, providing the leak-proof guard 16A is particularly beneficial when the wearer is male. It is desirable that the leak-proof guard 16A does not have a seam. This is because if there is a seam, leakage of urine may occur.

In addition, although the raw material which has sufficient water absorption capability is used for the water absorption sheet | seat part 10, materials, such as knitted fabric which a touch is comfortable for a wearer, are preferably used for the material of the outermost surface of the surface side. In order to prevent close contact with the skin when sweating or to absorb urine instantaneously, a soft material having an uneven shape such as a mesh fabric or a waffle fabric may be used. The water absorbent sheet portion 10 may be configured as a reusable member using a washable material. However, when the water absorbent sheet portion 10 is configured as a disposable member, a polymer water absorbent material is used as a core material. May be.

The water absorbing sheet part 10 may have elasticity. In this case, since the adherence of the excrement separator / collector 1 to the wearer's crotch portion is improved, a gap is generated between the collection port 22 of the defecation collection bag 2 and the wearer's anus. It is possible to prevent the collection of the stool to be leaked.

(Defecation collection bag storage unit 11)
Next, the defecation collection bag storage unit 11 will be described.
The defecation collection bag housing portion 11 is provided on the back side of the water absorbent sheet portion 10. As shown in FIG. 1A, the defecation collection bag storage unit 11 includes a defecation collection bag storage unit main body 17 and a piece member 18. The defecation collection bag 11 is installed on the back surface side of the water absorbent sheet portion 10 by bonding the upper surface 17A of the defecation collection bag housing portion main body 17 and the back surface side of the water absorbent sheet portion 10 together. The single member 18 is installed on the bottom surface of the defecation collection bag housing portion main body 17.

The defecation collection bag storage unit main body 17 is a cylindrical or box-shaped member configured to be able to store the defecation collection bag 2. A defecation collection bag attachment hole (not shown) is formed on the upper surface of the defecation collection bag housing main body 17 at a position corresponding to the defecation collection bag attachment hole 12 of the water absorbent sheet portion 10. Further, the groove of the water absorbent sheet portion 10 extends from the defecation collection bag mounting hole of the defecation collection bag housing portion main body 17 to the end of the back side of the defecation collection bag housing portion main body 17 (the side located on the wearer's back side when worn). A groove 13B corresponding to 13A is formed. Therefore, the defecation collection bag 2 can be attached to the water absorbent sheet portion 10 and the defecation collection bag housing portion 11 in a state where the defecation collection bag housing portion main body 17 is adhered to the back surface of the water absorbent sheet portion 10.

A bellows is formed on the side surface 17 </ b> B of the defecation collection bag housing portion main body 17. Thereby, while making the internal volume of the defecation collection bag accommodating part main body 17 variable, it can prevent becoming the state completely crushed. Therefore, the defecation collection bag 2 is accommodated inside the defecation collection bag housing portion main body 17 while maintaining a three-dimensional shape without being crushed. As a result, the collection leakage of the defecation collection bag 2 for defecation and the leakage of the collected material from the defecation collection bag 2 are prevented. Moreover, the feeling of pressure of the crotch part at the time of wear can be reduced by keeping the internal volume of the defecation collection bag accommodating part main body 17 to the minimum necessary.

In addition, a defecation collection bag housing part support member (which is different from a support member described later) for supporting the bottom of the defecation collection bag housing part main body 17 may be provided on the underwear on which the waste collection / collection device 1 is installed. When providing the defecation collection bag accommodating part support member, the internal volume of the defecation collection bag accommodating part main body 17 may be adjustable. Thereby, the magnitude | size of the internal space of the defecation collection bag 2 accommodated in the defecation collection bag accommodating part main body 17 can be adjusted.

The single member 18 is formed so as to be bendable so as to cover the opening portion of the tubular or box-like defecation collection bag housing portion main body 17. When the defecation collection bag 2 is accommodated, the longitudinal opening of the defecation collection bag housing portion main body 17 is covered by bending the longitudinal portion of the piece member 18. Thereby, the defecation collection bag 2 is prevented from protruding from the opening of the defecation collection bag housing portion main body 17, and the defecation collection bag 2 can be housed in a more stable state. Moreover, when the defecation collection bag 2 is removed, the defecation collection bag 2 can be detached with a smaller force by opening the piece member 18.

The defecation collection bag housing part main body 17 having such a configuration is made of, for example, a stretchable material. Examples of the stretchable material include knitted fabric, jersey fabric, and stretch fabric. The defecation collection bag housing portion main body 17 made of a stretchable material has a function of preventing the defecation collection bag 2 from dropping out when the neck portion of the defecation collection bag 2 is detached from the defecation collection bag attachment hole 12. In addition, the defecation collection bag storage unit main body 17 also has a function of collecting defecation leaked from the defecation collection bag 2.

In addition to the stretchability, the defecation collection bag housing portion main body 17 and the piece member 18 may be made of a material having breathability and waterproofness. For example, when a material having air permeability in addition to stretchability is used as a material constituting the defecation collection bag housing portion main body 17, moisture is prevented from staying in the excrement separation and collection device 1. This provides a comfortable comfort for the wearer. On the other hand, when a material having waterproofness in addition to stretchability is used as the material of the defecation collection bag housing main body 17, urination of the urine from the water absorbent material of the water absorbent sheet portion 10 is blocked. In addition, when a material having waterproofness in addition to stretchability is used as the material of the defecation collection bag housing portion 17, the outside of the defecation collection bag housing portion 11 even if the collected material of the defecation collection bag 2 leaks out. It is possible to prevent the collected material from leaking out. As a result, the wearer's clothes are prevented from being soiled.

(Defecation collection bag 2)
Next, the defecation collection bag 2 will be described.
The defecation collection bag 2 is provided on the back surface side of the water absorbent sheet portion 10 so as to be able to collect the wearer's defecation, and is housed in the defecation collection bag housing portion 11 and is made of a disposable material that does not cause pollution during dumping. It is a bag. By providing such a defecation collection bag 2, a wearer or a caregiver can perform defecation processing without touching the defecation directly and without suffering from stool odor. Further, when the defecation collection bag 2 is made of a water-soluble material, the defecation collection bag 2 containing the defecation can be directly dumped into the flush toilet. Accordingly, the defecation process can be easily and easily performed, and adhesion of the defecation to the toilet bowl can be suppressed, so that there is an advantage that the labor of cleaning the toilet can be reduced.

The defecation collection bag 2 is made of a material that can be dumped in, for example, a toilet or soil in a state in which the defecation is accommodated. The material that can be dumped in the toilet or the soil is, for example, a water-soluble (when dumped in the toilet or soil) or biodegradable (when dumped in the soil) material. In addition, when a water-soluble material is used as the material of the defecation collection bag 2, the material used for the defecation collection bag 2 is moderately water-soluble so that the defecation collection bag 2 is not dissolved before being discarded due to moisture in the defecation. It is necessary to have both properties and water resistance.
When the defecation collection bag 2 containing the defecation is incinerated, the material used for the defecation collection bag 2 is a flammable material that does not generate toxic gas during incineration and can be easily formed into a bag shape. Can be mentioned. Specific examples of such a combustible material include a waterproof cloth made of a resin such as polyethylene, waterproof paper, cotton, rayon and the like.

