Conventionally, spotlights are mainly used for lighting of shelves and cases for displaying articles, and there is a problem that the entire shelf cannot be illuminated brightly. Further, instead of the spotlight, for example, the entire shelf is illuminated with a lighting fixture such as a fluorescent lamp driven at a low voltage. However, the lighting fixture itself is large, and the display range is reduced. In addition to problems, there was a problem that lighting fixtures were conspicuous. In particular, it is not suitable for display shelves that place an emphasis on beauty such as glass showcases in addition to open-type display shelves.
In order to solve such a problem, the inventor of the present invention can turn on a plurality of light emitters (LEDs) simply by being placed on a shelf bracket or the like provided on a shelf or case and receiving a shelf board. A lighting fixture was proposed (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).

[Power supply terminal]
At both ends of the instrument body 20, fitting projections 24, 24 that are slidable in a direction parallel to the axis C of the instrument body 20 are inserted via slide guides 25 described later. Since the fitting protrusions 24 and 24 constitute a shelf support together with the apparatus main body 20, it is necessary to attach the apparatus to the apparatus main body 20 so that deformation or breakage does not easily occur due to the weight of the shelf or article to be placed. There is. The fitting protrusions 24, 24 are not limited to any material as long as they do not easily deform or break due to their weight even when a shelf or article is placed thereon, and a conductive member such as metal. Or may be formed of resin.
A bottomed hole 24a is formed in each of the fitting convex portions 24, 24, and a spring 27 is fitted into the hole 24a. One end of the spring 27 protruding from the fitting convex portions 24, 24 is in contact with spring receivers 26, 26 arranged in the vicinity of both ends of the instrument body 20. Thereby, the fitting convex parts 24 and 24 are always urged | biased in the direction which protrudes from the instrument main body 20 by the urging | biasing force of the spring 27, respectively.
One of the two fitting projections 24, 24 is connected to the conduction portion of the shelf installation portion to supply power to the circuit board 22 and the light source 13 via the terminals 21a, 21b. A pair of power supply terminals 29a and 29b to be supplied are provided. One power supply terminal 29 a protrudes from the tip surface of the small-diameter portion 24 c formed at the tip of the fitting projection 24 and is connected to the terminal 21 a by a conductive wire 29 c wired inside the fitting projection 24. . The other power supply terminal 29b is formed in a ring shape, is externally fitted to the small diameter portion 24c, and is connected to the terminal 21b by a conductive wire 29d wired inside the fitting convex portion 24. When one of the fitting projections 24 is formed of a conductive member such as metal, a treatment such as insulation coating is performed so that a short circuit does not occur between the power supply terminals 29a and 29b.

[Shelf installation section]
An example of the shelf installation unit is shown in FIG. The shelf mounting unit supports the lighting fixture 2 as a shelf holder and has a function of supplying power to the lighting fixture 2.
The shelf installation part is a plate-like conduction part that is arranged inside a side plate such as a showcase or a shelf, a ceiling, a floor surface, or a wall surface of a building (collectively these are referred to as a wall surface W) and is made of metal. 35a and a plate-like conduction part 35b made of metal are arranged so as to face this. The conducting portion 35b constitutes the surface of W such as a wall surface, and is formed as a perforated plate in which a large number of through holes 32 for inserting the fitting convex portions 24 are formed. The diameter of the through hole 32 is substantially the same as or slightly larger than the diameter of the small diameter part 24 c provided at the tip of the fitting convex parts 24, 24, so that the small diameter part 24 c can be easily inserted into the through hole 32.
An insulating spacer 35c is interposed between the two conductive portions 35a and 35b arranged to face each other so that the conductive portions 35a and 35b do not come into contact with each other. The inner conducting portion 35a is connected to the positive side of the external power source, and the outer conducting portion 35b is connected to the negative side of the external power source.
When the conductive portion 35a or the conductive portion 35b is formed of a magnetically adherent metal such as a steel plate, the power supply terminal 29a or the power supply portion 29b that contacts the conductive portion 35a or the conductive portion 35b may be formed of a magnet. By doing in this way, the contact property of conduction | electrical_connection part 35a, 35b and power supply terminal 29a, 29b can be improved.

