Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-232888

In the intermediate storage facility for the removed material generated by the decontamination, the removed material is carried by a dump truck or the like from a temporary storage place such as a temporary storage site installed in each decontamination area. A total of 28 million m3 of removed material is required to be transported to the intermediate storage facility, and it is estimated that approximately 5,000 vehicles will pass every day.
At the present stage, the route for transporting removed materials is being considered in advance, and traffic is expected to be concentrated in the short term. It is not considered to open it to the residents.
When transporting the removed materials, measures will be taken to prevent the radioactive material from being scattered and leaked, and to prevent public exposure due to shielding.

However, since the residents do not know what kind of removed materials are being transported on the nearby roads, it is a reality that the anxiety about scattering and outflow of radioactive materials and exposure can not be eliminated.
Patent Document 1 discloses that information on radioactive materials being transported is transmitted in real time from a transport vehicle to a remote monitoring office, but is not open to the public.

In view of such a situation, the present invention publicly discloses information related to removed materials during transportation when the removed materials generated by decontamination are transported from a temporary storage location such as a temporary storage site to an intermediate storage facility by a vehicle. The problem is to provide a system.

In order to solve the above-described problems, a removal object disclosure system according to the present invention is mounted on a vehicle, and is mounted on a vehicle and a data storage device that stores information on the removal object and transportation information including a transportation destination. A data transmission device for transmitting information stored in the data storage device and position information of the own vehicle, a display device installed in a transportation route by the vehicle, and the vehicle passing through an installation location of the display device And a receiving device that receives information transmitted from the data transmitting device and displays the information on the display device.

According to the present invention, since the residents can know what kind of removed items are being transported, it is possible to objectively monitor the transport of the removed items.
In addition, since residents can know information (such as radiation dose) on the removed materials that are being carried now, it is possible to know whether the exposure dose to the residents during transportation is an appropriate value.
These will contribute to the promotion of “communication with local communities and information disclosure” that is considered in the promotion of intermediate storage facilities, which will lead to further improvement in the safety and security of operations related to intermediate storage facilities.

The stationary measurement device (dosimeter) 22 is connected to the display device 20 via a reception device 21 or directly by wire (or wireless).
Therefore, the display device 20 can display the air dose on the road through which the removal object transporting vehicle 10 passes. Thereby, it can confirm that the said air dose exists in an appropriate range.

As described above, the information on the removed material, the transportation information including the transportation destination, and the position information of the own vehicle are transmitted from the removed material transportation vehicle 10 to the main intersection of the transportation route, the predetermined place on the school route, etc. By displaying the received information on the installed display device 20 and publishing it, the residents can know what kind of removed items are being transported. It becomes possible to monitor.
In addition, since residents can know information (such as radiation dose) on the removed materials that are being carried now, it is possible to know whether the exposure dose to the residents during transportation is an appropriate value.

In addition, measuring and displaying the air dose rate on the road of the transportation route is also effective in eliminating concerns such as the scattering and outflow of radioactive materials during transportation.

In addition, information may be disclosed on the removal object transporting vehicle 10 together with information disclosure at a main intersection, a predetermined place on a school road, or the like. That is, the outside display device 14 (FIG. 1) is mounted on the removed material transporting vehicle 10, and information about the removed material and the transport information including the transportation destination transmitted from the transmission device 13 are displayed outside the vehicle. You can increase your chances of touching information.
In addition, it may be difficult to recognize which vehicle is the subject of information disclosure if it is displayed only at a predetermined location on a main intersection or school road. It becomes possible to make it recognize more widely.

In the above explanation, the dose rate (μSv / h) is measured and displayed as the radiation information of the removed substance. However, the radioactivity concentration (Bq / kg) is calculated by converting from the dose rate. This may be displayed.

The illustrated embodiments are merely examples of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to those directly described by the described embodiments, and various improvements and modifications made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the claims.
