Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fishing rod member such as a front grip and a rear grip, and a fishing rod.
Various fishing rod members are used for the fishing rod. Examples of the fishing rod member include a grip body such as a front grip and a rear grip that are attached to the outside of the rod main body (blank). Such a grip body is made of a grip material such as cork or foamed EVA, and is formed, for example, in a cylindrical shape as a whole. The grip body has a rod body inserted therein and is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the rod body to constitute a grip portion of the fishing rod. The present applicant has already proposed the structure in which the surface of the grip body, that is, the outer peripheral surface is irradiated with laser light to form a display portion for characters and the like as in
However, since the outer peripheral surface of the grip body is not a flat surface but a curved surface, the display portion is formed only at one portion of the entire periphery. In addition, the length in the circumferential direction of the display unit, that is, the width dimension is short, and the display unit is merely a spot-like configuration. For this reason, although the wear resistance of the display unit has been significantly improved as compared with the conventional printing method, it has not been possible to improve the grip force when the grip body is gripped.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and the grip force of a fishing rod member represented by a grip body such as a front grip or a rear grip or a grip portion of a fishing rod is easier than before. It is an object of the present invention to provide a fishing rod member and a fishing rod that can be improved.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and a fishing rod member according to the present invention is a fishing rod member that is mounted on a rod body and at least an outer peripheral surface is made of a grip material, and the outer peripheral surface is In this case, a grip pattern in which a large number of recesses are irregularly or regularly arranged is formed by laser light irradiation, and a plurality of high grip areas separated from the surrounding portions are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction. It is characterized by being.
A high grip area having a predetermined length in the central axis direction and the circumferential direction of the fishing rod member is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the fishing rod member having such a configuration. The high grip area is an area where a grip pattern is formed. Such a grip pattern is not a character but a structure in which a large number of concave portions are irregularly or regularly arranged by irradiation of laser light, and a large number of concave portions are formed in a portion around the high grip area. Not. Therefore, the high grip area is partitioned from the surrounding portion in terms of the presence or absence of a recess. By providing such a high grip area on the outer peripheral surface of the fishing rod member, the outer peripheral surface of the fishing rod member can be firmly held. That is, the grip force of the fishing rod member is improved by providing a high grip area. Therefore, the high grip area preferably has a large area, and particularly preferably extends long in the circumferential direction.
However, since the outer peripheral surface of the fishing rod member is not a flat surface but a curved surface curved in the circumferential direction, the following problems may occur when a long high grip area in the circumferential direction is formed by laser light irradiation. That is, when irradiating the laser beam toward the outer peripheral surface of the fishing rod member from a predetermined direction orthogonal to the central axis of the fishing rod member, the laser beam is perpendicular to the center in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface when viewed from the irradiation direction. In contrast, the laser beam is irradiated at a shallow angle where the laser beam is inclined in the vicinity of both edges in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface when viewed from the irradiation direction. Therefore, it is easy to accurately form the recess near the center in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface when viewed from the irradiation direction, while the recess near both edges in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface when viewed from the irradiation direction. It was extremely difficult to form it accurately.
For example, in the case where the fishing rod member is cylindrical, the outer circumferential surface of the fishing rod member is irradiated by irradiating laser light toward the outer circumferential surface of the fishing rod member from a predetermined direction orthogonal to the central axis of the fishing rod member. It is also conceivable to irradiate laser light to half of the circumference, that is, 180 degrees which is half of the entire circumference of 360 degrees, and to form the concave portions constituting the grip pattern in the entire area of 180 degrees. Then, for example, by rotating the fishing rod member 180 degrees around the central axis and performing the second irradiation, a grip pattern is also formed in the remaining 180 degrees area. It is also conceivable to form a grip pattern over the circumference. However, since the laser beam hits the outer peripheral surface at a shallow angle in the vicinity of both edges in the circumferential direction in the 180-degree area, it is difficult to accurately form the recesses in the vicinity of both edges. It was.
Thus, as a result of further studies by the inventor, the present invention has been completed by obtaining the knowledge that no concavity is formed in the vicinity of both edges in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface when viewed from the irradiation direction. Is. That is, the high grip areas are formed at a plurality of locations at intervals in the circumferential direction, and an area in which no grip pattern is formed is provided between the high grip areas adjacent in the circumferential direction. In this way, by forming a plurality of high grip areas at intervals in the circumferential direction instead of a single location, the ratio of the high grip area to the entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface can be easily expanded and high grip Power can be secured. On the other hand, by providing an area where no grip pattern is formed between the high grip areas adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, a grip pattern consisting of a large number of recesses is accurately formed for each high grip area. And good design can be secured. That is, it is possible to easily achieve both high grip strength and good design. The number of high grip areas is arbitrary and may be two or three or more. However, an area where a large number of recesses are not formed on both sides in the circumferential direction of each high grip area. Try to provide it. The circumferential length of the high grip area is also arbitrary, and the circumferential lengths of the plurality of high grip areas may be different from each other.
