Description

The present invention relates to a simple toilet used mainly indoors.
In particular, it relates to the backrest structure of a simple toilet.

In the field of simple toilets, commonly referred to as portable toilets, they have traditionally been installed beside the bed in a room and used only by caregivers, but in recent years some caregivers have sat on the toilet seat. Since there are people who need a long time to complete the defecation, there is a high need for a chair-type simple toilet with a backrest so as not to get tired.
In addition, there is a demand for the assistant to use a simple chair by providing a cover on the toilet seat.
However, in the case of a chair-type simple toilet, a waste container is installed below the toilet seat as in the case of a normal toilet, and after use, the toilet seat is flipped up backwards, and the tip of the toilet seat is tilted backward. Because it is necessary to take out the trash container while maintaining the body, the depth from the tip of the seat (toilet seat) to the backrest is deeper than that of a general chair, and it has a relatively small physique or a body shape with a rounded back. It was difficult for caregivers to hold the upper body on the backrest and to sit for a long time with peace of mind.
Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for adjusting the backrest depth by laying a backrest material between a pair of left and right struts by means of depth adjustment means, but simply moving the backrest material in the front-rear direction. Yes,
The adjustment range is very limited.

Japanese Patent No. 3973653

An object of the present invention is to provide a simple toilet that easily leans on a backrest and can easily adjust the depth and angle of the backrest according to the physique and height of the user.

A simple toilet according to the present invention is a chair-type simple toilet having a main body part and a back part pivotally attached to a toilet seat so that the toilet seat can be opened and closed, and the back part comprises a belt arranged between side parts opposed to each other on the left and right. Or having a backrest via the belt.
Here, it is preferable that the tension or length of the belt can be adjusted.
In the present invention, since the backrest is provided via a belt or a belt, it is preferable to provide a reinforcing member on the back, and there is no restriction on the way to provide the reinforcing member, and the reinforcing member may stand upright from the main body. The reinforcing bar may have a substantially U shape in a plan view in which the rear edge portion of the reinforcing bar is located behind the rear edge of the side portion. .
In addition, since the conventional simple toilet bowl has a deeper depth from the tip of the seat to the back than a general chair and cannot be stably seated, the present invention has a belt attached to the side of the toilet so that the toilet seat jumps vertically. The depth to the backrest may be set shallower than in the past by positioning it in front of the raised seat surface.
That the depth is shallower than that of the prior art expresses that the attachment position to the side portion of the belt is located in front of the seat surface where the toilet seat is flipped up vertically.
Therefore, when the length of the belt is adjustable, it means that the seat surface of the toilet seat hits the belt and cannot be raised up vertically when the belt is short or strongly stretched.
Moreover, when the toilet seat mentioned later is slidable in the front-back direction, the positional relationship with the seat surface in the use condition which positions a toilet seat back is said.
The length of the belt is adjustable, for example, when the user is sitting on a chair-type simple toilet, for example, the upper side facing position between the side parts erected from the left and right of the back part of the main body part that becomes the seat part Each has a belt attachment part, and if the belt is stretched strongly, there is little bending backward, the user's backrest position is relatively forward, and conversely, by stretching the belt weakly, An example in which the flexure increases and the backrest position becomes relatively rearward is given.
In addition, by attaching a cover-like backrest member to the belt, the backrest member is positioned forward when the belt length is short, and the backrest member is positioned relatively rearward when the belt length is increased. Can be mentioned.

In the present invention, the belt horizontally disposed between the opposite side portions of the back portion is arranged in a plurality of stages, and the tension of the tension or the length of each of the plurality of stages may be adjustable.
If it does in this way, adjustment of the angle which a user hits will also be attained by changing the tension strength and length between belts of the upper stage and the lower stage.

In the present invention, since the depth from the tip of the seat (toilet seat) to the backrest is set shallow, if the toilet seat is flipped up as it is, the tip of the toilet seat will hit the backrest with the front tilted, and the toilet seat is open as it is May not be held.
In such a case, the toilet seat is preferably slidable in the front-rear direction.
Here, when the toilet seat is slidable in the front-rear direction, when the toilet seat is slid forward and flipped up, it means that the front end of the toilet seat is in contact with the backrest while being tilted rearward, and is kept open.
Therefore, there is no restriction on the sliding structure in the front-rear direction of the toilet seat.

