振動板1aは、アルミ合金を成形したものである。この振動板1aの底面に折返し電極を有する圧電素子7が貼り合わされる。支持部2は、エポキシ樹脂を成形したものであり、上面に入出力端子6が設けられている。この入出力端子6と圧電素子7の電極は、リード線5の半田付けにより電気的につながっている。このリード線5は、支持部2と振動板1bの接着面付近で、支持部側に設けたリード引き出し部10を通して筐体外部に引き出されている。このリード引き出し部10は、リード線5を筐体外部に引き出した後、エポキシ樹脂からなる接着剤により密閉されている。
