Abstract
本発明のセンシング基板によれば、バッテリーセルとセンシング基板との結合工程が単純化し、多段に積層されるセルにセンシング基板が一度に連結されることで製品の作製にかかるコストと時間を削減できる。また、センシング基板の着脱が容易であるため部品を容易に交換できる。さらに、温度センサが取り付けられるブラケットと一体に形成できるため温度センサをバッテリーセルに容易に固定することができる。

Claims (5)
- 一方の側に露出した正極および負極を有するバッテリーセルの電圧および温度を検知するためのセンシング基板であって、
前記センシング基板の底面に前記正極および負極がそれぞれ挿入されるように前記一方の側または他方の側が開放されており、前記正極および負極の長さ方向に対応するように形成されるスロットを備える、バッテリーセルのセンシング基板。 - 前記センシング基板の長さ方向に沿って多数個の前記スロットが所定距離離隔して形成されるにあたり、前記スロット間の隔離距離と、バッテリーセルを積層する際のバッテリーセル間の隔離距離とが一致することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルのセンシング基板。
- 前記スロットは、
前記正極に対応するように前記センシング基板の底面の一方の側に形成される第1スロットと、
前記負極に対応するように前記センシング基板の底面の他方の側に形成される第2スロットと、を備え、
前記第1スロットと前記第2スロットとは、互いに交互に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーセルのセンシング基板。 - 前記センシング基板は、一端が前記センシング基板の内部に固定され、他端が前記スロットの上端部に露出するターミナルを備え、
前記ターミナルは、前記正極および負極が前記スロットに挿入されて固定されるにあたり、前記他端の底面が前記正極および負極の上端に当接して電気的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルのセンシング基板。 - 前記センシング基板と、前記センシング基板の底面から下方に延長形成される温度センサブラケットとが一体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセルのセンシング基板。
