Description

The present invention relates to a tubular body cutting device for cutting a cylindrical tubular body along a plane orthogonal to an axial direction.

2. Description of the Related Art As a tube cutting device used for cutting a cylindrical tube having a predetermined length, there is a device that moves a cutting tool abutting on the outer peripheral surface of a tube toward the inside of the tube in the radial direction of the tube. .

However, when trying to cut a thin tube with low strength using a device that moves the cutting tool from the outer peripheral surface of the tube toward the inside, the thin tube deforms in the radial direction, and the roundness of the product is reduced. descend.

。   Therefore, as a conventional tube cutting device used for cutting a tube, an outer blade is disposed in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tube, an inner blade is disposed inside the tube, and the inner blade is rotated while the inner blade is rotated. There has been proposed a device that moves along the inner peripheral surface of the outer blade in a state where the portion is exposed to the outside of the tubular body (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent No. 4264908

However, in the conventional tube cutting apparatus using the outer blade and the inner blade, the inner peripheral surface of the outer blade needs to be in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tube over the entire circumference. Must match the outer diameter. For this reason, in order to cut a tube body having a different outer diameter with a single tube cutting device, a plurality of outer blades having an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the tube body are prepared, and the tube body to be cut is prepared. There is a problem that it is necessary to replace the outer cutter in accordance with the outer diameter, and so-called setup change requires a long time.

An object of the present invention is to provide a tube cutting device that eliminates the need to replace the outer blade even when the outer diameter of the tube to be cut changes, and can shorten the setup change.

The tubular body cutting device according to the present invention includes an outer blade, an inner blade, a tube body holding member, a rotation support member, and an inner blade driving member. The outer blade includes an inner peripheral surface that exhibits at least a part of a circle larger than the maximum outer diameter of the tubular body to be cut, and is positioned so that the inner peripheral surface faces the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body. The inner blade is a rotating body having an outer diameter smaller than the minimum inner diameter of the tubular body to be cut, and one side surface corresponds to the cutting surface which is one side surface of the outer blade according to the thickness of the tubular body. A gap is provided. The tube body holding member holds one end portion of the tube body movably within a plane orthogonal to the axial direction of the tube body. The rotation support member supports the outer blade and the tubular body holding member so that the inner peripheral surface of the outer blade and the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body rotate relatively. The inner blade driving member drives the inner blade so as to move along the radial direction of the inner peripheral surface of the outer blade and the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface of the outer blade while the inner blade rotates.

The outer peripheral surface of the inner blade is rotated while the inner blade is rotated by the inner blade driving member in a state where the inner peripheral surface of the outer blade is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body held by the tube body holding member and the inner blade is disposed inside the tube body. The surface is moved in the radial direction and the circumferential direction so that a part of the surface is exposed to the outside of the tube. While the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body and the inner peripheral surface of the outer blade are relatively rotated and maintained in contact with each other, the tubular body moves in a plane perpendicular to the axial direction, and the tubular body moves between the outer blade and the inner blade. Is cut between. A tubular body of an arbitrary size is cut without exchanging the outer blade within a range where the inner diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the inner blade and the outer diameter is smaller than the diameter of the inner peripheral surface of the outer blade.

According to the present invention, a tubular body having an arbitrary diameter within a range in which the inner diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the inner blade and the outer diameter is smaller than the inner peripheral surface of the outer blade without exchanging the outer blade. it can. Even when the outer diameter of the tube to be cut changes, it is not necessary to replace the outer blade, and the setup change can be shortened.

(A)-(H) is a figure which shows the cutting | disconnection operation | movement of the tubular body by the tubular body cutting device. It is side surface sectional drawing of the tubular body cutting device which concerns on 2nd Embodiment of this invention. (A)-(H) is a figure which shows the cutting | disconnection operation | movement of the tubular body by the tubular body cutting device.

