Claims (14)
- 放射性物質を持った位置を有する対象にエネルギを加えるエネルギ適用装置であって:
前記放射性物質を持った前記位置を検出するために使用される位置検出ユニット,及び
前記対象の前記検出された位置にx線を当てるx線ユニット
を有するエネルギ適用装置。 - 手持ち式のデバイス及び体内デバイスのうちの少なくとも1つであるインターベンショナルデバイスを有し、該インターベンショナルデバイスは、前記放射性物質を持った前記位置が検出可能であり且つx線が前記インターベンショナルデバイスを介して前記検出された位置へ適用されるように、前記位置検出ユニットの少なくとも一部及び前記x線ユニットの少なくとも一部を含む、
請求項1に記載のエネルギ適用装置。 - 前記位置検出ユニットは、前記放射性物質からの放射線を検出し且つ該検出された放射線を示す検出信号を生成する検出素子のアレイを有する、
請求項1に記載のエネルギ適用装置。 - 前記検出素子のアレイは、夫々の検出素子の位置に応じて空間検出信号を生成するよう構成され、
当該エネルギ適用装置は、前記空間検出信号に基づき最大放射能の方向を決定する方向決定ユニットを有する、
請求項3に記載のエネルギ適用装置。 - 前記方向決定ユニットは、前記空間検出信号を識別し且つ該識別された空間検出信号に基づき前記最大放射能の方向を決定するよう構成される、
請求項4に記載のエネルギ適用装置。 - 前記決定された最大放射能の方向を出力する出力ユニット
を有する請求項4に記載のエネルギ適用装置。 - 前記検出素子のアレイは、前記検出された放射線のエネルギ分解スペクトルを検出することを可能にするよう構成され、
当該エネルギ適用装置は、前記検出されたエネルギ分解スペクトルに応じて前記放射性物質の放射能量を決定する放射能量決定ユニットを更に有する、
請求項3に記載のエネルギ適用装置。 - 前記検出素子のアレイは、単一の検出放射能イベントが検出される計数モードと、積算モードとの間で切り替えられ、
当該エネルギ適用装置は、前記検出素子のアレイが、前記x線が当てられない場合に前記計数モードにおいて動作し、且つ、前記検出素子のアレイが、前記x線が当てられる場合に前記積算モードにおいて動作するように、前記位置検出ユニットを制御する検出及びx線適用制御ユニットを更に有し、
前記x線が当てられる場合に、前記検出素子のアレイは、前記対象によって散乱される散乱x線を検出し、
前記検出及びx線適用制御ユニットは、前記散乱x線に応じて前記x線ユニットを制御するよう構成される、
請求項3に記載のエネルギ適用装置。 - 参照座標系に関して当該エネルギ適用装置の少なくとも一部の位置付けを決定する位置決めユニット
を更に有する請求項1に記載のエネルギ適用装置。 - 前記参照座標系に関して登録される前記対象の画像を提供する画像提供ユニット,及び
前記対象に対する当該エネルギ適用装置の前記少なくとも一部の前記決定された位置付けを示すディスプレイ
を更に有する請求項9に記載のエネルギ適用装置。 - 対象にエネルギを加える手持ち式のデバイス及び体内デバイスのうちの少なくとも1つであるインターベンショナルデバイスであって、
放射性物質を持った位置を検出するために使用される位置検出ユニットの少なくとも一部と、前記対象の前記検出された位置にx線を当てるx線ユニットの少なくとも一部とを有して、前記放射性物質の前記位置が検出され且つx線が当該インターベンショナルデバイスを介して前記検出された位置へ適用されるようにする、
インターベンショナルデバイス。 - 請求項11に記載のインターベンショナルデバイスを制御する制御デバイスであって、
a)前記放射性物質を持った前記位置の検出を制御するために前記位置検出ユニット、及びb)前記検出された位置へのx線の適用を制御するために前記x線ユニット、のうちの少なくとも一方を制御するよう構成される、
制御デバイス。 - 放射性物質を持った位置を有する対象にエネルギを加えるエネルギ適用方法であって:
前記放射性物質を持った前記位置を検出するステップ,及び
x線ユニットによって前記対象の前記検出された位置にx線を当てるステップ
を有するエネルギ適用方法。 - 対象にエネルギを加えるエネルギ適用コンピュータプログラムであって、
当該コンピュータプログラムが請求項1に記載のエネルギ適用装置を制御するコンピュータで実行される場合に、該エネルギ適用装置に、請求項13に記載のエネルギ適用方法のステップを実行させるプログラムコード手段
を有するエネルギ適用コンピュータプログラム。
