Claims (29)
- ガラス基板によって支持されるコーティングを含む被覆製品において、
前記コーティングは、
前記ガラス基板によって支持される、第1シリコン窒化物含有層と、
前記ガラス基板によって支持され、前記第1シリコン窒化物含有層の上に配置されて直接接触する、第1亜鉛酸化物含有層と、
銀を含む第1IR反射層及び第2IR反射層であって、前記第1IR反射層は前記第2IR反射層より前記ガラス基板にさらに近い位置に配置され、銀を含む前記第1IR反射層は前記第1亜鉛酸化物含有層の上に配置されて直接接触する、銀を含む第1IR反射層及び第2IR反射層と、
前記第1IR反射層の上に配置されて直接接触する、Ni及び/又はCrを含む実質的に金属性の吸収層と、
前記実質的に金属性の吸収層の上に配置されて直接接触する、第2シリコン窒化物含有層と、
前記第2シリコン窒化物含有層の上に配置されて直接接触する金属酸化物含有層と、
前記第2IR反射層の下に位置して直接接触し、前記金属酸化物含有層の上に配置される、第2亜鉛酸化物含有層と、
前記第2IR反射層の上に配置される、少なくとも1つの誘電体層と、
を含み、
前記コーティングは、3.0Ω/□以下のシート抵抗を有し、一体型で測定された前記被覆製品は、可視光線透過率が約20%〜70%で、ガラス側可視光線反射率が少なくとも20%であり、前記ガラス側可視光線反射率が前記被覆製品のフィルム側可視光線反射率より少なくとも5%高い、
ガラス基板によって支持されるコーティングを含む被覆製品。 - 前記第1IR反射層と前記ガラス基板との間に高インデックス層が配置されない、
請求項1に記載の被覆製品。 - 一体型で測定された前記被覆製品は、可視光線透過率が約35%〜55%である、
請求項1又は2に記載の被覆製品。 - 一体型で測定された前記被覆製品は、ガラス側可視光線反射率が20%〜50%である、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 一体型で測定された前記被覆製品は、ガラス側可視光線反射率が20%〜35%である、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 一体型で測定された前記被覆製品は、ガラス側可視光線反射率が24%〜30%である、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記実質的に金属性の吸収層は、厚さが約25〜50オングストロームである、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記被覆製品は、可視光線透過率が約30%〜60%である、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記被覆製品は、可視光線透過率が約35%〜45%である、
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記吸収層は、本質的にNiCrで構成される、
請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記被覆製品は、熱処理される、
請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記被覆製品は、焼き戻し処理され、前記焼き戻し処理によってガラス側反射率ΔE*値が4.5以下となる、
請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記第2シリコン窒化物含有層は、前記第1シリコン窒化物含有層より少なくとも約50オングストローム薄い、
請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記金属酸化物は、スズ酸化物である、
請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記少なくとも1つの誘電体層は、第3シリコン窒化物含有層を含む前記第2IR反射層の上に配置される、
請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記第2シリコン窒化物含有層は、前記第3シリコン窒化物含有層より少なくとも約100オングストローム薄い、
請求項15に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記第2亜鉛酸化物含有層が前記金属酸化物含有層に直接接触する、
請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 間隔を置いて他のガラス基板に結合される、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品を含む
断熱ガラス(IG)窓ユニット。 - 前記コーティングは、太陽に最も近い前記ガラス基板の内部表面上に位置し、前記IG窓ユニットは、外側可視光線反射率が23%〜30%であり、SHGC値が0.25未満である、
請求項18に記載のIG窓ユニット。 - ガラス基板によって支持されるコーティングを含む被覆製品において、
前記コーティングは、
銀を含む第1IR反射層及び第2IR反射層であって、前記第1IR反射層は、前記第2IR反射層よりガラス基板にさらに近い位置に配置され、銀を含む前記第1IR反射層は、亜鉛酸化物含有層の上に配置されて直接接触する、銀を含む第1IR反射層及び第2IR反射層と、
前記第1IR反射層の上に配置されて直接接触する実質的に金属性の吸収層と、
前記実質的に金属性の吸収層の上に配置されて直接接触する窒化物含有層と、
前記窒化物含有層の上に位置する金属酸化物含有層と、
前記第2IR反射層の上に位置する少なくとも1つの誘電体層と、
を含み、
前記コーティングは、シート抵抗が3.0Ω/□以下であって、一体型で測定された前記被覆製品は、可視光線透過率が約20%〜70%で、ガラス側可視光線反射率が少なくとも20%である、
ガラス基板によって支持されるコーティングを含む被覆製品。 - 前記第1IR反射層と前記ガラス基板との間に高インデックス層が配置されない、
請求項20に記載の被覆製品。 - 一体型で測定された前記被覆製品は、ガラス側可視光線反射率が24%〜30%である、
請求項20又は21に記載の被覆製品 - 前記実質的に金属性の吸収層は、厚さが約25〜50オングストロームである、
請求項20から22のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記吸収層はNiCrの窒化物を含む、

請求項20から25のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。 - 前記ガラス側可視光線反射率が前記被覆製品のフィルム側可視光線反射率より少なくとも5%高い、
