Description
Claims (18)
- 被験者の体温を非接触、非侵襲的に決定するための測定システムであり、
被験者と係合するように構成される係合体、
前記被験者の体温に関連する測定値を搬送する1つ以上の出力信号を生成する、前記係合体により担持される1つ以上のセンサー、
前記係合体及び/又は前記被験者と熱エネルギーを交換するように構成される熱交換器、並びに
コンピュータープログラムモジュールを実施するように構成される1つ以上の処理器
を有する測定システムにおいて、
前記コンピュータープログラムモジュールは、
前記熱交換器を制御して、前記被験者と前記係合体との間の係合点又はその近くの前記係合体の構造温度を調節するように構成される制御モジュール、並びに
前記1つ以上の出力信号に基づく前記構造温度の調節に対する前記被験者の熱応答に基づいて前記被験者の抹消体温を決めるように構成されるパラメタ決定モジュール
を有する、測定システム。 - 前記係合体は、前記被験者をその上で支持するように構成される、請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記係合体は、前記被験者により着用されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記熱交換器は、冷却部を有する、請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記熱交換器は、加熱部を有する、請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記制御モジュールは、前記熱交換器を制御して、前記調節が係合点又はその近くの前記被験者の灌流を前記熱応答に基づいて評価するのに適した既定の熱的条件に対応するような前記構造温度を調節するように構成される、請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記制御モジュールは、前記熱交換器を制御して、前記調節が係合点又はその近くの前記被験者の体温調節応答を査定するのに適した既定の熱的条件に対応するような前記構造温度を調節するように構成される、請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 格子状に配された複数のセンサーを有する、請求項1に記載の測定システムにおいて、
前記パラメタ決定モジュールは、前記複数のセンサーの少なくとも1つのセンサーが抹消体温を、及び前記複数のセンサーの少なくとも1つのセンサーが中核体温を決定するように構成される、測定システム。 - 被験者の体温を非接触、非侵襲的に決定するための方法において、
被験者を係合体と係合するステップ、
前記被験者の体温に関連する測定値を搬送する1つ以上の出力信号を生成するステップ、
前記被験者と前記係合体との間の係合点又はその近くの前記係合体の構造温度を調節するステップ、
前記構造温度の調節に対する前記被験者の熱応答に基づいて、前記被験者の抹消体温を決定するステップ
を有する方法。 - 前記係合体は、前記被験者をその上で支持するように構成される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記係合体は、前記被験者により着用されるように構成される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記構造温度を調節するステップは、前記被験者と前記被験者支持構造との間の係合点又はその近くの前記構造温度を冷却するステップを有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記構造温度を調節するステップは、前記被験者と前記被験者支持構造との間の係合点又はその近くの前記構造温度を加熱するステップを有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 被験者の体温を非接触、非侵襲的に決定するために構成されるシステムにおいて、
被験者を係合する手段、
前記被験者の体温に関連する測定値を搬送する1つ以上の出力信号を生成する手段、
前記被験者との係合点又はその近くの前記被験者を係合する手段の構造温度を調節する手段、及び
前記構造温度の調節に対する前記被験者の熱応答に基づいて抹消体温を決定する手段
を有するシステム。 - 前記被験者を係合する手段は、前記被験者をその上で支持するように構成される、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記被験者を係合する手段は、前記被験者により着用されるように構成される、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記構造温度を調節する手段は、前記被験者と前記被験者を係合する手段との間の係合点又はその近くの前記構造温度を冷却するための手段を有する、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記構造温度を調節する手段は、前記被験者と前記被験者を係合する手段との間の係合店又はその近くの前記構造温度を加熱するための手段を有する、請求項14に記載のシステム。