In particular, when the fishing rod member is viewed from the outside in the radial direction on the circumferential center line of the high grip area, the projection length in the circumferential direction when the portion of the fishing rod member on which the high grip area is formed is projected in the viewing direction. When the maximum value of the height is A and the maximum value of the projection length in the circumferential direction of the high grip area projected in the viewing direction is B, it is preferable that B is more than half of A, and high grip force is easy. Can be secured. For example, when the fishing rod member is cylindrical, A is the maximum value (maximum diameter) of the outer diameter in the portion of the fishing rod member where the high grip area is formed, and the high grip area is formed. If the part of the fishing rod has a constant diameter, it is the outer diameter.
Furthermore, it is preferable that the central angle around the central axis of the fishing rod member in the high grip area is 90 degrees or less. With such a central angle, it is easy to accurately form the shape of the recess, and it becomes even easier to achieve both high grip force and good design. Depending on the configuration of the grip pattern, that is, the shape and arrangement of the recesses, the central angle of the high grip area can be more than 90 degrees, but even in that case, it is adjacent in the circumferential direction. An area where no grip pattern is formed is provided between the high grip areas.
Further, it is preferable that a pair of high grip areas are provided so as to face each other by 180 degrees around the central axis of the fishing rod member. As described above, the number of high grip areas is arbitrary, but by providing a pair at 180 degrees opposite to each other, two laser beam irradiation directions are sufficient, and the number of laser beam irradiations, that is, a fishing rod with respect to the laser beam. Since the number of times of setting the working member in a predetermined direction is only two, the manufacturing cost can be minimized. Further, by providing two high grip areas at positions opposed to each other by 180 degrees, a stable grip force can be easily secured and a well-balanced design can be easily obtained.
And the fishing rod which concerns on this invention is equipped with such a member for fishing rods.
The fishing rod according to the present invention is a fishing rod having a grip portion to be gripped, and a grip pattern in which a large number of recesses are irregularly or regularly arranged on the surface of the grip portion is irradiated with laser light. A plurality of high grip areas that are formed and partitioned from the surrounding portions are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction.
As described above, a plurality of high grip areas formed by laser light irradiation are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of a fishing rod member such as a front grip or rear grip, or on the surface of a grip portion of a fishing rod. Thus, the grip force of the fishing rod member can be easily improved as compared with the conventional case.
Hereinafter, a fishing rod member according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The fishing rod member in the present embodiment is a grip body that is mounted on the rod body 1 (blank) and constitutes a grip portion of the fishing rod. More specifically, the front side of the reel seat for mounting the reel to the fishing rod ( The
The
Two
A pair of high grip areas P are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the
Details of the grip pattern will be described. The direction of arrow X shown in FIG. 5 is the central axis direction, and the direction of arrow Y is the circumferential direction. The grip pattern according to the present embodiment is formed by repeatedly arranging concave connecting
The number of the first
Such a grip pattern is formed by irradiating the outer peripheral surface of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the length L in the central axis direction of the high grip area P partitioned from the surrounding portion by forming such a grip pattern is longer than the length in the circumferential direction. It has become. The length L in the central axis direction of the high grip area P varies depending on the number and the interval of the concave connecting
As described above, the high grip area P is formed as a pair opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the
On the other hand, the circumferential length of the high grip area P is not specified by the center angle α as described above, but when the
In the
In particular, when the
In addition, since a pair of high grip areas P are provided, the laser light can be irradiated in two directions, and the number of times of laser light irradiation and the number of times of setting the
In particular, the grip pattern has two inclined grooves extending in directions intersecting each other, that is, the first
In the present embodiment, a pair of high grip areas P are provided to face each other by 180 degrees, but may be provided at three or more locations. For example, when three high grip areas P are provided, it is preferable to provide them every 120 degrees. In any case, it is preferable to provide the high grip area P at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. Further, although the plurality of high grip areas P have the same size, they may have different sizes. Further, the plurality of high grip areas P may have different shapes or different grip patterns. For example, in FIG. 3, various characters are arranged in a line along the central axis direction by laser light between the high grip areas P adjacent in the circumferential direction, that is, in the area Q where the grip pattern is not formed. It may be engraved in this way.
Furthermore, although the high grip area P is provided on the substantially entire length of the
The grip pattern may be various patterns, and may be a grip pattern including irregular grooves in addition to a pattern in which grooves are regularly arranged as described above. For example, as shown in FIG. 6A, a grip pattern may be configured in which a large number of
In addition, although the case where the member for fishing rods is the