2A and 2B are partial cross-sectional views of the shelf board installation portion. FIG. 2A shows a state before the small diameter portion 24c is inserted into the through hole 32, and FIG. 2B shows a state after the insertion. FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged front view for explaining another embodiment of the power supply terminal, and FIG. 4 is a side view showing that the lighting fixture is rotatable.
As shown in FIG.2 and FIG.3, the lighting fixture 2 can be attached only by inserting the small diameter part 24c of the fitting convex parts 24 and 24 in the through-hole 32 of the conduction | electrical_connection part 35b which comprises wall surfaces etc. W. As shown in FIG.
If the distance L between the power supply terminals 29a and 29b (see FIG. 2A) is set to the distance S between the surfaces of the two conducting portions 35a and 35b, the small diameter portion 24c is inserted into the through hole 32. The power supply terminal 29a contacts the surface of the conducting portion 35a, and the power supply terminal 29b contacts the surface of the conducting portion 35b. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 4, since the instrument main body 20 can be rotated around the small diameter part 24c, the direction of illumination by the light source 23 can be freely adjusted.
In order to prevent contact failure due to an error between the distance L and the distance S, for example, as shown in FIG. 3A, the power supply terminal 29a is advanced and retracted in the axial direction with respect to the distal end surface of the small diameter portion 24c by a spring or the like. The power supply terminal 29b may be freely moved back and forth in the axial direction of the small diameter portion 24c as shown in FIG. In the example shown in FIG. 3B, the power supply terminal 29b may be formed of a magnet, and a part of the small diameter portion 24c (portion indicated by hatching) may be formed of a magnetized metal. In addition to the above, for example, a groove may be provided in the circumferential direction of the small diameter portion 24c, and the ring-shaped power supply terminal 29b may be fitted into the groove.

[Slide guide]
The cylindrical slide guide 25 that supports the fitting convex portions 24 and 24 (see FIG. 1) in a slidably fitted state is fitted and attached to both ends of the instrument body 20. Also in this embodiment, the slide guide 25 is formed of a non-conductive material, and is preferably formed of a silicone resin or a resin having an equivalent sliding friction coefficient.
A groove 25a is formed in the slide guide 25 in the same direction as the sliding direction of the fitting convex portions 24, 24, and a lever 24b for manually sliding the fitting convex portions 24, 24 is engaged with the groove 25a. The lever 24b is brought into contact with the end of the groove 25a, so that the fitting convex portion 24 does not escape from the slide guide 25 even when biased by the spring 27.

[Shelf equipment]
FIG. 5 is a view showing an example of a shelf device in which the shelf lighting device of the present invention is installed, and is a perspective view in which a part on the top plate side is broken.
In the example of FIG. 5, the main body 30 of the shelf device 3 is box-shaped, and includes left and right side plates 31 and 31 and a back plate 34 in addition to a top plate (not shown) and a bottom plate.
Inside the left and right side plates 31, 31, a metal conduction part 35 a is arranged, and a metal conduction part 35 b is arranged so as to face this. The conducting portion 35 b of the perforated plate in which the through hole 32 is formed constitutes the inner wall surface of the shelf device 3. The materials and configurations of the conductive portions 35a and 35b and the spacer 35c are the same as those described above. By inserting the lighting fixture 2 between the left and right side plates 31 and 31, and inserting the fitting convex portions 24 and 24 into the through holes 32 of the conducting portion 35b, both ends of the lighting fixtures 2 and 2 are supported by the side plates 31 and 31, respectively. The In the shelf apparatus 3 in the illustrated example, the side plate 31 provided with the conduction portions 35a and 35b constitutes a shelf installation portion.
By placing the two lighting fixtures 2 on the front and back and placing the shelf board 33 thereon, it becomes possible to store and display articles. Of course, articles can also be displayed and stored on the bottom plate of the shelf device 3. The article on the bottom plate can be illuminated using the lighting fixture 2 disposed above, but the article on the shelf plate 33 can be formed by forming the shelf plate 33 with transparent glass or acrylic plate. Further, it is possible to illuminate from below with the lighting fixture 2 that is a shelf holder, and it is possible to illuminate from above by attaching another lighting fixture 2 above the shelf board 33.

