Claims (16)

前記対象物の一部分上に少なくとも前記複数の雲状液滴の一部を堆積させ、前記一部分の汚染除去を促進することと、
を備える方法。 - ストリーム(306、502)を放出することは、前記ストリームを放出する前に前記複数の雲状液滴が空気中に浮遊している間、所定の時間待機することをさらに備える請求項1に記載の方法(300)。
- ストリーム(306、502)を放出することは、少なくとも前記複数のストリーム液滴の1つが前記複数の雲状液滴に影響を与えるように前記ストリーム(502)を指向させることをさらに備える請求項1又は2に記載の方法(300)。

複数のストリーム液滴を含むストリーム(502)を前記雲(402)内に放出するように構成された噴霧装置(208)であって、少なくとも前記複数のストリーム液滴の一部が静電荷を有し、少なくとも前記複数の雲状液滴の一部が前記対象物の一部分上に堆積され、前記一部分の汚染除去を促進する、噴霧装置と、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記噴霧装置(208)は、前記ストリーム(502)を放出する前に前記複数の雲状液滴が空気中に浮遊している間、所定の時間待機するように構成される請求項8に記載のシステム(200)。
- 前記噴霧装置(208)は、少なくとも前記複数のストリーム液滴の1つが複数の前記雲状液滴に影響を与えるように前記ストリーム(502)を指向するように構成される請求項8又は9に記載のシステム(200)。
- 電界を生成するように構成された帯電装置(214)であって、前記ストリーム(502)が前記電界を介して放出される、帯電装置をさらに備える請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(200)。
- ハウジング(216)であって、前記ミスト装置(202)及び前記噴霧装置(208)を前記ハウジング(216)内に配置可能である、ハウジングをさらに備える請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(200)。
- リザーバ(204、210)であって、前記ミスト装置(202)及び前記噴霧装置(208)が前記リザーバ(204、210)で共に流体連通する、リザーバをさらに備える請求項8から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(200)。
- ミスト構成及び噴霧構成との間で選択的に調整可能なノズルをさらに備える請求項8から13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(200)。
- 前記複数の雲状液滴が約0.1ミクロンから約0.5ミクロンの間の平均粒子サイズを有する請求項8に記載のシステム(200)。
- 前記複数の雲状液滴が約6.0ミクロンから20.0ミクロンの間の平均粒子サイズを有する請求項8に記載のシステム(200)。