The water-soluble or biodegradable material that can be dumped in the toilet or the soil described above is, for example, a water-soluble material such as PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) or a biodegradable material such as polylactic acid. In addition to PVA, for example, cold water-insoluble polyvinyl alcohol can be used as the water-soluble material. Cold water insoluble type polyvinyl alcohol is usually polyvinyl alcohol having a saponification degree of 95% or more (so-called completely saponified product) or vinyl acetate and a small amount of other vinyl monomers, for example, α-olefin such as ethylene and propylene, vinyl carboxylate, A saponified copolymer of alkyl vinyl ether, (meth) acrylate, acrylamide, unsaturated carboxylic acid (ester) or an anhydride thereof, or a compound reactive with the hydroxyl group of polyvinyl alcohol is reacted secondarily. A polymer obtained by grafting another polymer onto polyvinyl alcohol, or a polymer obtained by introducing or modifying a hydrophobic group into cold water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol having a saponification of 88% or less, and is insoluble in cold water. However, it is soluble in hot water such as 80 ° C.Of course, these polymers can also be used as a mixture.

As shown in FIG. 1 (b), the defecation collection bag 2 has a bag main body 21, a collection port 22 provided at the neck of the bag main body 21, and an outer periphery of the collection port 22 (neck outer periphery of the defecation collection bag 2). And a check valve 24 provided along the inner periphery of the recovery port 22 (the inner periphery of the neck of the defecation recovery bag 2).

The bag body 21 is a bag body that collects the defecation of the wearer. The bag body 21 is formed, for example, in a quadrangular pyramid shape, and has a gusset portion on the bottom surface. A collection port 22 for collecting defecation is provided at the neck of the bag body 21. Since the recovery port 22 is bent outward at the time of wearing, it is preferable that the inner surface of the recovery port 22 is subjected to surface processing that gives a comfortable wearing feeling to the wearer. The shape of the recovery port 22 is not limited to a circular shape, and may be, for example, an oval (ellipse) shape.

A collar 23 is provided at the neck of the bag body 21. When the defecation collection bag 2 is accommodated in the waste collection / collection device 1, the collar 23 is attached to the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 of the waste collection / collection device 1. The collar 23 has a trumpet shape or a flange shape, and is configured to prevent the defecation collection bag 2 from dropping out of the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 and to increase the collection efficiency of the defecation from the collection port 22. Yes. For example, the collar 23 may be made of the same material as that of the bag body 21, or may be made of a material different from that of the bag body 21. In any case, the collar 23 is processed so as to have a strength enough to be locked in the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 in a stable state of the neck portion of the defecation collection bag 2. Moreover, in order to improve adhesiveness with a wearer's anal part, adhesiveness may be provided to the surface of the collar 23, and the collar 23 may be affixed on an anus using an adhesive tape. In this way, by increasing the adhesion between the collar 23 and the anus, defecation can be accommodated in the defecation collection bag 2 without leakage, and the inflow of excess air into the defecation collection bag 2 can be suppressed. If excess air enters the defecation collection bag 2, it floats when dumped in the flush toilet, and the area of contact with water is reduced, so it takes time to dissolve the defecation collection bag 2 in water. It is preferable to suppress the inflow of excess air into the defecation collection bag 2 at the time of defecation collection.

As the material constituting the collar 23, the above-mentioned water-soluble or biodegradable material that can be dumped in the toilet or the soil can be used. However, since it is a member that directly contacts the anus, It is preferable that the material is harmless. In addition to water-solubility and biodegradability, as a highly safe material for living bodies, for example, it is separated or recovered from the effluent of the silk fabric production process by the method described in Japanese Patent No. 3959452 and Japanese Patent No. 4019110 Sericin can be used.

The check valve 24 is provided on the inner periphery of the neck portion of the bag body 21 and regulates the outflow of the collected material. The check valve 24 is composed of a plurality of tongue pieces that protrude from the outer periphery of the recovery port 22 toward the center. Each tongue piece member is formed into, for example, a petal shape or a rectangular shape, but is not limited thereto. If the shape of the tongue piece member of the check valve 24 is a simple shape such as a rectangle or a sector, the check valve 24 can be easily manufactured. The check valve 24 is preferably installed slightly downward from the attachment position of the defecation collection bag 2 to the neck portion toward the bag body 21.

The check valve 24 may be made of the same material as the bag body 21 or may be made of a material different from the bag body 21. In any case, the check valve 24 is made of the same material as the defecation collection bag 2, for example, but is processed so as to have a strength that can restrict the outflow of the defecation. Further, the surface of the check valve 24 on the side in contact with the wearer's skin may be subjected to surface treatment that gives the wearer a comfortable wearing feeling.

A water absorbent mat (not shown) may be laid on the inner bottom surface of the defecation collection bag 2. The water-absorbing bedcloth is composed of a water-soluble resin such as a polymer having water absorbency or PVA. In this way, by laying the water absorbing cloth on the bottom surface of the defecation collection bag 2, moisture contained in the defecation collected by the defecation collection bag 2 is absorbed and removed. Since the defecation from which moisture has been removed is increased in viscosity, it is difficult to leak out from the defecation collection bag 2 to the outside. As a result, the effect of preventing the leakage of defecation can be enhanced. For example, when the wearer discharges stool containing a lot of moisture, it is particularly beneficial to lay a water absorbent bedcloth on the inner bottom surface of the defecation collection bag 2. In the present embodiment, a water-soluble resin is used as the water absorbent cloth, but the present invention is not limited to this, and any water-soluble resin may be used. Or you may accommodate the bead etc. which consist of a raw material which has water absorptivity inside the defecation collection bag 2. FIG.

Further, in the present embodiment, when the water absorbent bedcloth is laid on the bag body 21, the position is not limited to the inner bottom surface, and for example, the water absorbent bedcloth may be attached to the inner side surface of the bag body 21. In this way, by adhering a water absorbent bedcloth to the inner side surface of the bag main body 21, even when the bag main body 21 is used in a lying state, the water content of the collected material can be recovered on the inner side surface.

As mentioned above, although the structure of the excrement separation collection | recovery device 1 which concerns on this Embodiment was demonstrated, according to the excrement separation collection | recovery device 1 which has the structure mentioned above, while absorbing a wearer's urine in the water absorption sheet | seat part 10, Defecation can also be collected by the defecation collection bag 2. Further, the shape of the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 shown in FIG. 1A is extended in the front longitudinal direction, and the shape of the collection port 22 of the defecation collection bag 2 is also extended in the front longitudinal direction in the event of a disaster. In an environment where it is difficult to replace the water absorbent sheet 10 over a long period of time such as an evacuation destination, the urine and defecation are collected by the defecation collection bag 2 while keeping the crotch of the wearer clean. You can also In this case, it is preferable to provide a partition before and after the collection port 22 to receive urination and defecation on the abdomen side and back side of the collection port 22, respectively. By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to reduce the risk of developing urethritis or the like due to the attachment of defecation to the urethral orifice.
Further, in a time zone where the possibility of defecation is low, the water absorption sheet portion 10 and the defecation collection bag 2 are installed in the excrement separation and collection device 1 so that the front and rear directions are opposite to those in normal use. The urination may be collected by the collection bag 2.
As described above, when urine is collected by the defecation collection bag 2, the defecation collection bag 2 is made of a water-resistant material, or a water-absorbing material made of a polymer water-absorbing material is disposed inside the defecation collection bag 2. However, it is necessary to avoid contact of moisture with the defecation collection bag 2 as much as possible.

Moreover, since the adhesion amount of the defecation to the surface of the water absorption sheet | seat part 10 can be reduced, the adhesion of the defecation to a wearer's buttocks can be suppressed. As a result, in the care site of the care worker, it is possible to reduce the heavy burden at the time of wiping and washing the buttocks of the care recipient, the widespread scattering of pathogens during defecation, the occurrence of infections associated therewith, and the spread of fecal odor it can.