In the simple toilet according to the present invention, since the backrest is provided by a belt or via the belt, the depth from the front end of the seat portion to the backrest can be made shallower than before, and the backrest tends to lean on the backrest.
In addition, since the depth and angle of the user leaning against the backrest can be adjusted, the easy-to-seat toilet that matches the difference in the user's physique, height, or roundness of the back Become.
Since the back portion has the reinforcing member, even if the backrest is made of a belt, there is strength of the back portion, and safety against loosening of the belt or the like is high.
Furthermore, if the toilet seat is slidable in the front-rear direction, even if the distance in the front-rear direction from the sciatic position of the toilet seat to the position of the backrest is set to be short, the backrest is simply raised by moving the toilet seat forward. This keeps the door open and makes it easy to put in and out the trash.

Moreover, in the present Example, the height of the leg part 3 and the height of the armrest part 4 can be adjusted.

As shown in FIG. 4, the toilet part 5 has a side part on the rear side of the toilet seat 21 pivoted on the rear part of the toilet seat receiver 22 by a pivot shaft 21b, and the front end part 21c side of the toilet seat 21 jumps backward and the toilet seat. It can be attached to and detached from the receptacle 22.
The toilet seat receptacle 22 has a container storage portion 23 for mounting a waste container (not shown) on the lower side.
The toilet seat receiver 22 is attached to a substantially U-shaped slide member 24 having a slider 24b and a stopper 24c on both left and right sides in a plan view.
In this embodiment, a boss-like protrusion 22b is formed on the lower side of the front portion of the toilet seat receiver 22, and is inserted into and installed in the insertion hole 24d provided on the upper surface of the slide member 24. Absent.
5 shows a side view of the side member 11. Inside the main body of the side member 11, there are slide rails 11h and 11i made of bar materials parallel to each other as shown by dotted lines in FIG. The sliders 24b on both sides of the slide member 24 are inserted, and the slide member 24 can be advanced until the stopper 24c comes into contact with the rear end of the upper slide rail 11i as shown in FIG. 5B.
Thus, the toilet seat 21 can slide in the front-rear direction together with the toilet seat receiver 22.

