Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat. In detail, it is related with the vehicle seat provided with the headrest.
Conventionally, a vehicle seat including a headrest is known. Even when seated on a vehicle seat equipped with a headrest, the headrest and the head of the occupant are often separated from each other at normal times. For this reason, when a so-called rear collision or the like occurs, the head of the occupant may fall backward, causing the neck to warp rearward, and a symptom called whiplash may occur. On the other hand, it is also known that it is possible to suppress the occurrence of whiplash by holding the head with a headrest before the neck is excessively bent back. Therefore, in order to suppress the occurrence of whiplash, a vehicle seat having a function of moving the headrest forward than in the normal time at the time of a collision has been proposed (see Patent Document 1).
In the technique described in Patent Document 1, a headrest support, which is a member into which a headrest stay provided in a headrest is inserted, is inserted into a headrest holder together with a member that can be elastically deformed. By adopting this configuration, the headrest stay is fixed so that it normally extends substantially vertically upward, and at the time of a rear collision, the headrest is pushed to the head of the occupant by pressing a member provided in the seat back backward. It is configured to be able to be tilted to the side.
Although the technology described in Patent Document 1 contributes to reducing the number of parts compared to the state of the art at that time, the headrest is tilted using the load applied to the seat back from the occupant's back. Therefore, even though the configuration is still complicated, further simplification has been demanded. It has also been desired that the occupant's head and the headrest come into contact with each other prior to firmly holding the occupant's head.
By the way, it is possible to make the headrest swingable in the front-rear direction when a load of a predetermined value or more is generated due to a rear collision or the like.
Therefore, the present inventor may reduce the time until the head of the occupant contacts the headrest at the time of a rear collision by making the aspect of the headrest swinging in the front-rear direction unique. Thought.
The present invention was devised in view of the above points, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is a configuration that can shorten the time until the headrest contacts the occupant's head during a collision. It is to achieve with a simple configuration.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention takes the following means.
First, a first invention includes a headrest including a headrest body and a headrest stay, a headrest support capable of inserting the headrest stay from above, and a seat back including a headrest holder capable of supporting the headrest support in a back frame. In the vehicle seat, the headrest is held so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction when the vehicle receives a predetermined load, and a lower end position of a rear portion of the headrest holder is a front portion of the headrest holder. The amount of front side displacement, which is located above the lower end position and can move so that the headrest body is located in front of the initial position when the headrest swings, is greater than the initial position of the headrest body. Is larger than the rear displacement, which is the amount that can move rearward. Characterized in that it is.
According to the first invention, a headrest including a headrest body and a headrest stay, a headrest support capable of inserting the headrest stay from above, and a seat back including a headrest holder capable of supporting the headrest support in a back frame, With respect to the vehicle seat, the headrest is held so as to be swingable in the front-rear direction when the vehicle receives a predetermined load, and a lower end position of a rear portion of the headrest holder is a front portion of the headrest holder. The front displacement amount is an amount that allows the headrest body to move so that the headrest body is positioned forward of the initial position when the headrest swings. Larger than the rear displacement, which is the amount that can move to the rear Because it is constant, in the case that receives a load from the rear of the vehicle seat also headrest becomes possible to increase the likelihood of contact with the early occupant's head.
According to a second aspect, in the first aspect, the vertical length of the front surface of the headrest holder is longer than the vertical length of the rear surface.
According to the second invention, the vertical length of the front surface of the headrest holder in the first invention is longer than the vertical length of the rear surface. Even when working, the headrest is difficult to tilt, and it may be possible to hold the occupant's head firmly.
A third invention is characterized in that, in the first invention or the second invention, when the vehicle receives a predetermined load, the upper part of the headrest support can be tilted so as to be displaced forward. And
According to the third invention, the headrest support of the first or second invention is tiltable so that the upper part of the headrest support is displaced forward when the vehicle receives a predetermined load. Therefore, when a force exceeding the load is applied, the headrest body is more easily displaced forward. Therefore, it is possible to further increase the possibility that the headrest will contact the occupant's head at an early stage.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it becomes possible to achieve the structure which can shorten time until a headrest contacts a passenger | crew's head at the time of a collision with a simpler structure.
Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings as appropriate. In this specification, the front-rear direction, the up-down direction, the left-right direction, and the like are defined such that X shown in FIG. 1 is the front direction, Y is the left direction, and Z is the up direction. For example, normally, when the occupant P is seated, the field of view is the front, and the occipital region PbH side that does not enter the field of view is the rear.
The vehicle seat 1 according to the present embodiment includes a

In the vehicle seat 1 of the present embodiment, the

The configuration of the

Even with the above configuration alone, the
In order to make it possible to tilt the upper portion of the

When a rear collision occurs, the seat back 3 moves relatively toward the occupant P as indicated by the white arrow in FIG. Therefore, the seat back 3 falls slightly rearward due to the load from the passenger P. Thereby, the

Although one example has been described above, the present invention can be implemented in various other forms besides the above embodiment.
For example, the headrest stay need not be substantially U-shaped, and two headrest stays connected to each other by a plate-like member, such as a rod shape that extends substantially straight, or a shape that is bent into a square shape, etc. A configuration is also possible.
Further, the seat pad and the seat cover are not necessarily separated from each other, and the seat pad and the seat cover may be integrally formed.
In the present embodiment, the headrest support itself is used to press the headrest stay rearward at the upper position of the headrest support. However, a spring member such as a leaf spring is used separately from the headrest support. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the headrest stay is pressed to the rear side by disposing the headrest on the front side.
In addition, by providing a cut-and-raised portion that protrudes inward with respect to the headrest holder, an elastically deformed portion is formed, and the headrest stay is normally held so as not to be displaced, and a large load such as a rear-end collision is applied. In some cases, the headrest stay can be inclined forward by deforming the cut and raised portion.
In the present embodiment, the headrest can be tilted forward together with the headrest support. However, the headrest support may not be moved and the headrest stay may be easily tilted forward. For example, it is possible to form the said structure by providing the elastic deformation site | part which protrudes in the inner surface side (center axis side) of a headrest support.
It is also possible not to provide the elastic deformation site in the present embodiment. When the headrest swings, it only needs to be tilted more forward than the neutral position. For example, the front upper part of the headrest support is configured to be more fragile than the other parts, and the fragile part is deformed in the event of a collision. By doing so, you may comprise so that it may incline many to the front side.
Further, there is no need for a vehicle seat that can adjust the inclination of the seat back as in the present embodiment, and a vehicle seat in which the relative position between the seat back and the seat cushion cannot be changed is also possible.
Further, the rear side displacement amount of the headrest body is preferably as small as possible, and the rear side displacement amount may be zero. However, even if the rear displacement amount is somewhat large, the object can be achieved if the front displacement amount is larger than the rear displacement amount.
Further, the vehicle is not limited to a vehicle such as an automobile or a railroad, but may be a vehicle that flies in the air such as an airplane or a helicopter, or a vehicle that moves on the sea surface or in the sea such as a ship or a submersible.