In particular, when the defecation collection bag 2 is made of a material that can be discarded in a toilet such as a water-soluble material or in the soil, the defecation can be easily performed. Specifically, since it can be disposed of in the toilet or the soil together with the collected defecation, a special disposal method is not required. For example, when the defecation collection bag 2 is water-soluble, it can be flushed directly to a flush toilet, and even in a draw-toilet toilet, water-soluble or biodegradable materials can be used. It can be processed.

Further, since the neck portion of the defecation collection bag 2 is attached to the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 of the excrement separation and collection device 1 and the groove 13A is provided, when removing the defecation collection bag 2, the excrement separation and collection device is provided. It can be easily removed by simple operations such as lightly shaking 1.

The defecation collection bag 2 is provided with a check valve 24 to prevent the collected defecation from leaking out. Thereby, since a wearer's skin does not contact a defecation, generation | occurrence | production of inflammation, such as a wearer's peeling and a rash, is suppressed. In addition, the occurrence of cystitis is suppressed for a woman whose urethral opening and anus are close to each other.

Further, by providing the leakage prevention guard 16A on either the outer periphery or the outer side of the excrement separating and collecting device 1, even if the amount of urination is larger than usual or when watery stool is excreted, the wearer Can be worn with confidence. Further, by providing the knob 15, the excrement separating and collecting device 1 can be replaced without directly touching the unsanitary surface.

Moreover, by providing the brim 23 on the water-soluble defecation collection bag 2, the defecation leakage bag 2 can be installed in a stable state that is less likely to shift and suppresses defecation leakage from the gap between the buttocks and the anus. .

By providing a waterproof material 14 on the surface of the water absorbent sheet portion 10 so as to cover the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 and the groove 13A, the waterproof material 14 is transmitted through the surface of the water absorbent sheet portion 10 and is collected from the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 and the groove 13A. It is possible to prevent urination from flowing into the bag 2 and the defecation collection bag 2 and the collar 23 of the defecation collection bag 2 from getting wet by urination. As a result, the defecation collection bag 2 is prevented from being dissolved by urination.

As mentioned above, although the excrement separation collection | recovery device 1 which concerns on the 1st Embodiment of this invention was demonstrated, it is limited to these description about the structure of each member, material, etc. which comprise the excretion separation collection | recovery device 1. FIG. However, various modifications are possible as long as the same actions and effects are exhibited. Hereinafter, the example of a change about each member of the excrement separation collection device 1 concerning a 1st embodiment of the present invention is explained.

(Example of changing each member)
In the excrement separator / collector 1 according to the first embodiment described above (see FIG. 1A), the leak-proof guard 16A is disposed so as to cover the outer periphery of the water-absorbing sheet portion 10, but this is not limitative. Not. For example, as shown in FIG. 1C (the defecation collection bag 2A housed in the defecation collection bag housing portion 11 and the brim 23 of the defecation collection bag 2A are omitted), the first modification example is concerned. In the excrement separator / collector 1 </ b> A, the leakage prevention guard 16 </ b> B can be mainly formed only in the longitudinal direction of the outer edge portion of the water absorbent sheet portion 10. Moreover, it can also arrange | position on the both sides of the water absorption sheet | seat part 10. FIG. In the case of the female excrement separator / collector 1 </ b> A, the urine leakage prevention guard 16 </ b> B may be provided so as to be connected to the rear side from both sides of the water absorbent sheet portion 10. Thereby, the transmission leaking along the surface of the water absorbing sheet part 10 is prevented. In this way, by providing the leak-proof guard 16B, it is possible to prevent urination and leakage particularly in the short direction of the excrement separation and recovery device 1A. Therefore, providing the leak-proof guard 16B is beneficial when the wearer is a woman.

Moreover, in this modification, it replaces with the defecation collection bag 2 mentioned above, and the defecation collection bag 2A provided with the bag main body 21A as shown in FIG.1 (d) is used. In addition, in FIG.1 (d), since a collection port, a collar, and a check valve are the same as the component of the defecation collection bag 2 mentioned above, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and description is abbreviate | omitted.

The bag main body 21A has a rectangular shape, and a bellows is formed on the side surface. By making the defecation collection bag 2A into such a shape, the space in the defecation collection bag 2A can be widely held, and the defecation can be easily collected.

For example, when the defecation collection bag 2A is accommodated in a state where there is not enough space inside the excrement separation and collection device 1, the defecation collection bag 2A is crushed, the internal volume is reduced, and the collection port 22 is There is a risk of clogging at the bottom of the defecation collection bag 2A. Therefore, the side surface of the defecation collection bag 2A is formed in a bellows shape to prevent the defecation collection bag 2A from being completely crushed, thereby preventing the collection of the defecation collection.

When laying the water-absorbing mat described above on the bottom surface of the defecation collection bag 2A, it is preferable that the bellows-shaped side surface be extended so as to maintain a fully extended state. In a state in which the side surface of the bellows shape is bent, the state is the same as when there are multiple layers of space inside the defecation collection bag 2A. Therefore, when the collected defecation stays in the uppermost space, the defecation and the water absorbent bedcloth are in a non-contact state, so that moisture contained in the defecation is not removed by water absorption and leaks from the defecation collection bag 2A. This is because there is a fear.

In this modification, the number of bellows layers is two. However, the number of bellows is not limited to this. For example, the number of layers may be three or more. By adjusting the number of bellows layers, the stretchability of the defecation collection bag 2A can be appropriately adjusted.
Moreover, the bottom face shape of the bag main body 21 can also be made into a curved surface shape. When making the bottom face shape of the bag main body 21 into a curved surface shape, you may provide a gusset part in the side surface. Thus, by providing the gusset portion, the defecation collection bag 2 can be housed in a stable shape when housed in the excrement separation and collection device 1. In addition, the defecation collection bag 2A of this modification can be attached to the excrement separation and recovery device 1 described above, and the defecation collection bag 2 can also be attached to the excrement separation and recovery device 1A.

Moreover, although the water absorbing sheet | seat part 10 mentioned above is comprised by the sheet | seat member, you may make it the laminated structure comprised by the some sheet | seat from which a characteristic differs, for example. For example, when the water-absorbing sheet portion has a structure of three or more layers, the first layer sheet constitutes a skin contact surface and is made of a material comfortable against skin contact such as cotton. Further, the second layer sheet constitutes a water absorbing layer, and is made of a material such as a polymer having water absorbability, for example, so that it can be worn comfortably even after the wearer urinates. Further, the third layer sheet constitutes a waterproof layer, and is made of a waterproof material such as a soft synthetic resin not having water permeability, a waterproof cloth, a waterproof nonwoven fabric, and waterproof paper. Thus, while making a water absorption sheet | seat part into laminated structure, while providing a comfortable wearability to a wearer, a water absorption leak can be prevented.

Moreover, when using the water-soluble defecation collection bag 2, a leak-proof wall is formed on the surface of the water absorbent sheet portion 10 to prevent urine from coming into contact with the defecation collection bag 2 along the short direction. May be. The leak-proof wall is constituted by, for example, a tack or a pleat provided on the surface of the water-absorbing sheet portion 10, and has a structure in which only the central portion is raised three-dimensionally by tilting only the left and right sides in the opposite direction. By providing the leak-proof wall, it is possible to prevent urine from leaking to the defecation collection bag 2 located behind the leak-proof wall. As a result, intrusion of urine into the defecation collection bag 2 can be prevented, and further, when the defecation collection bag 2 is made of a water-soluble material, dissolution due to contact with urine can be prevented.