Next, a structural example of the back part 2 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 6, the lower belt attachment with two slits cut in the vertical direction is similar to the upper belt attachment portion 11d with two slits cut in the vertical direction on the side portions 11b arranged opposite to each other. The portion 11e is formed in two stages.
Inserted into the upper belt attaching portion 11d so that both ends of one belt 41 are folded back from the front slit to the inner side of the rear side through the rear slit, and freely between the both end portions 41a and 41b. The hook-and-loop fasteners are attached to each other, and the belt length between the belt attachment portions on the left and right sides can be adjusted.
Similarly to the upper belt 41, the lower belt 42 is attached to the lower mounting portion 11e, and the length can be adjusted by the free surface fasteners 42a and 42b at both ends.
When the belts 41 and 42 are shortened so as to be straight between the left and right belt attachment portions (11d, 11d) and (11e, 11e), the position where the back hits is the frontmost side.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, when the length of the belts 41 and 42 is increased so that the centers of the belts 41 and 42 are bent backward, the depth of the backrest becomes deeper, and the position where the user hits the back when the user is sitting is rearward. Move to.
As a method of adjusting the depth of the backrest when the user is sitting, it can be adjusted by the tension between the attachment portions of the left and right side portions 11b, 11b using a stretchable belt, In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, a cover-like backrest 14 is attached so as to sandwich the front and rear of the belt.
A sectional view thereof is shown in FIG. 6C, and a sectional view taken along the line DD is shown in FIG.
The backrest 14 includes a front surface member 14a having cushioning properties and a back surface member 14b which can be attached and detached with a hook-and-loop fastener 14c and the like.
The depth of the backrest will be described with reference to FIG.
When the user sits toward the hole 21a of the toilet seat 21, at a distance between the sciatic nodule 21e and the backrest 14 which is generally at a position of about 250 mm from the tip of the hole, as shown in FIG. By shortening the length of the belt and reducing the looseness, the distance when the backrest is the shallowest is L 1 , and the length of the belt is lengthened as shown in FIG. the distance in the case of the deepest depth of the backrest by an L 2.
The distance L 1 was set to about 110 mm, preferably set the distance L 2 to about 180 mm.
State of L 1 is not placed emphasis on rest of, is a position that put the subjectivity to keep a good posture to support the lumbar region.
L 2 puts the subjectivity rest property and hips With this distance is also suitable for users who do not sit and not sit deeply curved.
Moreover, in the intermediate distance 140-160 mm, resting property and posture maintenance can be appropriately maintained according to the user's physique and body shape.
Further, by making the belt two steps up and down, the angle of the backrest can be adjusted as shown in FIG.
FIG. 8A shows that the upper belt 41 is loosened longer, so that when the cover-like backrest 14 is attached, the upper side tilts backward, and the lower belt 42 is moved as shown in FIG. 8B. Looseness makes it easier for a user with a curved back.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, a reinforcing bar 11 f is disposed as an example of a reinforcing member for the back portion between the left and right side portions 11 b and 11 b of the back portion 2 by an attachment member 11 g, and below that. A space portion was formed, and as shown in FIG. 3, a curved shape portion 11j in which the front side between the seat portion of the side portion 11b and the backrest 14 was cut out in a curved shape was formed.
In this way, the rear portion of the space portion S 1, consists space S 2 side easily enter the hand of the caregiver, easily the care of the caregiver.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the reinforcing bar 11f is attached between the side portions 11b and 11b at a position slightly below the belt attaching portions 11d and 11e on both sides of the back portion 2, and the both side portions are bolts or the like. The fixing members 11g and 11g are connected and fixed to the side portions 11b and 11b.
This reinforcing bar 11f has a substantially U-shape projecting rearward in plan view, and the rear part has a longer belt length as shown in FIG. 7B, and the backrest 14 is located rearward. It is located in the rear part.
When this state is described with reference to FIG. 8, the rear edge portion of the reinforcing bar 11f is located behind the rear edge of the side portion 11b.
The conventional general backrest often serves as reinforcement between the side members. However, since the toilet bowl 10 according to the present invention is provided with the backrest via the belt or the belt, the reinforcing bar 11f reinforces the backrest portion. As well as ensuring the safety associated with the looseness of the belt.

Next, the relationship between the position of the toilet seat and the backrest will be described.
The simple toilet 10 according to the present invention is characterized in that the depth to the backrest is shallower than before, and the position of the sciatic nodule 21e is about 250 mm from the tip of the toilet seat hole, and the sciatic nodule 21d and the backrest Since the distance is set to L 1 = about 110 mm at a minimum, when the seat surface 21d of the toilet seat 21 hits the backrest 14 as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 5A, the toilet seat 21 is tilted forward. Therefore, when the hand is released, the toilet seat 21 closes again.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5B, when the toilet seat 21 is flipped up after the slide member 24 is moved forward until the stopper 24c hits the rear end of the slide rail 11i, the seat surface 21d of the toilet seat 21 tilts backward. In this state, it comes into contact with the backrest 14, and the toilet seat can be maintained in the open state.
Thereby, taking in and out of a waste container becomes easy.

