Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a liquid-absorbing composite sheet on which fish meat slices and the like can be placed to absorb exudate from the fillets.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a liquid-absorbing composite sheet on which a fish meat slice or the like can be placed and an exudate from the fillet or the like can be absorbed is sometimes called a drip sheet, and is well known or well known.
For example, in the drip absorbent sheet described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-45302 (Patent Document 1), a sheet having no water absorption is bonded to one side of the sheet having water absorption. A plurality of holes are formed inside the periphery of the sheet that does not have water absorption.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-40026 (Patent Document 2) describes a drip sheet with an absorption groove having a two-layer structure in which an opaque sheet having no water absorption is joined to the upper surface of an absorption sheet having water absorption. . In the opaque sheet, a number of drip absorption cuts are formed inside the periphery. In the drip sheet, one side facing the cut is pushed down more than the other side, so that a step-shaped opening along the cut is formed in the drip sheet. As an example of the cut, a rectangular shape having a length of 20 mm and a width of 0.02 mm is shown.
A drip absorbent sheet with an absorption hole described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-21865 (Patent Document 3) is a two-layer structure in which an opaque layer having no water absorption or an opaque layer having water absorption is bonded to the upper surface of the water absorption layer. In the structural sheet, a mortar-shaped opening hole is formed inside the periphery of the opaque layer. In the opaque layer in another example of the drip sheet, a mortar-shaped opening hole and a slit-shaped absorption hole are formed inside the periphery.
Conventional liquid-absorbing composite sheets (drip sheets) are usually divided into two or three parts using a cutting tool such as scissors or a knife when you want to use it as a small size sheet. there were. This invention makes it a subject to add an improvement to a composite sheet so that a composite sheet can be divided | segmented, without using such a cutting tool.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is intended to have a liquid-permeable upper layer and a liquid-absorbing lower layer, and to absorb exudate from food placed on the upper layer in the lower layer It is a liquid-absorbing composite sheet that can be used.
The features of the present invention are as follows. The composite sheet has a peripheral edge that defines a required shape of the composite sheet and a tear guide portion that can divide the composite sheet into at least two parts. The upper layer is formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film having an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface, and has an opening that allows permeation of the exudate toward the lower layer. 100 to 400 are formed per 1 cm 2 of the area of the upper surface. The lower layer is formed by an aggregate of water-absorbing fibers and is bonded to the lower surface of the upper layer. The tear guide portion is formed by intermittently arranging a plurality of slits penetrating the upper layer and the lower layer so as to form a series.
The liquid-absorbing composite sheet according to the present invention has a tear guide portion formed by a plurality of individual slits arranged intermittently, and can be at least divided into two along the tear guide portion. When it is desired to reduce the size, it is not necessary to use a cutting tool such as scissors.
The details of the liquid-absorbing composite sheet according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a partially broken plan view of a liquid-absorbing
As will be described later, the
In the
As apparent from FIG. 2, the
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a cross section taken along line III-III in FIG. 1. The line III-III is on an extension line of the
FIG. 4 is a view similar to FIG. 2 showing a state when the
Also in the
When the
FIG. 5 is a view similar to FIG. 1 showing an example of the embodiment. In the
FIG. 6 is also a view similar to FIG. 1 showing an example of the embodiment. The
7 and 8 are a partial plan view of the
In the present invention, an example of a method for measuring the inner diameter ID and the dimension T in the
The

FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating a part of the manufacturing process of the
In the process of FIG. 9 as well, in order to obtain the