In addition, a defecation collection bag fixing portion that covers the defecation collection bag attachment hole 12 of the water absorbent sheet portion 10 may be provided, and the collar 23 of the defecation collection bag 2 may be fixed by the defecation collection bag fixing portion.
Specifically, the defecation collection bag fixing portion is a substantially U-shaped member in a side view having an appropriate strength, a covering portion that covers the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 of the water absorbent sheet portion 10, and both end portions of the covering portion. It is comprised by the clamping piece provided in. The defecation collection bag fixing portion is attached to the water absorbent sheet portion 10 by sandwiching both pinching pieces from both sides in the short direction of the water absorbent sheet portion 10. A defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole corresponding to the collection port 22 of the defecation collection bag 2 is provided in the center of the defecation collection bag fixing portion, and the defecation of the wearer is passed through the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole. 2 is collected inside.
The defecation collection bag fixing portion has a strength that allows the brim 23 of the defecation collection bag 2 to be clamped with sufficient force by the defecation collection bag fixing portion and the water absorbing sheet portion 10, and gives a stimulus such as pain to the wearer. It has the strength (hardness) which has the flexibility which never happens.
Thus, by providing the defecation collection bag fixing portion, the defecation collection bag 2 is locked to the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 of the water absorbent sheet portion 10, and the defecation collection bag fixing portion and the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12. It is pinched by. Therefore, the defecation collection bag 2 is held in a more stable state, and it is possible to prevent the wearing defecation collection bag 2 from being attached with movement due to the wearer's movement.

Moreover, a skin contact part can also be arrange | positioned on the surface of the defecation collection bag fixing | fixed part mentioned above. A skin contact part is provided in the surface which touches a wearer's skin so that the surface of a defecation collection bag fixing | fixed part may be covered. The skin contact portion is made of a natural material such as cotton, and can give the wearer a comfortable comfort.
A material having water absorption can also be used for the skin contact portion. By configuring the skin contact portion with a material having water absorption, the water absorption effect of the excrement separation and recovery device 1 can be enhanced.
As described above, in the excrement separating and collecting device according to this modification, the defecation collecting bag 2 can be stably fixed to the water absorbent sheet portion 10 and a comfortable wearing feeling can be given to the wearer.

[Modification]
Further, instead of the above-described excrement separation and recovery device 1, an excretion separation and recovery device 3 having the configuration shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 may be used. FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a basic configuration of the excrement separation and recovery device 3 according to the present modification. Hereinafter, the excrement separator / collector 3 according to this modification will be described in detail.

(Excretion separator 3)
As shown in FIG. 2, the excrement separating and collecting device 3 includes a defecation collection bag housing portion 30 for housing the defecation collection bag 2 and a water absorbent sheet portion 31 mounted on the upper surface of the defecation collection bag housing portion 30. Is done. The excrement separator / collector 3 accommodates the defecation collection bag 2 and has a water absorbent sheet portion 31 made of a water absorbent disposed on the upper surface so as to wrap around the water absorbent sheet portion 31 with a waterproof cloth 35A and a cloth piece 35. Is formed. Hereinafter, each component of the excrement separation and recovery device 3 will be described in detail.

(Defecation collection bag storage unit 30)
The defecation collection bag storage unit 30 is a cylindrical or box-shaped material having a waterproof function. As shown in FIG. 3A, a defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 33 is provided on the upper surface of the defecation collection bag housing portion 30 at a position corresponding to the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 described above. A groove 34 is formed from the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 33. A material having a high elongation rate in the longitudinal direction is used as the material of the defecation collection bag storage unit 30. Thereby, when the defecation collection bag 2 collects the defecation and expands, the defecation collection bag 2 expands according to the size of the defecation collection bag 2, and as a result, the collected material can be held without leaking.

The defecation collection bag accommodating portion 30 is formed by forming a waterproof material into a cylindrical shape or a box shape, and is configured to accommodate the defecation collection bag 2 therein. As shown in FIG. 2, the side surface of the defecation collection bag housing portion 30 is provided with a fold toward the inside, the side surface of the defecation collection bag housing portion 30 is configured to be foldable, and the water absorbing sheet portion 31 is disposed. A waterproof cloth 35A and a cloth side 35 are provided along the four sides of the upper surface. In this way, by folding the waterproof cloth 35A and the cloth side 35 toward the water absorbent sheet portion 31, as shown in FIG. 2, the water absorbent sheet portion 31 disposed on the upper surface of the defecation collection bag housing portion 30 is wrapped. By the waterproof cloth 35A and the cloth side 35 thus formed, the lateral leakage of urine absorbed by the water absorbent sheet portion 31 is prevented.

As described above, the four sides of the water absorbent sheet portion 31 are accommodated in the defecation collection bag accommodating portion 30 in a state covered with the folded waterproof cloth 35 </ b> A and the cloth side 35. In addition, each end part of the cloth piece 35 is in a state of being merely folded back, and when the defecation collection bag 2 is disposed of after the defecation, the wearer simply shakes the excrement separating and collecting device 3. The defecation collection bag 2 accommodated inside can be taken out.

(Water absorption sheet part 31, 31A)
The water absorbing sheet portion 31 is a rectangular sheet member having water absorption, and is disposed on the upper surface C of the defecation collection bag housing portion 30 shown in FIG.
A defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 36 to which the defecation collection bag 2 is attached is formed in the water absorbent sheet portion 31 and the defecation collection bag neck portion is located from the short side located at the back end located on the wearer's back side when worn. A groove 38 is formed over the insertion hole 36. The water absorbent sheet portion 31 may be a single-layer sheet-like member, but, like the water absorbent sheet portion 31A according to the modification shown in FIGS. 3 (b) and 3 (c), a defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole A piece member 37 may be provided on each side of 36 toward the inside of the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 36. When these piece members 37 are attached to the excrement separating and collecting device 3, they are folded into a valley fold on the surface side along the fold, and the periphery of the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 36 is three-dimensionally raised. It is formed to become.

Further, a groove 38 is formed in the water absorbing sheet portion 31A from the short side located at the back end to the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 36. Thus, by forming the groove 38 in the water absorbent sheet portion 31A, the defecation collection bag 2 attached to the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 33 of the excrement separation and collection device 3 can be easily removed. For example, when the wearer gently shakes the excrement separating and collecting device 3 taken out from the underwear main body 4, the defecation collecting bag 2 is removed along the gap of the groove 38. After defecation, the defecation collection bag 2 is more easily removed due to the weight of the collected material. That is, the operation of removing the defecation collection bag 2 from the excrement separation and collection device 3 can be easily performed. Moreover, the operation | work which attaches the defecation collection | recovery bag 2 to the excrement separation collection | recovery device 3 can also be performed easily.

Further, a waterproof material (not shown) may be attached around the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 36. The waterproof material is constituted by a waterproof material such as a resin sheet, waterproof canvas, tarpaulin, epoxy resin, silicon resin, polyethylene, or polyvinyl chloride. Moreover, as a waterproof material, a resin film on which a metal such as aluminum is vapor-deposited, a laminate film in which an aluminum foil is laminated, or the like can also be used. By sticking a waterproof material to the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 36 of the water absorbent sheet portion 31 that is most likely to come into contact with moisture such as urination, the waterproof power of the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 36 is strengthened. This prevents urination from penetrating into the excrement separation / collector 3 in the vicinity of the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 36, and as a result, dissolution of the defecation collection bag 2 made of a water-soluble material is prevented.

(Surface cloth 32)
As shown in FIG. 3C, the surface cloth 32 covers the surface of the water absorbing sheet portion 31A. The surface cloth 32 is made of a natural material such as cotton, for example. Comfortable comfort can be imparted by covering the surface of the water absorbent sheet portion 31A in contact with the wearer's skin with the surface cloth 32.

The wearer's anus has a concave shape, and if the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 36 is formed flat, a gap may be formed between the anus and the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 36. However, the gap between the anus and the opening of the defecation collection bag can be reduced by folding the piece member 37 and raising the periphery of the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 36. Thereby, the collection | recovery omission of a defecation can be prevented.