Next, a structural example of the leg 3 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the leg portions 3 are movable up and down while being slid and held by the guide portions 19 a along the outer side surfaces of the side members 11.
The leg 3 has legs 15 standing up and down at two front and rear positions from a plate-like grounding member 16 that is long in the front-rear direction, and a plurality of female screw holes 15 b are provided in the vertical direction on the inner surface of the leg 15.
The state is shown in FIGS.
A bolt 31 with a knob 30 can be screwed into the female screw hole 15b from the inside of the leg connecting portion 11c of the side member 11.
A number of internal thread holes are formed in the vertical direction of the legs, and the height of the legs has been adjusted so far by fixing the legs to the body side with bolts etc. in the internal thread holes of a predetermined height. It is known.
However, if a plurality of female screw holes are simply provided at the top and bottom, the positioning of the bolt tip and female screw hole is difficult, or the legs move up and down with their weights, so the height is adjusted and fixed with bolts as they are. It was hard.
Accordingly, a plurality of recesses 15a are provided on at least one of the front and rear sides of the leg 5 in accordance with the interval between the female screw holes, and a pin member 19d biased by an elastic material 19c such as a spring is disposed toward the recess 15a. did.
In the present embodiment, a guide portion 19a of the leg 5 is provided in a holding portion 19 of an armrest strut 18, which will be described later, and a pin member 19d is protruded toward the recess 15a via a support member 19b provided inside the holding portion 19. .
Accordingly, when the leg 5 is moved up and down by hand, the pin member 16d protrudes for each recess 15a, and the leg 5 is temporarily held.
As a result, the pin member 19d and the female screw hole 15b of the leg 5 are temporarily held in a matched state. Therefore, the height of the leg 5 can be easily adjusted by turning the knob 30 as shown in FIG. And can be fixed.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the knob-equipped bolt 31 is formed by being divided into a tip male screw portion 31a and a shaft portion 31b on which a knob-side male screw is not formed.
Further, the leg connecting portion 11c side has a through hole 111d having no female screw on the outer side of the inner female screw portion 11d.
Accordingly, when the screw 30 is loosened by turning the knob 30 from the fixed state of FIG. 10A, the bolt 31 is rattled to the left and right when the tip male thread portion 31a of the bolt 31 is removed from the female screw hole 15b on the leg side. become.
Thereby, connection with the leg 5 can be cancelled | released, hold | maintaining the bolt with a knob in the leg connection part 11c.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a wheel 16a is attached in the vicinity of the rear end of the grounding member 16, and the simple toilet 10 is easily moved by the wheel 16a only by being slightly inclined rearward.

In this embodiment, the armrest 17 can also be adjusted in height.
11 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 2 and a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 3, and FIG. 12 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line CC in FIG.
The armrest 17 is connected to the lower armrest strut 18, and the lower end portion of the armrest strut 18 is inserted and held in a cylindrical holding portion 19.
On the inner side surface of the armrest support 18, a lock hole 18 d is provided in the vertical direction at predetermined intervals.
A lock pin 18f is urged toward the inside of the holding portion 19 by an elastic member 18g.
Inside the armrest column 18, a lock release bar 18 a is disposed while being urged upward by an elastic member 18 h at the bottom of the holding portion 19.
The lock release bar 18a alternately has convex portions 18b for retracting the lock pins 18f outward and concave portions 18c that allow the lock pins 18f to protrude.
As shown in FIG. 11, a case body 17a is provided on the back surface (lower surface) of the armrest 17, and an operation portion 17b protruding downward from the case body 17a is provided.
Between the upper end of the lock release bar 18a and the pressing portion 17e provided on the operation portion 17b, there is an actuator 17f that performs a seesaw operation with a rotating shaft 17g.
When the operating portion 17b is pushed upward, the actuator 17f is pressed upward by the pressing portion 17e, and the action point 17h opposite to the rotating shaft 17g opposes the unlocking bar 18a against the urging force of the elastic member 18h. And push it down.
Thereby, as shown in FIG. 12, the protrusion 18b of the unlocking bar 18a is aligned so as to block the lock hole 18d.
In this state, the lock pin 18f can move along the outer surface 18e on the inner side of the armrest strut 18 without the lock hole 18d and the lock hole 18d, so that the height of the armrest 17 can be adjusted, and FIG. When the hand is released from the operation portion 17b as shown in (e), the lock release bar 18a is raised by the elastic material 18h, the lock hole 18d is aligned with the recess 18c, and the lock pin 18f protrudes toward the lock hole 18d and is locked. Is done.
Further, as shown in FIG. 11, the operation portion 17b has an operation lock 17c spring-biased by an elastic material 17i, and a lock claw 17d on the opposite side of the operation lock 17c.
A component diagram of the operation lock 17c is shown in FIG.
When the operation lock 17c is pushed in, the lock claw 17d is disengaged from the lock part 117d of the case body, and the push-in operation of the operation part 17b is enabled.
