飲料容器の上部開口部に着脱自在に装着可能な栓体の上部に注出口を設け、この注出口と前記飲料容器内とを連通する液通路を前記栓体に設け、この液通路の下部開口部を開閉する弁部材を栓体の下部に設け、この弁部材に、前記栓体を貫通して栓体の上部に突出する操作杆を設け、この栓体上部に突出する操作杆の上部に、前記注出口を開閉自在に閉塞する開閉蓋の基端部を起伏開閉回動自在に枢着し、この開閉蓋で前記注出口を閉塞した際に前記操作杆を介して前記弁部材を閉弁位置に移動せしめると共に、この閉塞状態の開閉蓋を起動回動した際に前記操作杆を介して前記弁部材を開弁位置に移動せしめる開閉弁機構を備えた飲料容器の栓装置において、前記操作杆は、前記弁部材に設けられる弁側操作杆部に、前記開閉蓋の基端部を枢着する蓋側操作杆部を着脱自在に連結した構成として、この弁側操作杆部と蓋側操作杆部とを分離することにより前記弁部材と前記開閉蓋とが前記栓体から分離する構成とし、この弁側操作杆部と蓋側操作杆部を連結した状態で前記弁部材を前記栓体に対し所定角度回転させると弁側操作杆部と蓋側操作杆部とが連結保持状態となり、この連結保持状態から弁部材を前記栓体に対し所定角度回転させると弁側操作杆部と蓋側操作杆部とが連結解除状態となる連結・解除手段を備えたことを特徴とする飲料容器の栓装置。   A spout is provided in the upper part of the stopper that can be detachably attached to the upper opening of the beverage container, and a liquid passage that communicates the spout and the inside of the beverage container is provided in the stopper, and a lower opening of the liquid passage is provided.