According to the excrement separation and recovery device according to the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, the feces collection bag 2 is provided with the excretion separation and recovery device 3 that houses and protects the feces collection bag 2 having water solubility. Can be prevented from melting. Specifically, the water-absorbing sheet portion 31 is covered with the waterproof cloth 35A and the cloth edge 35 of the excrement separating and collecting device 3, thereby preventing urination from penetrating into the water-absorbing sheet portion 31 and reaching the feces collection bag 2. can do. This prevents urination from entering the defecation collection bag 2. Furthermore, when the defecation collection bag 2 is made of a water-soluble material, leakage of the collected defecation accompanying dissolution of the defecation collection bag 2 due to contact with urine can be prevented.

In addition, although illustration is abbreviate | omitted, you may improve water absorption power by making the water absorption sheet | seat part 31 into multiple layers. Further, by making the surface layer a plurality of layers having different functions, it is possible to impart water retention power in addition to water absorption. Furthermore, you may make the water absorption sheet | seat part 31 into a single layer.

Further, in the excrement separation and recovery device according to the second embodiment described above, the opening of the excretion separation and recovery device 3, that is, the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 33 and the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 36 are rectangular. Although formed, it is not limited to this. For example, the shape of the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 33 and the defecation collection bag neck portion insertion hole 36 may have a streamline shape, an ellipse shape, a triangle shape, a pentagon shape, or the like.

With. The underwear main body 4 is provided with an insertion hole 41 configured to be able to take out the excrement separating and collecting device 1 provided in the crotch portion. In addition, the self-supporting undergarment 100 further includes a support member 5 that is disposed outside the undergarment main body 4 and supports the bottom of the excrement separation and recovery device 1.

4A to 4C are diagrams showing a basic configuration of the self-supporting underwear 100 according to the present embodiment. FIG. 4A is a front view showing an appearance, and FIG. 4B is a rear view showing the appearance. FIG. 4C is a mid-sectional view showing the internal configuration of the self-supporting undergarment 100 according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the self-supporting underwear 100 includes a waste collection / collection device 1, a defecation collection bag 2, an underwear body 4, and a support member 5. The excrement separator / collector 1 is accommodated in the underwear main body 4 and the bottom thereof is supported by a support member 5 (see FIG. 5) disposed outside the underwear main body 4.

Hereinafter, each component which comprises the independence assistance underwear 100 which concerns on this Embodiment is demonstrated concretely. In addition, since the excrement separation and recovery device 1 is the same as the excretion separation and recovery device according to the first embodiment described above, the same reference numerals are given and description thereof is omitted.

(Underwear body 4)
The underwear body 4 is a main part of the self-supporting underwear 100 and is attached to the lower body of the wearer. The underwear body 4 is provided with an insertion hole 41 from the abdomen side to the back side of the crotch part as shown in FIGS. On the inner side of the back and back bodies, there are excrement separation and recovery device mounting members 49A and 49B, respectively. Further, as shown in FIG. 6D, a support member end insertion hole 47 for inserting the end of the support member 5 is provided in the vicinity of the upper end of the front body of the underwear body 4.

The insertion hole 41 is provided in the crotch portion of the underwear main body 4 and has an inverted heart shape, an elliptical shape, etc. with the upper end portion on the back side extending long upward, and the excreta separation and recovery device 1 and the support member 5. It has a size that can be inserted. By providing the insertion hole 41 in the underwear main body 4, it becomes possible to easily perform operations such as treatment of pressure ulcers around the sacrum and wiping of the buttocks after excretion without taking off the underwear. Further, the excrement separating and collecting device 1 can be easily attached and detached through the insertion hole 41 while the underwear body 4 is worn.

When the self-supporting underwear 100 is worn, the insertion hole 41 is covered with the excrement separating and collecting device 1 and / or the support member 5.

The excrement separator / collector attachment members 49A and 49B are provided on the front body side and the attachment member rear body side inside the underwear body 4, respectively. The excrement separator / collector mounting members 49A and 49B have the same width as the members provided at the end of the excrement separator / collector 1 in the longitudinal direction or the end of the knob 15 or the like. Thereby, both ends (for example, the knob 15 shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (c)) of the excrement separating and collecting device 1 are fixed by the excrement separating and collecting device attaching members 49A and 49B when worn (FIG. 4). (See (c)). By pulling out the central portion of the excrement separating and collecting device 1 at the time of desorption, the excrement separating and collecting device 1 can be easily detached.

The underwear body 4 is made of a stretchable material. Examples of the stretchable material include knitted fabric, jersey fabric, and stretch fabric. By constituting the underwear body 4 from a stretchable material, the underwear body 4 can be easily attached and detached. 4 (a) and 4 (b) show an example of the underwear body 4 having a spats shape, but the invention is not limited to this. For example, the trunks type, brief type, long It is good also as shapes, such as trousers.

(Supporting member 5)
The support member 5 is arranged outside the underwear main body 4 and is configured to be able to support the bottom of the excrement collection device 1. As shown in FIG. 5A, the support member 5 includes a front support member 50 that covers the abdomen side (front) of the wearer, a rear support member 51 that covers the back side (rear), the front support member 50, and the rear. It has a crotch portion 52 that connects the support member 51. Moreover, the support member 5 may have the excrement separation collection | recovery attachment members 53A and 53B as needed. Further, a water absorbing member may be disposed inside the front support member 50, the rear support member 51, and the crotch portion 52 of the support member 5. Furthermore, the support member 5 may include a leak-proof guard 55 made of a material that does not have water permeability for preventing leakage of urine.

In order to stably maintain the position of the crotch part 52 regardless of the weight change of the excrement separating and collecting device 1 due to urination or defecation, the support member 5 includes a skirt part 58 that covers at least a part of the leg part of the wearer, It is preferable to include a pair of joining members 57A and 57B that are detachably joined to each other while being wound around the wearer's leg.

Moreover, as shown to Fig.5 (a), the edge part (for example, knob 15) of the longitudinal direction of the excretion separation collection device 1 is inserted in each surface of the front support member 50 and the back support member 51 of the support member 5. As shown in FIG. In addition, excrement separation and recovery device attachment members 53A and 53B for holding the excrement separation and recovery device 1 may be provided. The excrement separator / collector attachment members 53A and 53B may be U-shaped members as shown in FIG. 5 (a), but have an arbitrary structure capable of supporting the excrement separator / collector 1. The shape may be appropriately selected according to the shape of the attachment portion (for example, the knob 15 or the like) of the excrement separating and collecting device 1.

The water-absorbing member is made of a water-absorbing material that can be used repeatedly. For example, the water-absorbing member is provided in the entire support member 5, that is, in the front support member 50, the rear support member 51, and the crotch portion 52. The water absorbing portion provided in the support member 5 has a function as a spare water absorbing body that absorbs the urine that has not been absorbed by the water absorbing sheet portion 10 when the urine amount exceeds the water absorbing amount of the water absorbing sheet portion 10.
In addition, in this Embodiment, although the water absorption part was provided in the whole support member 5, it is not limited to this. For example, a water absorption part may be provided only in the crotch part 52 of the support member 5. By providing the water absorbing portion only in the crotch portion 52 of the support member 5, the thickness of the support member 5 can be kept to the minimum necessary. Therefore, the support member 5 is provided with a function as a spare water absorbing body and also has a functionality that does not hinder the wearer's operation.
Moreover, when a water absorption part is not provided in the support member 5, it becomes useful for the wearer with a little care degree and many movements. This is because higher functionality is imparted compared to the case where the water absorbing portion is provided only in the crotch portion 52 of the support member 5.