[Other Embodiments]
Next, another embodiment of the lighting fixture having the above-described configuration will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected about the same site | part and the same member as previous embodiment shown in FIG. 1, detailed description is abbreviate | omitted, and the thing of previous embodiment is used.
FIG. 6A is an exploded perspective view according to another embodiment of the lighting fixture, FIG. 6B is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the lighting fixture is attached to the shelf installation portion, and FIG. 7 is a lighting fixture according to this embodiment. It is a fragmentary sectional perspective view which shows an example of the shelf apparatus which attaches.
The fixture body 40 in the lighting fixture 4 of this embodiment is cut in a short dimension so that it can receive a narrow or short shelf, and the material thereof is the device of the lighting fixture 2 of the previous embodiment. It is the same as the main body 20. The standard length of the apparatus body 40 is about several centimeters to several tens of centimeters. The instrument body 40 may be provided with a translucent cover 48 that diffuses the light of the light source 23 and protects or makes the circuit board 42 difficult to see from the outside.

[Power supply terminal]
A fitting projection 44 is provided at one end of the instrument body 40. The material of the fitting convex portion 44 is the same as the fitting convex portion 24 of the previous embodiment. The fitting convex portion 44 is provided with a pair of power supply terminals 49a and 49b that supply power to the circuit board 42 and the light source 23 by contacting the conductive portions 35a and 35b of the shelf installation portion. One power supply terminal 49a protrudes from the distal end surface of the small diameter portion 44c formed at the distal end of the fitting convex portion 44, and the other power supply terminal 49b is formed in a ring shape and is externally fitted to the small diameter portion 44c. The When the fitting convex portion 44 is formed of a conductive member such as metal, a treatment such as insulation coating is performed so as not to cause a short circuit between the power supply terminals 49a and 49b. About the other aspect of these fitting convex part 44, the small diameter part 44c, and the power supply terminals 49a and 49b, the fitting convex part 24, the small diameter part 24c of the previous embodiment demonstrated with reference to FIGS. The same as the power supply terminals 29a and 29b.
The lighting fixture 40 of this embodiment becomes a cantilever type as shown in FIG.6 (b). For this reason, it is necessary to take measures to stably attach the lighting fixture 40 to the wall surface W without wobbling and prevent it from falling off easily.
For example, the diameter of the through hole 32 and the diameter of the small diameter portion 44c may be substantially matched so that the small diameter portion 44c is firmly fitted into the through hole 32 without wobbling. Alternatively, the conductive portion 35b may be formed of a magnetized metal, and the power supply terminal 49b in contact with the conductive portion 35b may be formed of a magnet. By using a magnet, it is possible to provide the shelf installation part on the top plate side and attach the lighting fixture 40 downward.

A large number of through holes 32 are formed in 35b. Also in this embodiment, the lighting fixture 4 can be attached to the side plates 31 and 31 and the back plate 34 by inserting the small diameter portion 44c of the fitting convex portion 44 of the lighting fixture 4 into the through hole 32. In addition, since the lighting fixture 4 is a cantilever type unlike the lighting fixture 2 of previous embodiment, the conduction | electrical_connection part 35a and the conduction | electrical_connection part 35b are prevented so that it may not drop off easily, when attaching to the side plates 31 and 31 and the backplate 34. At least one of the above, preferably the conductive portion 35b constituting the inner wall surface is formed of a magnetized metal, and at least one of the power supply terminals 49a and 49b, preferably the power supply terminal 49b is formed of a magnet. By doing in this way, the lighting fixture 4 is magnetically attached to the side plates 31 and 31 and the back plate 34, and does not fall off easily.
The shelf plate 33 ′ may be anything as long as it is supported by the lighting fixture 4 as a shelf support, and may be a narrow one or a box-like one in addition to a narrow one as illustrated.

[Variation of shelf placement]
FIG. 8 is a front view of an example showing various forms of shelf installation. In the example of FIG. 8, various shelves can be arranged by combining the lighting fixture 2 and the lighting fixture 4.
In the example of FIG. 8, a box-shaped shelf device is taken as an example, but such an arrangement form includes the form of a shelf installation unit (including height, width, shape, installation position, etc.) and a shelf. Various changes can be made according to the arrangement position of the luminaire to be attached to the base installation section. It is also possible to use a three-dimensional shelf as indicated by reference numeral 33 ″.
