Description

・1%(0.6°)〜23.1%(13°)の屋根勾配を有する屋根表面と、
・当該屋根表面上に配置された、少なくとも1つの本発明のソーラーモジュールとを有する平屋根を含む。
・担体層と、当該担体層上に相互に重ねて、第2の中間層と、少なくとも1つの太陽電池と、第2の中間層とフロントパネルを積層し、ここでこの担体層を、周囲を取り囲んでいる、フロントパネルからの突出部とともに配置する
・エッジ強化部を、フロントパネルからの突出部とともに、フロントパネル上に配置する
・フロントパネルからのエッジ強化部の突出部と、フロントパネルからの担体層の突出部との間の間隙を密閉剤によって充填する
Claims (15)
- ソーラーモジュール(1)であって、
・担体層(2)と、第1の中間層(3)と、少なくとも1つの太陽電池(4)と、第2の中間層(5)と、フロントパネル(6)とを相互に重ねて有しており、
・前記フロントパネル(6)の上に配置されている、周囲を取り囲んでいるエッジ強化部(7)を有しており、
・周囲を取り囲んでいる、前記フロントパネル(6)からの前記担体層(2)の突出部(13)と、周囲を取り囲んでいる、前記フロントパネル(6)からの前記エッジ強化部(7)の突出部(14)とによって形成されている間隙(51)を有しており、
前記間隙(51)は、密閉剤(50)を有している、
ことを特徴とするソーラーモジュール(1)。 - 前記周囲を取り囲んでいる、フロントパネル(6)からの担体層(2)の突出部(13)および/または前記周囲を取り囲んでいる、フロントパネル(6)からのエッジ強化部(7)の突出部(14)は、少なくとも0.3cm、有利には0.3cm〜5cm、特に有利には0.3cm〜1cmである、請求項1記載のソーラーモジュール(1)。
- 前記エッジ強化部(7)は、前記フロントパネル(6)の、周囲を取り囲んでいる少なくとも1つのエッジ領域(9)を覆っており、当該エッジ領域(9)は少なくとも0.2cm、有利には0.5cm〜5cm、特に有利には1cm〜2cmである、請求項1または2記載のソーラーモジュール(1)。
- 前記ソーラーモジュール(1)の各角(12)および/または各外面(I、II、III、IV)で前記エッジ強化部(7)は少なくとも1つの排水溝(8)を有しており、当該排水溝(8)は前記エッジ強化部(7)の内側(10)と外側(11)とをつないでいる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のソーラーモジュール(1)。
- 前記排水溝(8)は、0.3mm〜5mm、有利には2mm〜4mmの幅を有している、請求項4記載のソーラーモジュール(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの集電部(21)が、前記フロントパネル(6)の開口部(16)、前記エッジ強化部(7)の開口部(17)および/または前記担体層(2)の開口部(18)内に配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のソーラーモジュール(1)。
- 前記密閉剤(50)は、ポリウレタン(PU)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリアミド(PA)、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、アクリロニトリル・ブタジエン・スチレン・共重合合成樹脂(ABS)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、スチレン・ブタジエン(SB)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、熱可塑性エラストマーまたはブチルベース、アクリルベース、ビチューメンベースまたはシリコーンベースの接着剤、および/または、それらの混合物を含んでいる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のソーラーモジュール(1)。
- 前記太陽電池(4)は、単結晶または多結晶の、ドーピングされた半導体材料、有利にはシリコンまたはガリウム−砒化物から成る半導体材料、または、薄膜太陽電池、有利にはアモルファスシリコンまたはマイクロモルフシリコンまたは多結晶シリコンから成る薄膜太陽電池、または、カドミウム−テルル化物(CdTe)、または、ガリウム−砒化物(GaAs)、または、銅−インジウム−(ガリウム)−セレン化物−硫化物(Cu(In,Ga)(S,Se)2)、または、銅−亜鉛−すず−スルフォ−セレン化物(CZTS)、または、有機半導体、またはタンデムセルを含む、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のソーラーモジュール(1)。
- 前記フロントパネル(6)は、ガラス、有利には板ガラス、フロートガラス、石英ガラス、ホウ珪酸ガラス、ソーラーガラス、ソーダ石灰ガラス、または、ポリマー、有利にはポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリメチルメタクリレートおよび/またはそれらの混合物、または、フッ化ポリマー、有利にはエチレン・テトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、フッ化エチレン・プロピレン(FEP)、または、ペルフルオロアルコキシアルカン(PFA)および/またはそれらの混合物を含んでいる、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記フロントパネル(6)は、0.9mm〜2.8mmの厚さを有する、熱によって部分的に焼戻しされたガラスまたは焼戻しされたガラスを含んでいる、請求項9記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記担体層(2)は第1の熱膨張係数を有しており、前記フロントパネル(6)は第2の熱膨張係数を有しており、前記第1の熱膨張係数と前記フロントパネル(6)の前記第2の熱膨張係数との間の差は、前記第2の熱膨張係数の300%以下、有利には17%以下である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記担体層(2)は、7.3×10−6/K〜35×10−6/Kの第1の熱膨張係数を有する、グラスファイバーによって強化されたプラスチックを含んでいる、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のソーラーモジュール。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のソーラーモジュール(1)の製造方法であって、
少なくとも、前記フロントパネル(6)からの前記エッジ強化部(7)の前記突出部(14)と、前記フロントパネル(6)からの前記担体層(2)の前記突出部(13)との間の少なくとも1つの前記間隙(51)を密閉剤(50)によって充填する、
ことを特徴とする、ソーラーモジュールの製造方法。 - 建物または、水上移動用、陸上移動用または空中移動用の乗り物の平屋根(30)、有利には金属製平屋根上での請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のソーラーモジュール(1)の使用。
- 1%〜23.1%、有利には2%〜17.6%、特に有利には5%〜8.8%の屋根勾配を有する平屋根上での、請求項14記載のソーラーモジュール(1)の使用。