The leak-proof guard 55 is a member made of an impermeable material provided along both longitudinal ends of the front support member 50 and the rear support member 51. By providing this leak-proof guard 55, even when the amount of urination is large, such as while sleeping, urine leakage along the surface of the support member 5 is prevented. As a result, the wearer's clothes are not soiled.

The joining members 57 </ b> A and 57 </ b> B are made of, for example, a double-sided tape or a hook-and-loop fastener and are provided at the hem opening of the hem portion 58. By providing the joining members 57A and 57B, the support member 5 can be easily attached and detached. Accordingly, the support member 5 can be easily attached and detached by the wearer or caregiver.

As described above, in the self-supporting underwear 100, the excrement separator / collector 1 is disposed inside the underwear body 4 and the insertion hole 41 is provided in the underwear body 4, so that the underwear body 4 is worn. The excrement separator / collector 1 can be easily taken out from the insertion hole 41.
In particular, when the support member 5 disposed on the outside of the underwear body 4 has flexibility, excretion can be achieved by stretching and deploying only the front support member 50 in the forward direction with the rear support member 51 mounted. The object separation / recovery device 1 can be taken out. Therefore, it is not necessary to remove the entire support member 5 every time the excrement separation and recovery device 1 is replaced, and the wearer can easily remove or replace the excretion separation and recovery device 1.
Further, only the rear support member 51 can be pulled out and deployed with the front support member 50 mounted. Therefore, at the time of defecation, it is also possible to defecate to the toilet without using the defecation collection bag 2. In addition, when the buttock is wiped after defecation, the buttock can be easily wiped from the gap formed by developing the rear support member 51. Furthermore, by deploying the rear support member 51 during wearing without defecation, even if the wearer is in a lying state, the ventilation of the buttocks can be maintained. As a result, it is beneficial for early treatment of pressure sores around the sacrum of the bedridden. That is, by opening the back (the back side of the wearer), for example, when the wearer is an infant, a third party (guardian) who is not the wearer can easily remove the excrement separation and recovery device 1. it can. In addition, about the wearing method, selection by a wearer or a caregiver is possible.

Further, since the support member 5 is mounted outside the underwear main body 4 so that the position of the crotch portion 52 can be adjusted up and down, the size of the space in the excrement separation and recovery device 1 that supports the bottom portion by the support member 5. Can be adjusted, and the space in the excrement separator / collector 1 can be enlarged by lowering the support member. As a result, the defecation collection bag 2 accommodated in the excrement separation / collection device 1 can be expanded.

The end portions on both sides of the excrement separator / collector 1 after use are removed from the excrement separator / collector attachment members 53A and 53B of the support member and the underwear body 4, and only the support member 5 having a water absorption function is a spare water absorber. As a result, the number of replacements can be reduced, and the wearer can be replaced on the bed in a comfortable posture at night without waking up, reducing the burden on the wearer or care worker. Can do.

In the support member having the above-described configuration, for example, a water-absorbing material and a waterproof material or a natural material (surface cloth) can be combined. Thereby, it is possible to select a support member having an optimal function in accordance with the wearer's request, such as a thin structure that emphasizes air permeability or a thick structure that is excellent in water absorption.

As described above, according to the self-supporting underwear 100, by providing the excrement separating and collecting device 1 and the defecation collecting bag 2, the urine is absorbed by the excrement separating and collecting device 1, and the defecation collecting bag 2 can also be used. Defecation can be collected. The defecation collection bag 2 is provided with a check valve 24 to prevent the collected defecation from leaking out. Thereby, since a wearer does not touch a defecation directly, generation | occurrence | production of inflammation, such as a wearer's peeling and a rash resulting from the contact of a defecation, is suppressed. As a result, the care worker who cares for the wearer does not need to perform the treatment of inflammation, and the burden of care can be reduced. Furthermore, by preventing the spread of pathogens in the stool that are highly infectious to caregivers into the atmosphere, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of mass infection in care facilities.

In particular, in the self-supporting underwear 100, the support member 5 that contains the excrement separating and collecting device 1 and the defecation collecting bag 2 can be easily taken out from the insertion hole 41 formed in the crotch portion of the underwear main body 4. When the degree is mild, the wearer can perform the post-defecation process without requiring the help of a care worker.

Furthermore, since the entire defecation collection bag 2 is made of water-soluble resin, the defecation can be dumped into the toilet or the soil while being stored in the defecation collection bag 2. Thereby, the wearer can easily perform the defecation disposal process.

In addition, since the knob 15 is disposed at the longitudinal edge of the excrement separating and collecting device 1, when the defecation is discarded, the wearer collects the defecation collection bag 2 or the urine containing the defecation. Therefore, it is not necessary to touch the water absorbing sheet portion 10 itself that has absorbed the stool, and the treatment after defecation or urination can be performed hygienically.

Moreover, a wearer can wear in comfort by arranging the support member provided with the water absorption capability also under the excrement separation recovery device 1 so that it can cope with the urine leakage exceeding the water absorption capability of the excretion separation recovery device 1. In addition, the exchange of clothes and bedding can be reduced.

Moreover, you may provide the underwear main body 4 with the member (not shown) for preventing the shift | offset | difference of a supporting member. Leakage due to misalignment of the support member 5 and the excrement separator / collector 1 due to these members and the excrement separator / collector attachment members 53A and 53B provided on the back surface of the support member 5, and a sense of incongruity around the wearer's crotch Further, when the support member 5 is removed by a toilet or the like, the excrement separating and collecting device 1 can be prevented from falling, so that the burden of the care worker often picking up can be reduced.

In addition, since all of the water-absorbing materials incorporated in the underwear body 4, the support member 5 and the excrement separator / collector 1 that can be used repeatedly are not generated every time they are used, they cannot be solved with paper diapers made of pulp. It is possible to solve the problem.

Moreover, the separate structure excretion separator / collector 1 can change the history of human diapers over many years, and can easily and hygienically perform post-excretion stool processing that has been hated in the nursing menu. This can be expected to reduce the turnover rate of caregivers and raise the employment rate of youth for caregivers. Moreover, for the wearer, diaper rash caused by an increase in alkalinity can be reduced by mixing feces and urine in the diaper.

The self-supporting underwear 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to these items, and various modifications can be made. Hereinafter, the example of a change of each member of the self-supporting underwear which concerns on the 2nd Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.

(Example of changing each member)
Instead of the underwear main body 4 described above, an underwear main body 4A shown in FIGS. 6 (a), 6 (b), 6 (c), and 6 (d) may be used. Fig.6 (a) is a front view which shows the basic composition of the underwear main body and support member which comprise the self-supporting underwear of this modification. FIG. 6B is a rear view showing the basic configuration of the underwear main body and the support member constituting the self-supporting underwear of this modification. Moreover, FIG.6 (c) is a rear view which shows the state which expand | deployed the back support member. Moreover, FIG.6 (d) is a front view which shows the state which expand | deployed the front support member. 6 (a), 6 (c), and 6 (d) describe an example in which the underwear body 4A and the support member 5B (see FIG. 5 (b)) are combined. Is not limited. For example, a combination of the underwear body 4A and the support member 5A (see FIG. 5A) is possible. The following description is also the same.
The underwear main body 4A has basically the same configuration as the underwear main body 4 described above, but differs in that a support member end insertion hole 47 is provided at the upper end of the front body of the underwear main body 4A. That is, the crotch portion of the underwear main body 4A is provided with an insertion hole 41 configured to be able to take out the excrement separating and collecting device 1, and at the front body of the underwear main body 4A, a support member end portion insertion hole. 47 is provided.
The support member end portion insertion hole 47 is provided at the upper end portion of the front body of the underwear main body 4A. The support member end portion insertion hole 47 has the same width as the end portion 50A of the front support member of the support member 5B. The end portion 50A of the support member 5B is sandwiched by the support member end portion insertion hole 47 and is bent toward the outside of the underwear body 4A. The support member end portion insertion hole 47 has a function of adjusting the mounting position of the support member 5B. For example, by increasing the length of the portion of the support member 5B that is accommodated inside the underwear main body 4A, the attachment position of the support member 5B is higher. On the other hand, the mounting position of the support member 5B becomes a lower position by shortening the length of the portion accommodated inside the underwear main body 4A in the support member 5B.
Thus, by providing the support member end portion insertion hole 47, it is easy to change the mounting position of the support member 5B.

