Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 血液ポンプ(1)、及び制御信号(4)をポンプ作動信号(5)に変換するコンピューター(3)を有するポンプ制御ユニット(2)を有する装置であって、前記ポンプ作動信号(5)は、波状のサージ及び拍動流のポンプ出力の低下を生成することを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記血液ポンプ(1)は一定の基本出力も提供することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、一定の基本出力を提供する更なる血液ポンプ(7)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、波状のサージ及びポンプ出力の低下を提供する更なる血液ポンプ(7)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記血液ポンプ(1)によって供給される人工肺(8)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 流れの方向に、前記血液ポンプ(1)は前記人工肺(8)の上流に配置され、更なる血液ポンプ(7)は前記人工肺(8)の後に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記人工肺(8)はハウジング(9)を有し、少なくとも一方の血液ポンプ(1、7)がこのハウジング(9)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、特に斜流ポンプ、軸流ポンプ又は遠心ポンプ等の少なくとも1つの非閉塞性血液ポンプ(1)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記制御信号を提供するクロック発生器を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記制御信号(4)を提供するECG(10)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記制御信号(4)を提供する動脈圧センサーを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、20cmよりも長い動脈カニューレ(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 血液ポンプ(1)を動作させる方法であって、波状のサージ及び拍動流の低下を生成するために該ポンプ(1)を反復出力で動作させる、方法。
- 前記拍動流に関して位相シフトして、更なる血液ポンプ(7)が波状のサージ及びポンプ出力の低下を生成することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 基本負荷が少なくとも1つのポンプ(1)の前記拍動流に重なることを特徴とする、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 前記ポンプ(1)によって拡張期圧が上昇することを特徴とする、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポンプ(1)は流れを人工肺(8)に方向付けることを特徴とする、請求項13〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