A tube cutting device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the tubular body forming apparatus 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes, as an example, a metal cylindrical tubular body 100 along a plane orthogonal to the axial direction X of the tubular body 100. Disconnect. The tubular body cutting device 10 includes an outer blade 1, an inner blade 2, a tube body holding member 3, an outer blade support member 4, and an inner blade drive member 5.

The outer blade 1 is an annular body having an inner peripheral surface 11 having a diameter larger than the maximum outer diameter of the tubular body 100 to be cut. The outer blade 1 is rotatably supported by the outer blade support member 4 via a bearing 41. The outer blade support member 4 is a rotation support member of the present invention, and is attached to a frame (not shown) so as to be movable along the axial direction X. The outer blade support member 4 is positioned in the frame such that a cutting surface 12 that is one side surface of the outer blade 1 is located at a cutting position in the axial direction X.

The inner blade 2 is a rotating body having an outer diameter smaller than the minimum inner diameter of the tube body 100 to be cut. The inner blade 2 is supported by the inner blade driving member 5 with the rotary shaft 21 parallel to the axial direction X. The inner blade drive member 5 moves the inner blade 2 along the radial direction of the inner peripheral surface of the outer blade 1 and the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface of the outer blade 1. The movement drive unit 52 is provided. The inner blade driving member 5 is attached to a frame (not shown) so as to be movable in the axial direction X. The inner blade driving member 5 is positioned so that a space corresponding to the thickness of the tubular body 100 is formed between one side surface 21 of the inner blade 2 and the cut surface 12 of the outer blade 1. Is positioned.

The tube body holding member 3 includes a chuck portion 31 that holds one end portion of the tube body 100, a horizontal holding portion 32 that holds the chuck portion 31 movably in a horizontal direction in a plane orthogonal to the axial direction X, and a horizontal holding portion 32. Is provided with a vertical holding portion 33 movably holding in the vertical direction in a plane orthogonal to the axial direction X. Therefore, the tubular body 100 held by the tubular body holding member 3 can freely move in a plane orthogonal to the actual direction. The chuck 31 restricts and holds the rotation of the tube body 100 and is held by the horizontal holding portion 32 with the rotation restricted.

As shown in FIG. 2, the outer blade 1 is disposed with the inner peripheral surface 11 facing the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 100 over the entire circumference when the tubular body 100 is cut. The inner blade 2 is disposed so that the entire inner blade 2 is located inside the tube 100 when the tube 100 is cut.

When the tubular body 100 is cut by the tubular body cutting device 10, one end of the tubular body 100 is held by the chuck portion 31 of the tubular body holding member 3, and the cutting surface 12 of the outer blade 1 is positioned at the cutting position in the axial direction X. Thus, the outer blade support member 4 is moved on the frame. Further, the horizontal holding portion 32 and the vertical holding portion 33 of the tube body holding member 3 are operated so that a part of the outer peripheral surface of the tube body 100 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface 11 of the outer blade 1. Next, the inner blade driving member 5 is moved on the frame so that an interval corresponding to the thickness of the tube body 100 is formed between the side surface 21 of the inner blade 2 and the cut surface 12 of the outer blade 1. . At this time, the inner blade 2 is positioned inside the tubular body 100. This state is the initial state shown in FIG.

From the initial state shown in FIG. 3A, the inner blade 2 is rotated in the direction of the arrow R1 by the rotation drive unit 51 of the inner blade driving member 5, and the inner blade 2 is moved to the outer blade as shown in FIG. The inner blade 2 is moved toward the outside of the tube body 100 along the radial direction of the inner peripheral surface 11, and at the same time, the inner blade 2 is moved along the arrow R <b> 2 direction that is the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface 11 of the outer blade 1.

As shown in FIG. 3C, when a part of the outer peripheral surface of the inner blade 2 is exposed to the outside of the tube 100, the movement of the inner blade 2 to the outside of the tube 100 is stopped, and FIG. As shown in (G), the inner blade 2 is moved along the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface 11 of the outer blade 1 while rotating.