Moreover, it can replace with the support member 5 mentioned above, and can also provide the support member 5B shown in FIG.5 (b). The support member 5 </ b> B has basically the same configuration as the above-described support member 5, but differs in that it includes a belt portion 56. That is, the support member 5B has a belt portion 56 at the upper end portion. The crotch portion of the underwear main body 4 is provided with an insertion hole 41 configured to be able to take out the excrement separation and recovery device 1, and the excrement separation and recovery device mounting members 49 </ b> A and 49 </ b> B are provided inside the underwear main body 4. And belt portion attachment portions 48A and 48B to which the belt portion 56 of the support member 5 is attached. The underwear main body 4 and the support member 5 are configured to be combined with each other by attaching the belt portion 56 to the belt portion attachment portions 48A and 48B.
The binding portions 56 </ b> A and 56 </ b> B are belt-like members provided on both sides of the end portion of the rear support member 51. A binding portion 56A, 56B such as a pair of snaps, hooks, buttons and button holes is provided at the tip of the belt portion 56. When worn, the belt portion 56 is wound around the wearer's waist, and the binding portions 56A and 56B are detachably coupled on the front support member 50 side. At this time, the rear support member 51 is fixed to the wearer, and the front support member 50 is in a deployable state. Therefore, by providing the supporting member 5B having the belt portion 56 (see FIG. 5B), when removing the excrement separating and collecting device 1 after defecation, the front supporting member is not removed without removing the entire supporting member 5B. You only need to deploy 50. Therefore, it becomes easy to remove the excrement separator / collector 1.
The belt portion 56 also has a function of guiding the support member 5B when the support member 5B is raised and lowered. That is, the support member 5B can be moved up and down by pulling the belt portion 56 in the vertical direction. The support member 5 </ b> B supports the bottom of the excrement separation and recovery device 1 in the same manner as the support member 5 described above. Therefore, when the support member 5B is lowered, a predetermined air layer is formed in the defecation collection bag 2 accommodated in the excrement separation and collection device 1, and the defecation collection bag maintains a three-dimensional shape. Be contained. Therefore, by providing the belt portion 56, the size of the space in the excrement separator / collector 1 can be easily changed. As a result, it is possible to quickly respond to sudden convictions and prevent the collection of stool.

Further, in the examples shown in FIGS. 6A, 6B, 6C, and 6D, the end portion 50A of the support member 5B is moved from the inner side to the outer side of the upper end portion of the underwear main body 4A. Although it was made to expose, it is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 6 (e), the end portion 50A of the support member 5B may be wound inside from the outer side of the upper end portion of the underwear main body 4A. By setting it as this structure, the reattachment of the supporting member 5B after a bowel movement becomes easy. Moreover, even if it is a case where a wearer's hand is inconvenient, the supporting member 5B can be attached easily. Further, when the collected material is processed, the front and rear of the support member 5B can be easily opened. Thereby, a wearer, a caregiver, etc. can perform the process after a bowel movement easily.

In the example shown in FIG. 6D, the binding portion 56A and the binding portion 56B are bound at the time of wearing, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 6 (f), belt portion mounting portions 48A and 48B made of, for example, a belt hole or the like are provided at the upper end of the front body of the underwear main body 4A, and the belt portion 56 is attached to the belt portion mounting portions 48A and 48B. In the folded state, a member that is detachably coupled to the binding portions 56A and 56B provided on the belt portion 56 (not shown. When the binding portions 56A and 56B are buttons, they are button holes and hook-and-loop fasteners. May be coupled to each other. When adjusting the height of the crotch portion of the support member 5B, the length of the belt portion 56 folded back by the belt portion attachment portions 48A and 48B may be adjusted.

[Modification 1]
Moreover, in the example shown in FIG.4 and FIG.6, although the supporting member was arrange | positioned on the outer side of the underwear main body, it is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the support member 5 can be disposed inside the underwear main body. That is, the self-supporting undergarment 100A according to the present modification is arranged inside the underwear main body 4 and further includes a support member 5A that accommodates a waste separator / collector (not shown), in the crotch portion of the underwear main body 4. Is provided with an insertion hole 41 configured such that the excrement separating and collecting device 1 can be taken out. The lower end of the skirt portion 58 of the support member 5 is exposed from the hem port 42 of the underwear body of the underwear body.
FIG. 7A is a rear view showing the basic configuration of the underwear body 4. FIG. 7B is a front view showing the basic configuration of the underwear body 4. 7 (a) and 7 (b), an example in which the underwear body 4, the support member 5A, and the excrement separation and recovery device (not shown) are combined will be described, but the present invention is not limited to this combination.
As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the support member 5 </ b> A is disposed inside the underwear body 4. An excrement separator / collector (not shown) is accommodated in the support member 5A. The end portion 50 </ b> A of the front support member (50) is folded back from the inside to the outside at the upper end portion of the front body of the underwear body 4. The wearer adjusts the mounting position of the support member 5 and the excrement separation and recovery device by changing the length of the exposed portion of the end portion 50A of the front support member.

Moreover, when arrange | positioning a supporting member inside an underwear main body, it replaces with the underwear main body 4 mentioned above, and may also provide the underwear main body 4B shown in FIG.7 (c), FIG.7 (d), FIG.7 (e). it can. The underwear main body 4B has basically the same configuration as the underwear main body 4 described above, but is different in that it includes a joining member 43. The joining member 43 is composed of a double-sided tape, a hook-and-loop fastener, or the like, and is provided at the hem opening 42 of the underwear body. In FIG. 7 (e), for simplicity, the joining member 43 is shown only on one side of the skirt port 42 of the underwear body, but the joining member 43 is provided at the hem port 42 of the underwear body on both sides. By providing the joining member 43 at the hem opening 42 of the underwear main body, the size of the hem opening of the underwear main body 4B can be easily changed. Thereby, the wearer can attach and detach the underwear main body 4 easily.

Moreover, as shown in FIG.7 (f), it can replace with the joining member 43 mentioned above, and can also provide the nail | claw-shaped latching member 44 and the latching hole 45. FIG. The locking member 44 and the locking hole 45 are each provided in the hem port 42 of the underwear body on one side. The pawl-shaped locking member 44 is provided so as to be paired with the locking hole 45. The locking hole 44 is provided in the hem port 42 of the underwear main body, and the locking member 44 is inserted therethrough. Thus, in the underwear main body 4B, by locking the locking member 44 in the locking hole 45, the opening of the hem port 42 of the underwear main body becomes narrow, and by removing the locking member 44 from the locking hole 45, The opening of the hem opening 42 of the underwear body is widened. Therefore, when the wearer attaches and detaches, the underwear main body 4B can be easily attached and detached by removing the engaging member 44 from the engaging hole 45. By covering the support member with the entire underwear body 4B, it can be attached to the body stably and stably.

