Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fire prevention compartment penetration structure and a construction method thereof.
Buildings and the like are provided with fire prevention compartments for the purpose of preventing the spread of fire and the spread of smoke due to fire. This fire compartment separates the space between rooms and the upper and lower floors so that even if a fire occurs in one fire compartment, the other fire compartment is not affected by the fire. ing.
However, there are places through which the flame, smoke, etc. can pass in the fire prevention compartment. Specifically, there are through-holes or the like provided in the fire prevention compartment in order to allow the conduits to pass through the plurality of fire prevention compartments. In the event of a fire, there may be a problem of the spread of fire and the diffusion of smoke through a conduit that passes through this through hole.
As a structure corresponding to this problem, a fireproof compartment penetration structure in which a thermally expandable refractory resin tape or the like that forms an expansion residue by heat at the time of a fire is installed on the outer periphery of the conduit has been studied.
If the heat-expandable refractory resin tape or the like is installed on the outer periphery of the conduit that passes through the through hole, the heat-expandable refractory resin tape or the like expands due to heat at the time of a fire to form an expansion residue.
For this reason, if a fire or the like occurs, the through hole or the like can be blocked by an expansion residue such as the heat-expandable fireproof resin tape or the like installed in the fire prevention compartment. Can be prevented.

However, in the case of the conventional fire prevention
In recent years, the construction period is often severely limited in order to reduce the construction cost. Therefore, there is a demand for a fire prevention compartment penetrating structure that can be easily constructed.

The fire prevention compartment penetration structure according to the present invention can be easily constructed because it is not necessary to close the gap between the piping cables and the through hole with a filler such as putty.
Further, when the fireproof compartment penetration structure according to the present invention is exposed to heat such as fire, the thermally expandable fireproof sheet installed along the inner surface of the through hole expands to form an expansion residue. Since the expansion residue closes the inside of the through-hole, the fireproof compartment penetration structure according to the present invention is excellent in fire resistance.
Further, by using a thermally expandable fireproof sheet having notches and grooves, the heat expandable fireproof sheet can be easily installed along the inner surface of the through hole. Can be constructed.
Moreover, since the heat-expandable fireproof sheet can be installed not only in a cylindrical shape but also in a spiral shape in the through hole provided in the wall, even if the wall is thick, it is spirally perpendicular to the wall surface. Since a heat-expandable fireproof sheet can also be arranged long in the direction, the fireproofness of the fireproof compartment penetration structure can be easily increased.
Moreover, according to the fireproof compartment penetration part structure which concerns on this invention, even when piping cables are contacting the through-hole of a wall and inserting the said through-hole, it can construct easily.
