Claims (15)
- プロポフォール塩とシクロデキストリンとの複合体を含む医薬製剤。
- シクロデキストリンが2−ヒドロキシプロピル−β−シクロデキストリン (HPBCD)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製剤。
- プロポフォール塩がアルカリ金属塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の製剤。
- プロポフォール塩がナトリウム塩であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の製剤。
- プロポフォール塩:シクロデキストリンのモル比が1:2〜1:6、好ましくは1:2〜1:4、さらに好ましくは約1:2であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の製剤。
- 複合体中のプロポフォール塩の含有量が、4〜9重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の製剤。
- 注射に適した水溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の製剤。
- pHが7〜11、好ましくは8〜11、さらに好ましくは9〜11、さらに好ましくは 9〜10である、請求項7に記載の製剤。
- 水溶性の固体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の製剤。
- 麻酔薬として使用するための、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の製剤。
- 以下の工程:
a) シクロデキストリンのアルカリ性水溶液の調製
b) プロポフォールの該アルカリ性水溶液への溶解
を特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の製剤の調製方法。 - プロポフォールの溶解が不活性気体雰囲気下で起こることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- プロポフォールの溶解が2〜10時間、好ましくは3〜5時間、さらに好ましくは約4時間の期間で起こることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 工程b)で得られた溶液を濾過することを特徴とする、請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 任意で濾過した、工程b)で得られた溶液から、好ましくは凍結乾燥によって、水を除去することを特徴とする、請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。