In the second embodiment described above, the self-supporting underwear 100 includes the excrement separating and collecting device 1, the defecation collecting bag 2, the underwear main body 4, and the support member 5 disposed outside the underwear main body 4. However, it is not limited to this. For example, at the time of use at night or the like, with the stool collection bag 2 not attached, only the water absorbent sheet portion 10 is attached to the excrement separation / collector attachment members 53A and 53B of the support member 5 and is placed outside the underwear body 4 You may wear it. The percentage of human excreta is said to be 70% for urination, compared to 30% for defecation. Furthermore, although the time when defecation occurs varies from person to person, it is almost constant for each individual. Therefore, there is a high demand for using self-supporting underwear exclusively as a countermeasure against urination in a time zone where defecation is difficult to occur. Therefore, the excrement separating / collecting device 1 may be accommodated in the underwear main body 4 without wearing the defecation collection bag 2 in a time zone during which no defecation occurs, such as during sleeping or immediately after defecation. By doing in this way, in the time slot | zone when the defecation collection bag 2 is unnecessary, the crotch part can be worn without being pressed by the bulky defecation collection bag 2.

[Modification 2]
Moreover, although the self-supporting underwear 100 according to the second embodiment described above is configured by the excrement separating and collecting device 1, the defecation collection bag 2, the underwear main body 4, and the support member 5, for example, support Without using the member 5, the excrement separating and collecting device 1 and the defecation collection bag 2 may be attached to the inside of the underwear main body 4 provided with the defecation collection bag housing portion supporting member. By omitting the support member 5 that is worn in a state of being overlapped with the underwear body 4, it is possible to enjoy merits such as reduction of stuffiness inside the underwear body 4, reduction of pressure, and improvement of mobility.

[Modification 3]
The self-supporting undergarment 100 may include an undergarment body 6 or 6A configured to be fully flattened in place of the above-described undergarment bodies 4 and 4A. As shown in FIGS. 9 (a) and 9 (b), the underwear main body 6 is composed of a right body and a left body, and is provided below the body part and a body part configured to be developed in a plane. And a hem opening 61 of the underwear body of the underwear body. The hem port 61 of the underwear main body has joining members 62A and 62B for making the hem port 61 of the underwear main body cylindrical.
By providing the underwear main body 6, even when the wearer has an obstacle and only one hand can be used, the wearer himself can open, close and detach in a lying state. Note that the left and right meetings can be selected depending on the degree of obstacles and the dominant hand.

The groove 75 is moved by moving the collar 23 of the defecation collection bag 2 so as to slide along the groove portion 75 of the stool leakage preventing fixing tool 7 and is engaged with the engagement portion 76, thereby being worn. The gap between the wearer's anal site and the collection port 22 of the defecation collection bag 2 is prevented from occurring. In addition, in the region of the groove 75 corresponding to the crotch portion of the wearer, a locking portion 76 for attaching the excrement separating and collecting device 1 via the collar 23 of the defecation collecting bag 2 is provided.

In the present embodiment, the feces leakage prevention fixing tool 7 is used by being put on the inside of the underwear body 6, but the feces leakage prevention fixing member may not be used, and the wearer may be provided with options. Good.

The crotch portion 74 is formed with the locking portion 76 described above, and the collar 23 of the defecation collection bag 2 is locked to the locking portion 76.

The fecal leakage prevention fixture 7 is bent and used in the same manner as the water-absorbing sheet portion 10 of the excrement separator / collector 1 described above when worn by the wearer. The waist belt portion 71 is wound around the waist of the wearer, the main body portion 70 passes through the crotch of the wearer, and the front body 73 is attached to the waist belt portion 71 on the abdomen side of the wearer.

The size of the locking portion 76 of the feces leakage preventing fixture 7 is substantially equal to the size of the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 of the excrement separation and collection device 1.

In the self-supporting underwear having such a configuration, the defecation collection bag 2 is first attached to the excrement separation / collection device 1, and then the defecation collection bag 2 and excrement separation / collection device 1 are attached to the feces leakage prevention fixture 7. . Specifically, the neck portion of the defecation collection bag 2 is slid into the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12 from the groove 13 </ b> A of the excrement separation and collection device 1. The collar 23 of the defecation collection bag 2 is locked in the defecation collection bag mounting hole 12. Subsequently, the defecation collection bag 2 is inserted into the crotch portion 74 of the stool leakage prevention fixture 7 while being locked in the defecation collection bag attachment hole 12. The defecation collection bag 2 is slid along the groove 75 toward the back body 72 side.

Thus, by using the stool leakage preventing fixture 7 according to the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent a gap from being formed between the collection port 22 of the defecation collection bag 2 and the wearer's anus.

Paper diapers using high molecular weight polymers are concerned that they may cause a large amount of dioxins if they are stuffed, rashed, increased in CO 2 , or incinerated at low temperatures during incineration. In addition, the conventional paper diaper cannot solve the pollution problem by combining the excrement separating and collecting device 1, the stool leakage prevention fixture 7, and the water-soluble defecation collection bag 2, and the conventional cloth diaper such as a conventional diaper. Then, it was solved that the urine feces could not be separated. In addition, it prevents the occurrence of infectious diseases and outbreaks by preventing the adherence of stool to the buttocks and the contact between the pathogen contained in the stool and the caregiver. No worries about infectious diseases.

[Third Embodiment]
Next, an independent support undergarment 100B according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The self-supporting underwear 100B according to the present embodiment is worn at least on the lower body of the wearer, and is a nursing underwear that can be used repeatedly and configured to be able to separate and collect urination and defecation. More specifically, the self-supporting underwear 100 is a waste collection / recovery device provided with a urine collection member 80 instead of the water absorbent sheet unit 10 in the waste collection / recovery device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. 1B and the underwear main body 4 which accommodates the excrement separation collection | recovery device 1 while a wearer wears. Since the underwear body 4 is the same as the underwear body 4 in the self-supporting underwear 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, detailed description thereof is omitted.

(Urine collection member)
FIG. 12 shows a schematic diagram of the urine collection member 80. The water absorbent sheet portion 10 in the self-supporting underwear 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is thin in order to mainly absorb urination during light incontinence and to reduce discomfort in the crotch portion when worn. Although configured as a sheet-like member, in the case of severe incontinence in which the entire amount of urine stored in the bladder is discharged, it is difficult for the sheet-like member to absorb all urine. Therefore, the urine collection member 80 has a purse-like shape in order to increase the surface area and the volume of the water supply member. The urine collection member 80 is intended for male wearers, and the opening is provided at a position corresponding to the male urethral orifice. The urine collection member 80 includes a urine collection outer member 81 having a substantially congruent shape and a urine collection inner member 82 that can be detachably mounted therein. The urine collection outer member 81 and the urine collection inner member 82 are made of a material having high water absorption, and absorb urine here. The outside of the urine collection outer member 81 is made of a material that does not have water permeability, and prevents leakage of absorbed urine. The urine collection member 80 can be used repeatedly by washing after use, but when dried, the urine collection outer member 81 and the urine collection inner member 82 are separated so that they can be dried more quickly. .

In FIG. 13, the schematic diagram of the urine collection | recovery member 80A which concerns on a modification is shown. The urine collection member 80A is intended for female wearers, and is a sheet-like member having a thickness arranged at a position corresponding to the urethral orifice. Similar to the urine collection member 80, the urine collection member 80A includes a urine collection outer member 81A having a substantially congruent shape, and a urine collection inner member 82A that can be detachably mounted therein. The urine collection outer member 81A and the urine collection inner member 82A are made of a material having high water absorption, and absorb urine here. The outside of the urine collection outer member 81A is made of a material having no water permeability so as to prevent leakage of absorbed urine. Between the urine collection outer member 81A and the urine collection inner member 82A, one or more water-absorbing sheet-like members (not shown) may be arranged to increase the amount of water absorption.
