Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 気道装置配置の成否を評価する呼吸モニタリングシステムであって、
気道装置を通る呼吸を検知して呼吸信号を生成するセンサと、
前記呼吸信号を分析して有効な呼吸を識別するプロセッサと、
前記プロセッサに応答するディスプレイとを有し、当該ディスプレイは、
気道装置配置の分析の進捗の絶えず更新される動的インジケータ、
真の呼吸の確認の時間描写インジケータ、若しくは
気道装置配置の成否の瞬間的及び最終決定の色が変化するインジケータ、
の少なくとも一つを有する気道装置配置の成否のリアルタイム視覚フィードバックを与える、
呼吸モニタリングシステム。 - 前記ディスプレイが呼吸の絶えず更新されるグラフ表示をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。
- 前記グラフ表示がCO2呼吸波形をさらに有し、前記真の呼吸の確認の時間描写インジケータが前記グラフ表示上に表示される、請求項2に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。
- 真の呼吸と識別されているグラフ波形が前記ディスプレイ上で視覚的に区別される、請求項3に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。
- 前記絶えず更新される動的インジケータがプログレスバーをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。
- 前記プログレスバーが呼吸信号の生成若しくは処理に対応して漸増される、請求項5に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。
- 前記プログレスバーが前記有効な呼吸の識別に対応して色付けられる、請求項6に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。
- 前記プログレスバーが前記有効な呼吸の識別に対応して緑色になり、前記有効な呼吸の識別がないことに対応して黄‐赤の色合いで色付けられる、請求項7に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。
- 前記有効な呼吸の識別がない場合、前記プログレスバーが経時的に黄色から赤色へ漸進的に変化する、請求項8に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。
- 前記色が変化するインジケータが前記有効な呼吸の識別に対応して緑色になり、前記気道装置配置失敗の決定に対応して赤色になり、不確定期間において黄色になる、請求項1に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。
- 前記プロセッサがさらに前記ディスプレイに気道装置配置の成否のメッセージを表示させる、請求項1に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。
- 前記プロセッサがさらに気道装置配置の成否の最終決定をするために前記呼吸信号を分析し、
前記メッセージが前記最終決定時に表示される、請求項11に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。 - 前記色が変化するインジケータが気道装置配置成功の最終決定時に緑色になり、気道装置配置失敗の最終決定時に赤色になる、請求項12に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。
- 前記絶えず更新される動的インジケータが、第1の有効な呼吸の識別時の後に緑色になり、第2の及びその後の有効な呼吸の識別時に漸進的により長い期間緑色のままになるプログレスバーをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。
- 前記グラフ表示がCO2呼吸波形をさらに有し、
呼吸波形セグメントが、前記波形セグメントの振幅、持続期間、及び形状に基づいて有効な呼吸と識別される、請求項1に記載の呼吸モニタリングシステム。