As shown in FIGS. 3B to 3G, when the inner blade 2 is moved in the direction of the arrow R <b> 2 while rotating, the tubular body 100 is rotated around the inner peripheral surface 11 of the outer blade 1 by contact with the inner blade 2. It moves in the direction of arrow R3 along the direction. At this time, the tube body 100 is held in a state in which the rotation of the one end portion is restricted by the chuck portion 31 of the tube body holding member 3, and the tube body 100 does not rotate around the axis. On the other hand, the outer blade 1 rotates in the direction of the arrow R <b> 2 around the axis of the outer blade 1 by contact between the cutting surface 12 and one side surface of the inner blade 2.

As a result, the portion of the tubular body 100 that is sandwiched between the cutting surface 12 of the outer blade 1 and one side surface of the inner blade 2 gradually moves along the peripheral surface of the tubular body 100, and The tubular body 100 is gradually cut by a shearing force acting from the cutting surface 12 and one side surface of the inner blade 2.

When the inner blade 2 moves over an angle range of at least 360 degrees along the arrow R2 direction from a position where a part of the outer peripheral surface of the inner blade 2 is exposed to the outside of the tube body 100, the tube body 100 is cut over the entire circumference. . Thereafter, the inner blade 2 is moved in the radial direction of the outer blade 1 in a state where the inner blade 2 is rotated or stopped, as shown in FIG. Move to.

As described above, the inner peripheral surface 11 of the outer blade 1 only needs to be in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 100 only partially while the tubular body 100 is cut over the entire periphery. It is not necessary to be in contact with the outer peripheral surface. For this reason, the tubular body cutting device 10 can cut the tubular body 100 of any size within a range in which the inner diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the inner blade 2 and the outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the outer blade 1. . It is not necessary to replace the outer blade 1 when changing the size of the tubular body 100, and the setup change can be simplified and shortened.

In the tubular body cutting device 10, the outer blade 1 is formed in an annular shape having an inner peripheral surface 11 that is opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 100 over the entire circumference. However, the outer blade 1 is rotated along with the rotation and movement of the inner blade 2. Since 1 rotates along the inner peripheral surface 11, the outer blade 1 does not necessarily have an annular shape, and the outer blade 1 can be formed by only a part of the annular body.

Further, the tube cutting device 10 includes only the rotation driving unit 51 and the movement driving unit 52 that supply the rotational force and the moving force to the inner blade 2 as driving means, but the outer blade support member 4 is attached to the outer blade 1. It may supply a rotational force.

As shown in FIG. 4, the tube cutting apparatus 110 according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes a rotation support member 34 that rotatably supports the chuck portion 31 on the horizontal holding portion 32 of the tube holding member 3. This differs from the tube cutting apparatus 10 in that the outer blade 1 is fixedly held by the outer blade support member 4. The other configuration of the tube cutting device 110 is the same as that of the tube cutting device 10.

As shown in FIGS. 5A to 5H, when the tubular body 100 is cut by the tubular body cutting device 110, the tubular body 100 rotates in the direction of the arrow R4 around the axis as the inner blade 2 rotates and moves. However, it moves in the direction of arrow R3 along the inner peripheral surface of the outer cutter 1, and the outer cutter 1 does not rotate.

Even with the tubular body cutting device 110, the inner blade 2 is at least longer than the circumferential length of the outer peripheral surface of the tube body 100 along the arrow R2 direction from the position where a part of the outer peripheral surface of the inner blade 2 is exposed to the outside of the tube body 100. When moving over the range, the tubular body 100 is cut over the entire circumference.

The tube cutting device 110 includes only the rotation drive unit 51 and the movement drive unit 52 that supply the rotation force and the movement force to the inner blade 2 as drive means. However, the rotation support member 34 chucks together with the tube body 100. The rotational force may be supplied to the unit 31.

Moreover, both the outer blade 1 and the tubular body 100 can be supported rotatably. In this case, a rotational force may be supplied to both the outer blade 1 and the tubular body 100.
